Come relax at Jack's Place VW7! The moment you walk into this home, you will feel like you're on vacation. Bright, fun colors and natural light welcome you. The floor plan was designed to give you great spaces to enjoy your time. The open kitchen, living room and dining room is the perfect gathering spot for family time! The dining room table can accommodate 10. All bedrooms offer a private bathroom. The first king suite is located on the ground floor. Upstairs is were you will find the other three bedrooms. A second king suite, first and second queen suites. The second queen suite also offers a nook room with the twin over twin bunk bed. The home offers many extras like a spacious deck with 8 rocking chairs to watch the serene sunsets. All the comforts of home are here, This home offers a large grill and a new wine cooler! - Jack's Place VW7 provides 2 paved parking spaces. If you rent a golf cart there is a small side place for the cart. There is no garage access.
- No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk. Towing will be strictly enforced
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments

We loved the layout of the home. I give everything 5 stars but the total stay was not that great. Our ac would not work. The ac company that came said the owners had a lock on a set schedule . It was set at 75! So hot! But they (portaescapes) quickly tried to help us fix it and bought a portable ac to help with the situation..items in the kitchen are not that great. Need some new pots and things. We did not have a canopener , potato mashers,potato peeler or a wine opener . Bare minimum.
But over all we had a great time. We really enjoyed the upstairs rocking area.

Great place to stay! Roomy, clean, lovely walking path to the pool, and beach was a quick drive down the road. Pool was about 4 homes away which was great! There was road noise from the traffic along the road. And the dumpster was a 30 second walk, which was great but we woke up to the garbage truck picking up trash early in the morning. Both things were minor, and I still give this place 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, love the table for 10 and how all the bedroom had their own. Bathrooms! We were so fortunate that it was a mosquito free weekend and we could enjoy the porch upstairs. I would stay here again for sure. The only con is the pool situation, two small pools for this big of a community like this is hard, The pool was murky and crowded. It takes nothing away from our visit though- we loved the beach!

Wonderful Spring Break mini trip
Jack’s place was wonderful. We went for 3 nights at the beginning of Spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone, the decor was lovely and the house was very clean. The house had a great layout, 3 king bedrooms each with their own bath. A fourth room opens up to a twin bunk room with a connected king bedroom separated by a privacy door and they share their own bathroom.

Really enjoyed our stay with the large living/dining area that seats everyone. Very nice accommodations all the way around. Great stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, and beautiful open upper deck for sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!

Another wonderful stay at Jack's Place! This lovely house was immaculate and fully stocked and equipped. Plenty of room for our extended family. Love the upstairs balcony with rocking chairs. Just a short drive to the beach. Only small problem was there are now only 2 dedicated parking spaces for this house, so parking for 3 cars can be challenging. The property management company was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries. Would stay here again without hesitation and would definitely recommend to a friend! THANK YOU!

Excellent Property
The property was beautiful, it was very close to the beach, driving distance is 10 min. The only thing is that this property does not include golf cart access, which would be nice. We would consider staying here again.

Beautiful home!
We really enjoyed this beautiful house and our vacation to Port Aransas! The house was perfect for our group. We loved that we all had our own bathroom. Especially when coming home from the beach. We didn’t have to wait our turn to shower and clean up. All of the bedrooms had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The living room and kitchen were large and perfect for our group to cook and hang out. Kitchen was equipped with all you need (except spices so don’t forget your S&P). We loved the porch with the rocking chairs. It was a great place to hang out in the evening. We had 3 small cons. 1) bedroom tv’s didn’t work. No biggie since you shouldn’t be watching tv on vacation anyways 😉 but since they made a point to put one in every room, they should probably work. 2) The refrigerator needs to be replaced. All of the shelves in the refrigerator door are broken. I saw the cracks when I opened it to put our food in but figured they’d still support whatever we put in since they looked to be intact. Boy was I wrong! After putting a few things in the top shelf, it came crashing down, taking all of the groceries and shelves below with it and scratching my leg up pretty bad. This definitely needs to be replaced. With 10 people, we needed all of the refrigerator storage. 3) so many mosquitoes! Every time we opened a doer, a few would fly in. It was impossible to keep them out of the house. The exterior needs to be professionally sprayed regularly. Make sure you bring some mosquito yard spray to spray the bushes outside of the doors to keep them from coming in. Even with those 3 cons, still giving this property 5 stars because it is just beautiful and was perfect for our family. Thanks!

House layout and cleanliness very good. Tv’s upstairs wouldn’t work but they came and fixed them very quickly. Dishwasher was broken when we got there and never repaired. For our use it was close enough to the beach since we drive anyway. Would rent this one against.

Our group was two families with 7 total guests. My husband and I took the downstairs king suite and the other family of 5 took the upstairs rooms. Ever room has a bathroom. The house is very nice and very comfortable. There is a nice set if stackable Whirlpool W/D. They worked well. We loved the large leather sectional. The community has 2 pools. Location of Jack’s place is very convenient to beach access roads and the heart of Port A. One note: the downstairs bath has a small shower stall. My husband is 6’6” and it was a tight squeeze for him.

We spent Labor Day Weekend 2018 at Jack's Place. It was a reunion of college friends that we dubbed "The Big Chill". The home was absolutely spectacular! It was our first stay here, but it certainly will not be the last. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and the deck was a perfect spot to spend our evening laughing and listening to our "old school' tunes.

We loved our stay with this home! Great layout, clean, and good location. Just a short 3 minute drive to the beach and 1 minute walk to the pool. Pool was small but just what we needed. The house didn’t come with a lot of towels, so either be prepared to do laundry if you’re staying long or bring some extras. House had everything we needed! Comfortable place to be when we weren’t at the beach!

Jack's Place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and we cooked most of our meals at the house. We rented a golf cart right across the street and either drove or walked the few blocks to the beach. Every room had a bathroom. The beds and sofa were comfortable, the table was plenty big for our party of 8. We will definitely rent here again next year.
