Welcome to Turtle Watch! A beautiful recently renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom canal front luxury condo at the highly desirable The Islander Resort Villas. Turtle Watch has ocean views in the highly desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the sounds of the ocean from across the street. Very close to beach access one block away and guests enjoy the luxurious Isles Beach club oceanfront pool during season. Come back to the deck for happy hour with the turtles in the canal every night. This 2nd floor unit is in the family friendly Islander Resort Villa. Come enjoy time at the beach in this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom spacious 1700+ square foot condo with easy access to the elevator. Enjoy views of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway from the deck and living area. Two bedrooms also share in the views of the intracoastal waterway. Turtle Watch has a full kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar. Seating for six is provided at the dining table or choose to each at the table on the outdoor lanai while listening to the ocean waves. Sheets and towels are provided complimentary.

The Islander Clubhouse is a short walk as well and includes a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tikki bar all oceanfront. Come enjoy these amenities complimentary with your rental. Please note that the pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ocean Isle Beach is located within one hour of Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Bald Head Island, Sunset Beach, Calabash, and Myrtle Beach. These areas include shopping and entertainment such as touring the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial, shopping at the historic Cotton Exchange or Chandler's Wharf, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Caswell Lighthouse, Bald Head Lighthouse, the Alabama Theater, championship golfing and a full array of wonderful restaurants.

We loved our condo-it had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. We were surprised that he furnished a beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards.

Very nice, clean and well-maintained unit. Close walk to the beach and the pool. Ample parking for three or four cars. Tennis court, pickle ball court and basketball court on premises. Nice outside deck to enjoy the ocean breezes.
Owner had nice chairs and cart for use at the beach, which was an added bonus.

We have been staying at OIB for over 35 years and have outgrown our usual place when all the kids and grandkids come. We stay for 2 weeks for the first time ever and it was great. The location was a little further from the beach than what we are used to and with as many as 7 adults and 2 children being able to take all of our chairs, umbrellas and a large cooler was a little more difficult than usual. Plus having to take them up and down stairs at the beach access was a daily chore both going and coming. Our usual place has a beach access that has a ramp that helps a lot. Unlike our usual spot, this location DOES have an elevator which helped to mitigate the distance and all the steps at the beach access. The condo itself was very nice. Enough room for all of us and the added entertainment of being able to watch the turtles and the alligator that lives in the pond off of our balcony. All in all it was a great 2 weeks and a great space.

Great condominium, area. Only issues not a well stock kitchen, no hand mixer and limited pots and pans, casserole dishes and limited cooking utensils. Dining room chairs pretty wobbly, looks like an attempt was made to clue them.
Pretty scary to sit on them & no one in our party was larger than 220lbs. Suggest they be replaced

The condo was spacious and clean. The elevator made it very easy to to bring in luggage and groceries. Beach chairs were great also!
My only critique is to please provide more cleaning supplies, and a wine tool! There was no coffee either- But overall A place!

This was a great place with a good location. I had difficulty getting in touch with the property manager but the owner was great and very responsive. Only downside was the cleaning people did not clean well, floors were dirty and found 3 pills (on the floors in different room) which could have been bad if my kids found them but that is no fault of the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

This Is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this location both times, we have really enjoyed it. Beach access is very close and enjoyed easy access to the ocean. Even though the beach side pool is a little farther away, it's still very accessible and enjoyable. Our family had another great year!

Another great trip to OIB!
Overall, very nice unit as most are in this resort! I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind booking again! John (Owner) was very responsive during our stay and very accommodating!

Wonderful family week in 4 bedroom condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Quiet. Short walk from public access to beach. Really appreciated beach club access where we enjoyed the pools right next to the beach.

Everything was wonderful at this property. Clean, well stocked, easy to get to and close to the beach! The only thing I found odd was the lack of hardware in the bathrooms (TP and towel holders). Overall excellent rental!

I absolutely loved this property. It was very clean, loved the decor just enough, very modern and not overwhelming with the"beachy theme". Loved the location away from the crowd but close enough to anything you wanted to do. JB was very responsive. Beach was close enough just a walk across the road. If you want to get your peace back, this is the place! We could have stayed another week or two.

Vacation getaway with family for daughters wedding
This condo is exactly how it is pictured & described.The condo was clean,had plenty of room & the kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen gadgets,pans&appliances that you need .Everything was in working order.The beach was in walking distance down the road.We liked that the gift shops,grocery store & gas station was within 2 miles of the condo.The property was quiet & relaxing.The deck was large & we enjoyed our breakfast every morning watching the fish & turtles in the water.The owner Jill was very accommodating & got back to us in a timely manner.This condo is great for a family vacation or for a few couples who need to get away for R&R,plenty of room.Will definitely look up this property again for availability Everytime we visit my daughter.

Great family condo
We enjoyed staying at this spacious condo in family friendly OIB. It was our first time visiting this part of the Carolina coast and this community was quiet and relaxing. Nicely stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals as if we were at home.

Short Getaway
We enjoyed our long weekend trip to OIB. The condo was spacious and was nice having bathrooms with each bedroom. We enjoyed watching the turtles in the small canal from the deck. Was a good getaway after being cooped up for months.

Fantastic Vacation Experience!
The unit is spacious, modern and very well equipped. Plus, you can't beat the location as it is merely a few minutes walk to the beach. The owner was very pleasant, communicative and informative. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle Beach and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back and most definitely try to stay here again!

Wonderful trip!
We had a fantastic trip! Jill is awesome to work with and the condo is wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked, the location an easy walk to the beach, the end unit is a bonus! Stayed in a different unit in May and this condo far surpassed our experience there; we will definitely Rent again! I would also recommend renting the linens; it was a painless process and well worth the expense!
