Seaview is an attractive 25-unit condominium located directly on the beautiful Madeira Beach Gulf of Mexico. Seaview #105 is a spacious first floor condo situated on one corner benefiting from an extra large balcony that looks directly over the pool and onto the beach.

Seaview has a great off-site management company with a local representative who is on hand for all your needs

The large open plan condo offers living / dining room and kitchen. Facilities looking out onto the large balcony area. The upda kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge benefits from a 82 inch flat screen TV and DVD Player which allows you access your own streaming account via the in in house Wifi.

Both bedrooms are newly decorated. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a pull out twin ottoman whilst the second bedroom offers 2 x full sized beds. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. Bathroom one (Master en-suite) offers a walk in shower WC and twin basins. While bathroom two offers a Bath/Shower, WC and basin both recently renovated.

John's Pass Village with over 150 shops, restaurants and water sports is located within walking distance from Seaview. Also close by are Buccaneer Boat Rentals, Captain Mike's Watersports, Hubbard's Marina, Fly-n-High Parasail & Waverunners, and Parrots of the Caribbean.

If you are hiring a car, you can drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Seaworld Orlando or Walt Disney World.

St Petersburg and Clearwater are only a short drive away, with great dining, nightlife, shopping. and of course wonderful beaches if you fancy a change from our fabulous Madeira Beach.

So as you can see, Seaview Condominiums offer a great holiday location with wonderful facilities, great views, and fantastic nearby entertainment.

The condo was incredible. It was very clean and furnished beautifully. We absolutely loved the kitchen and want one just like it. The location was perfect with great access to the beach and surrounding areas. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach with a large porch. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you need for a fabulous getaway. Beds comfortable. Huge TVs. Great beach just steps away. Parking was easy for us too. Thank you!

The property is absolutely beautiful just as billed online. The location can’t be beat having two small children with easy access to a heated pool and the beach was perfect for a great week. Definitely hoping to stay there again in the future.

The pictures accurately describe the outstanding renovations done on this condo, and we were very comfortable. We appreciated the fans, makeup mirror, cooler, great balcony furniture, and all the beach equipment you need. There were two beach chairs that sat a bit higher, which is great for us older beach lovers. The property grounds are well maintained. Our only disappointment was it is already booked for next year. We hope to return.

Property was better than the photos. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The large ocean front deck has plenty of sunshine and amazing views of the beach and ocean. The surrounding building was clean and well cared for. Every morning the pool area was ready for guests to enjoy. Poolside lounge chairs were always available and the space was large enough for all guests to enjoy. Madeira Beach has plenty of great restaurants, some just right across the street from the condo. Grocery store and fun shops are also close. Nichola, the host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating. When we return to Madeira Beach we will definitely stay with Nichola.

The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Communication with owner was good. Had some issues with check in and property management. Arrived early and had notified Seaview of our arrival several days before as we were hoping condo would be ready before 4. I spoke with management who had us arriving a day later than what was booked. By the time they finished cleaning it was after 4pm before we were able to get into our room. I was accused several times of being in the condo by management but was never in condo. Overall communication with the management co was terrible. Connie told me she was going to give me a gift card to the candy kitchen which I never received. The door to the building had a code. The condo had another code. The gate from the pool area to the beach had a different code and was locked with additional padlock when pool area was closed. The pool gate was not always open in the morning, so we had to walk around the building to the public beach access entrance. I had to write the codes on a piece of paper that I had to make sure I took with me whenever I left the condo. I just can't remember like I use to.

This place was absolutely wonderful. We had everything we ever would of needed. You can not beat the views from the balcony. Best place to sit and drink coffee and see dolphins every morning. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay here. The condo is so spacious, clean, and updated. The balcony is enormous and has the absolute best view. It’s so convenient to get to the pool and the beach. They have beach chairs and towels at the condo to use, which was so nice! When we return to Madeira Beach we will definitely be staying here again.

We were blown away by this property. The pictures do not do it justice. From the two sweet ladies at check in, the cleanliness of the condo, the view, the balcony, location, check-out, everything was perfect. When we come back to Maderia, we plan on coming back to this condo.

The pictures on the website didn’t do the condo justice! The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There was a closet with nice beach chairs, beach umbrella, easy up, and bamboo blankets. Everything you need for a nice day at the beach which was right out front! The area had nice seafood restaurants nearby and is very close to John’s Pass. We had a very relaxing vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Seaview!

As many others reviews state, pictures can't even begin to describe how amazing this place is! The view is indescribable. Our door was open from the time we woke up until we went to bed. The sound of the waves, the beachfront ocean view, the pool and especially the morning visits from the dolphins! The extra large balcony is fantastic. Definitely will be booking again! Only thing we weren't aware of is that only 2 rolls of TP and 2 garbage bags were supplied and no cleaning supplies available. Anything needed beyond that, you will need to bring/purchase.

This property is amazing!! The balcony overlooking the water was a huge extension of the living space. We loved it. The owners have thought of everything. If you need something for the beach, it was there, including and abundance of beach towels, beach chairs and mats! The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with the equipment that made this a definite home away from home. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having this condo available for us. I hope to be able to return.

This is a fantastic property! I was suspect of the property rating and reviews prior to reserving, but the pictures are very accurate and yet do not do it justice. An older building, but has a wonderfully modern update, is extremely well appointed and in a great location. It's much larger than you think with a massive deck and a gorgous view. Communication with the owner (Ian) and property managers (Martha and Annett) were awesome and responsive. The area has a low-key beach vibe with a number of great resturants within walking distance. My wife and I started each day with a walk on the beach, worked a few hours from the deck, and ended with a glass of wine on the beach to watch the gorgous sunset. Could not have been more perfect! This frontline beach condo at Madeira beach is amazing. We stayed here for 8 nights in August/September and had a wonderful time. The condo is excellent. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything you need for a beach holiday such as beach chairs, cool box parasol etc is included. The location is magnificent. A perfect spot to watch the sun go down on the Gulf. The check in process is quick and easy and any questions were answered promptly by the renters. Would highly recommend this property

We just found our new favorite place to stay when visiting this area! The pictures don't do the property justice, it's even better than described. It has numerous high-end features that are not common on a rental property. The extended balcony/patio was really nice as well. It provided both an area to get sun, as well as a covered portion for shade.

I have truthfully never left a review for a property, but this one is more than deserving! The condo is absolutely beautiful — as depicted in the pictures! It’s fully equipped with everything you need — including beach towels, chairs, umbrella/canopy, and even a plethora of beach toys! For someone traveling with small kids, we could not have been more impressed!

This condo is truly perfect! Everything from the location to the beauty of the condo is very nice. Everything you need at the beach is provided. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the condo as well as the condition of the beach chairs provided (appeared to be new), various sizes of coolers, and an abundance of beach towels. We did not need anything! We will definitely stay here again.
