Ubicación y la cama súper comoda
Debajo de la cama había basura

El cuarto es amplio y bonito
Está cerca de bares y antros por lo que en la noche se filtra mucho el ruido y no permite descansar

loveliest rooms, so comfy
As many others have said, the hotel actually has a bar/club attached so it is completely impossible to sleep until it ends at 3ish. May only be weekends though. Street noise wasn’t a problem but guessing it’s a gamble which room
you get. Cleaner and receptionist were super lovely though.
3.5
The staff was amazing and the pool was nice.
The room had a small sewage smell the first night which was hard to sleep through.
4.5
It is located in a very centrical and convenient place, but may be noisy at night in case you are sensible about this. Decoration is super pretty and cozy. And most important the staff is super friendly and willing to help.
It was mostly clean, just the toilet next to the pool is a bit smelly and not so clean. And I would suggest they use floor mats for the shower that are more absorbent since there is no door or curtain for the shower

Fantastic location, smart TV, fast internet
shortage of hot water at times
3.0
The location is excellent, you have everything walking distance.
There’s no mini fridge on the room, rooms are very small, the heated pool is only heated on the weekends, there’s water issues as we had a couple cold showers, it gets VERY loud on the weekends, you can even feel the noise vibration on the walls.

The location was perfect, and it was nice how tucked in the property was. While located in the center of town, it felt quiet and isolated inside the property. Everything you'll need is a two minute walk away and the beach is very close.
We wanted to like it, but we ended up leaving and not staying the night. First, the room was full of mosquitoes. I smashed four or five minutes from entering the room. Second, we were given the wrong building code. We were wet and tired from an afternoon at the beach and just wanted to get in. We finally got the code. Third, and what prompted us to leave, the water wasn't working. I had enough for a two minute quick rinse but my husband did not. We figured it would come back on so we got ready and headed out for the town. We return a couple hours later and the water still not working and they were filling a reserve area with a hose. Not the experience I paid for! We left and didn’t stay the night..

Great location - right in the center of the square in Sayulita! Was a little loud at night because of that but wasn't a major issue. Staff was friendly and let us leave our bags there after checkout and we felt safe at the hotel.
Room was a bit small but we were only there for one night!
5.0
best place to stay if you want to be in the center of town! walking distance to all the places and no need for a golf cart if you’re staying here.

Hotel Staff and charm, location
Had a room in the lobby and the noise from the street made it very hard to sleep.

bed was very comfortable . the air conditioning unit worked amazingly and the pool was perfect
the rooms are very very tiny. the location is awesome right in the downtown area but it is very loud at night if your not partying

The room was clean.
It was so loud that it was not possible to sleep. I did not enjoy my stay because I was always tired. There was no windows in the room so it was uncomfortable. I was left without any towels or washcloths for multiple nights. The staff was often not there to answer questions. I was so uncomfortable that I left my trip early without a refund for my stay.

It was clean and very efficient and nice rooms
..Very noisy, didn't get to sleep until 3am becuase of the bar music

The pool and courtyard were lovely. A little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the plaza across the street. The location was very central and smack dab in the nightlife.
It was extremely noisy. There’s a nightclub called Amaia Bar & Club directly above the hotel and the entire hotel is basically flanked by nightclubs on either side. The music doesn’t stop until 4am.

The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The noise from the club adjoining the hotel which blasted until 2:30am.

location was excellent
loud noise from the plaza on weekend nights

Nothing to like about this place, not even the location. Unless you want to sleep under a club blasting music until exactly 3:30AM. The walls literally vibrate with the bass of the music. The lady in the front desk is extremely unprofessional and knows nothing about hospitality. Even though she confirmed the room was ready, she wanted to charge us $30 to make use of it two hours before check-in. It made no difference at all for them. She also wanted this cash, obviously with the intention of 1) abusing over our need and 2) pocketing this cash for herself. I will only commend the cleaning lady, she is a sweetheart and helped us all along the way. She was the only thing positive about this place.
Pretty much everything. This place needs new management, and thicker walls or roofs. It is impossible to rest here. The "room" in the lobby isn't really a room, it is a closet. Treat it as such and should not be rented.

the location and pool were great, plus the staff was very helpful.
only downfall was it was right under a club so the first night was very loud until 2am.

Amaia stole my heart i booked for 3 nights and stayed for 8. Location is PERFECT. Right on the plaza and a quick walk to the beach. Close to all the popular restaruants and night clubs. The pools heated and the main common area is stunningly beautiful during the day and night. Some of the most friendly staff in Mexico, I literally felt like family. This was by far one of the most comfortable places i stayed in sayulita. I was almost in tears when i had to leave. The music is loud around the hotel and it is attached to a night club which does get loud on weekends.....another reason i wanted to stay here. So the Amaia went above and beyond any expectations i could have had for a hotel of its kind! Truely an amazing experience and a real taste of mexican culture. Wirting this makes me want to go back. If you didnt stay at Amaia, you cant say you have been to Sayulita!!!
I wish i had a complaint. Truely amazing!!

the courtyard was great, beds were comfortable and the place was clean.
The hotel is right at the main plaza which makes it very loud and busy right when you open the main door. there is an actual night club directly above and beside the hotel. Our room, which was in the lobby, shared a wall with the club. if we weren’t scheduled to leave the hotel and transfer to another one, we would have done so and lost our money- that’s how bad it is trying to sleep.
