I enjoyed the location as the hotel was right opposite the beach. I had a room which was lower down so unfortunately the concrete entrance way to the main hotel door obstructed the view a little. I'm sure the rooms on the higher levels had a nicer view. The hotel was clean and quiet, but everything felt comfortable. Even though I do not speak Korean well the staff on the front desk made me feel at ease and were welcoming. I was provided with some information which was translated for me. The on site shop was lovely, as were the tea rooms. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea ceremony. I did not eat dinner or breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant looked very nice.
I was a little disappointed with the meditation session on Tuesday evening (stress relieving meditation). It was a 1 hour session, but for 30 minutes the lady talked through a powerpoint presentation. I could not understand the session and If I had realised this was the format I wouldn't have attended. The bright screen was left on for the other 30 minutes whilst we tried to meditate and I didn't find this relaxing. The music, however, was lovely. The meditation room is also lovely but I would have preferred to have faced the ocean and been able to enjoy the view.

Spa atmosphere was nice. Seaview good. the tea ceremony in nice room was zen and peaceful. the meditation/yoga room was spacious and nice. the restaurant in front that served breakfast was tasty. we went there for dinner too.
wish the owner would replace the futons with proper mattresses. futon was very hard and lumpy and uncomfortable.

They staff and instructors were so kind. I am neither Korean nor a yoga person and they went out of their way to make sure I had a peaceful and relaxing experience. The tea teacher was also very good. Every room on 3 and 4 floor has beautiful ocean view. My only drawback was the beds are not as soft as western beds. However, you can wake and do yoga at 8 am tl stretch out any stiff parts. I really enjoyed it Herr.

The breakfast at the connected restaurant was excellent with premium seafood! The resort has a sense of home, peace and joy altogether. Wonderful space to just be and get away from the noise of life. I really enjoyed the tea meditation and yoga classes offered!

Staff are very friendly and the room is clean. They serve tasty breakfast and they have great tea time activity with other meditation classes. Toilet ventilation is great and I loved that water pressure is high and temperature is goooood! I'd love to stay here in the future.
it would be great if there is a light in the entrance. it's a bit difficult to look for entrance at night.

High quality (interior, staff, smell etc) for meditation
I wish the bathroom was bigger. View from the room was super good but outsiders can see the inside of the room because of big windows.

Nothing that I can criticise. I'll definitely stay in this hotel again next time when I come to Jeju.
Can't think of any
