Lovely hotel

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the location was really good right in Central Park near a supermarket and restaurants/cafes.

The Wi-Fi cut me off whenever I wasn’t using my phone so I didn’t receive messages in real time and had to reconnect every time I picked my phone up. The air conditioning lights were really bright so the room was never completely dark. It was only when I covered them that I conquered my jet lag!

Great value and very comfortable stay in Incheon Songdo

Great location in Incheon near the Central Park and Hop on Hop off bus. Very comfortable quiet rooms with good bathroom. About 35 minutes from the airport - an easy Uber ride. Staff were helpful and we were able to leave luggage after check out behind the reception area which was great as we had a late evening flight. We had no issues with check in as we arrived around 9:30pm but it looked like it could get very busy at usual check in time (there is a ticketing system).

Nothing - was great for our short stay in Incheon.

Erste erholsame Nacht nach Ankunft in Korea in schnell erreichbaren Holiday Inn

Gute Lage, wenn man vom Internationalen Flughafen Incheon kommt. Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Leider war ein wenig Baulärm von einem Gebäude der Nachbarschaft zu hören, die Arbeiten gingen bis spät in die Nacht. Trotzdem hatte ich einen erholsamen Schlaf.

良くないホテルを選んでしまったの一言に尽きます。

朝のビュッフェは充実していた。フロントの女性がみな感じ良かった。　客室にウォシュレットがあったのは助かった。

前が開けらロケーションの部屋を、アプリでも、現地でもリクエストしたが、パッとしない部屋であった。また、絨毯もあまり綺麗では無いし、お風呂もなく、シャワーのみであった。

Great stay at Songdo

Super location in Songdo. It is a great area outside Seoul 1.20h by subway. The location is close to the airport! Very cozy and quiet room.

The restaurant food is a little overpriced. I don't mind paying more, but little disappointed. But staffs were nice.

Incredible Staff, Breakfast, and Nice Location!

The breakfast spread was wonderful! I loved the variety. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (though I spoke Korean, they all spoke English very well as well!). My room was always well-cleaned and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. I also ordered the bibimbap for room service and it was delicious! Gym facilities are nice as well. Very close to the subway.

Honestly, everything was wonderful! No complaints.

Good hotel in good location

Location is very good, next to a metro station entrance, 6 mins walk to G Tower, reataurants nearby. Breakfast is very good

Central heating but the room temperature could not be adjusted. My room temperature hovered around 26-27 deg C throughout duration of stay. A colleague had to ask for a fan.

Ok can accomodate better.

Room was comfortable and had all the facilities needed.

No late check out, Breakfast didn’t come with salt, pepper or cream for coffee and no restaurants close by.
