Beautifully decorated, elegant, gorgeous condo! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issues we had were a broken laundry room door, which we were told would be fixed during the week, but it wasn't. I reported a pillow with blood stains on it, a slow draining master shower, and trash on the rooftop next to the balcony. Nothing was addressed. I called property manager twice for a second parking pass and was given two different prices. Lastly, we were locked out of property at 9:12 a.m. rather than 10:00 a.m. (our code stopped working). Property trash chute overloaded and overflowing. Garbage disposal backed up but I fixed it.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The balcony is huge and great views. The condo is right above the 3rd level of parking so getting to the car was quick and easy, elevators also very close to this condo which was very convenient. Our girls loved getting flavored slushies from the little place across the street everyday. The only negative I would have is there were no beach chairs. We brought our tent but had no room for chairs, and usually most places have them, but we made it work. Highly recommend, it’s a very nice place!! Very Family Friendly :)

Property is clean and updated. Huge covered deck facing the ocean. Enjoyed the condo!! I will say that the beds mattresses need to be replaced. They are way past the comfortable stage. My pillows were cheap and super uncomfortable. The bed sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable as well. That being said, if those things were corrected, this would be a 5 star property.

My wife and our 3 sons stayed at the property last month. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The condo was very nicely appointed and had all the room we needed. The views were spectacular from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. We didnt want to leave.

This property was just as described. I don’t have anything negative to say at all! I loved that it was updated and very clean. The kitchen was beautiful. We didn’t eat out as much because I wanted to cook in the kitchen which saved us lots of money. The bathroom’s are updated which is also a plus for me. The furniture isn’t outdated. The balcony view was amazing! I’d definitely return again!!!!

Was very nice. It needs to be stated that the bunk beds can’t be used by adults. We weren’t aware that there was a weight limit of 120 lbs., we had a grown nephew with us and he had to sleep on the floor bunk. Loved the light on the balcony. Such a nice glow for evening!

My husband and I met my uncle here for a week, and had a wonderful stay. Everything is exactly as pictured and the place was extremely clean! The weather was so perfect, we spent most of our time on the beautiful balcony or on the beach. I wish the beach chairs were out in February, or maybe some to borrow in the resort? We discovered delicious pizza at Great White Pizza and yummy doughnuts at Parlor Doughnuts!

We spent four weeks at this beach condo and enjoyed every minute. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and conveniently located. Nice deck, great beach, and beautiful sunsets. We also appreciated the covered parking garage and the security access to the property. This was our first trip to Panama City Beach, but definitely won't be our last!

Beautiful room & gorgeous view. Everything needed in the kitchen. Comfortable accommodations. The quiet hours on the property are amazing to have. We will keep this room in mind on our next visit. The only thing we could say negative is the dripping of the water heater, a short detailed message to property management and it was handled quickly. Very friendly tech & quick fix. Very little disruption to our visit. Thank you for the reality break!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. We bought plastic cups and paper plates for the kids since everything was glass but honestly that’s not a big deal. Beautiful decor and it was very clean. Great set up with the bunk bed and double bed. There was lots of room for my family of 6. Beautiful views. Very nice pool that wasn’t too busy and very large. Loved the convenience of the in room laundry. Also loved having the humidifier. Very close to all amenities. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone.

Renting was easy. The gate code for access was incorrect but a nice gentleman gave us access then we were provided the right code. Parking garage access was great when using top floor. Grounds are secure. Pool was chilly. I did expect it would be heated in fall but otherwise all was great! I highly recommend it!

The condo was perfect for my wife and our two children. Great place to stay with a family with excellent quick access to the beach. Rooms are great size, balcony and view is great, kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager communication is by far the best we have ever experienced, it was very turn key and hassle free!! We will look at staying again next year.
