Some friends and I went for the weekend of the 4th! The property manager was so helpful and answered every question I had! The listing photos are very accurate, and the view is great! I will definitely be booking again!

Check in to the condo was the latest I have ever had to wait at any resort. It was 5 pm before we could check in. The kitchen is very small. The master bedroom was very nice.

The unit was well stocked with basics. Very clean. Reserved parking was a plus . The only strange thing was sitting on the porch at night, all the smokers outside their units below floor 13 would overwhelm you at times.

Place was clean upon arrival except a used razor in one of the showers. A drain in one of the tubs in bathroom were clogged by what looked like sunflower seeds. The bed in the guest bedroom is extremely hard. Everything else was okay. Master bedroom is nice, bed is comfortable. Couch bed is comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with utensils.

This place was great! Has a lot of space & a pretty view! The only complaints we had were that in the guest bedroom the sheets were not clean and we had to request new ones, and the bed was super squeaky to the point it was hard to sleep. Other than that, it was great!

My friends and I stayed for spring break and our friend’s 21st birthday! We had an amazing time at this property. The hotel pools and bar were wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, this was a great stay and I will be coming back to the Majestic Beach Resort in PCB!!

We had a wonderful getaway at this unit. Everything was as pictured. My one and only complaint would be that our check in time was delayed and that was a hassle. But next time, i would pay for early check in. We will be back, for sure.

The weather was perfect and the condo lovely and clean and comfortable. The place looked like the pictures and was what we hoped to see. No additional service was required. :-) We would recommend this to anyone. Loved the Firefly restaurant with the she-crab soup being the best. Would advise anyone to avoid the week of thunder beach as the noise from the motorcycles did make sleep difficult the last two days of our time there.

This Condo is just OK
We relied too much on the property photos and should have read more of the customer reviews.
PROS:
- Good location with a nice beach and view
- Included 2 beach chairs in rental price
- Reserved off street parking spot
- Adequate furniture on the balcony
CONS
- Unit was not very clean upon arrival
- Master bed's comforter needs cleaning. Smelled of body odors. Supposed clean top sheet was full of sand.
- Bedrooms face Front Street and are noisy
- Dishwasher was clogged (and stunk) throughout our stay. After hours maintenance contact person was an ass about it.
- Kitchen lacks common items you would expect a kitchen to have (veggie peeler, dish clothes, hot pads, funnel, salt/pepper). We purchased at the dollar store so maybe they'll be there for your stay.
- Complimentary activities program Xplorie is worthless
- Fee charged by Book That Condo group are outrageous
There are much nicer (and less expensive) units up and down the beach. Spend some time and search them out.

The Pictures Didn't Lie!
The room was very clean and furniture was very nice. The only downside was the elevators. Sometimes we got lucky and didn't have to wait long, but there was a couple of times we gave up and took the stairs.....and we were on the 13th floor. But I would definitely stay here again! The staff at Book That Condo, were very helpful and nice!!

Amazing condo
This condo is exactly what you see it the pictures. The only problems we had was the toilet was clogged and took awhile to get someone there. The elevators take awhile. We already to book again. Thank you for renting out your condo!

We enjoyed the location of the unit. Amazing views and beach area. The unit was good. It lacked some necessities( spatulas, updated cookware) in the kitchen for cooking. The property management was terrific. They updated us every step of the way before, during and after our vacation. They always answered the phone to answer any questions we had. The free options offered were great! We had a wonderful vacation at this unit and the ease of the checkin and checkout and professionalism of the property management will definitely bring us back!

Pretty setup and location but some important things not as described
The accomadations were top notch and the location was great, but if you want to take advantage of certain activities beware, as the photos and descriptions are misleading. The tennis courts and fitness center are for owners only as we were told and there were no vouchers for the beach chair service. We also were only sucessful in obtaining one television channel out of three TV sets.

PERFECT!!!
Fantastic unit at our favorite PCB condominium resort. Majestic has everything you need on the property. Beach access is easy, elevators are quick and unit #1307 did not disappoint. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you, property managers, you were very attentive and accommodating.

We weren’t sure how to access the 2 doors to our condo, initially only had code for one door but I was able to contact book that condo For 2nd code, and I didn’t receive check in email until the following day with check in info, so also called with questions that they answered. But the room was ready before initial quoted, that was very nice.

Great Condo
The condo was clean, nice, and well-equipped for for cooking. We were very happy with it. The check-in process was not good- failed to mention that there is a common door we needed an access code for to enter, so it took us a couple of hours to get that rectified (phone line was busy due to high check-in volume, I assume). Also, the management company forgot to give us our "arm bands" that were required to enter the property, access amenities, etc. They brought them to us, but still, not good service. We really enjoyed our stay once we were situated.

The condo, location and view were great but it was not as roomy as we are used to. Just a few suggestions. There could be place mats for a glass tables, more convenient hangers in the closets,a few hooks for towels in both baths and the couch is not very comfortable. It is probably great for a weeks stay but for those who stay a month there could be a few added items such as some items to clean the shower with, a dust pan to go with the broom and of course the items listed above. But other than the few things that we would have liked to have had we had a great time.

February getaway
The condo is OK a week but a month with more than 2 would be a bit crowded. The couch is very uncomfortable and there a very few hangers and places to hang up towels. Other than that it is a good location and great view. We love the Majestic resort but will stay in tower 2 next time.

February 2020 Stay
the condo was ok. we are used to a larger one. This condo could use a few items for the people who stay a whole month. Some cleaning supplies for the shower and place mats for the glass table. Also some hooks for towels. We had a broom but no dust pan. Coat hangers were at a minimum. The couch was not very comfortable. All and all we had a very nice time it just took a little getting used to. We only needed to call once for a problem and it was fixed quickly. We would stay at the MAJESTIC RESORT again but not in this condo.

We have stayed at Majestic Towers numerous times and I have to say, this unit was one of the best. Very nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Book that Condo made it such a seamless process in and out. Highly recommend!

the condo was exactly as pictured, all ammenities needed were there. the beds and linens were comfortable. The view from the balconey was lovely. my only complaint was the elevator situation was ridiculous. The wait for an elevator was , at times, 10-15 minutes

Great condo
We had a wonderful time here. The condo size and location was also very good. We didn’t have any warm blankets for the foldout bed, but the host was very quick in responding when we made the request for one. My only complaint is with the elevators in the building. They were very slow and many times we found ourselves waiting in long lines just to get on.

It was our first time to stay at this condo and it most definitely the nicest condo that my family and I have ever rented. The rooms are modern and, refreshingly, NOT decorated with cheesy, pastel-colored sea colors, pics, etc. like most condos. It’s like stepping into a high-end apartment. The oceanside view from the balcony is also wonderfu; the balcony is spacious, as well. In addition, the facilities on the grounds are very clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and very helpful. Did I mention that it has a Starbucks as well as a restaurant, bar and gift shop? We will definitely be coming back next year!
