About this house rental

Our two bedroom, two and a half bath town home located at the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort and is just a short walk to the beach through the property. No dangerous roads to cross! The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently upgraded with granite and shaker style cabinets. The bathrooms and upstairs flooring have also been updated as of April 2017. The master features a California king size bed that is very comfortable with a corner mounted new TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. the queen bed is also very comfortable .A queen size sofa sleeper allows for extra sleeping space in the living room. The home is located close to the heated pool on the property and has a screened in patio that just got a lexan roof to keep you out of that late afternoon rain shower .The unit is fully furnished. The kitchen is very well stocked. Please bring your own beach towels. Access year round to the Tennis and Beach Club on the property. The Club has an indoor and an outdoor pool, 8 tennis courts and separate male and female gyms . Smoking is prohibited. Only a short drive to shopping, fine dining, art galleries, historic sites in downtown St. Augustine. Enjoy the beach and all of the comfort the town home provides! Wi-fi, full size washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and cooler !

We had never visited St Augustine Beach but had been recommended to do so by family. Coming from the U.K., having a well equipped property is essential. This property has everything and more. When we told Kevin we were coming from the U.K. he even provided us with beach towels! He is an outstanding host - a fantastic and prompt communicator. Nothing is too much trouble. So thank you, Kevin, if we pass this way again we would be delighted to stay in your property once more.

A couple of my friends and I wanted a few days to relax and unwind and enjoy some time on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only way it could have been better is if my “friend” could have kept his original plan to go but because of medical conditions he was not able to. The condo was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. anything we needed was on hand.

This lovely condo with full kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths is a great place to stay for a visit to the St. Augustine area. A bit of a hike to get to the beach, but there is a vehicle access point just at the end of an adjoining street. Beach chairs, etc. available in the condo. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Very clean and well-maintained; nicely decorated. Within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, stores, and shops.

Drive to downtown was an easy 17-minutes. An easy 0.35 mile walk from condo to a gorgeous beach. Or if you have 4-wheel drive, I wasn't aware that this beach does allow vehicles like Daytona. Access to tennis club came in handy on check-out date so we could use locker room facilities to clean up after 1 final beach visit since it was past check-out time. Condo had nice furnishings, was very clean, and as everyone mentions, having a pool directly behind it was very convenient. Kevin's communication was awesome and went above expectations when he made sure we had no trouble getting into the condo when we arrived very, very late. Stop looking around and just pick this place! ;-)

This was a great property and perfect for our vacation! It was easily the cleanest and most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. Kevin went out of his way to communicate with me, even letting me know that the property was ready before check in time so we could get there earlier. It’s an easy 5-6 minute walk to the beach, and the pool is right outside the back door. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a rental in this location!

This rental was awesome!! Everything we needed was provided!! The owner was very attentive to our arrival. Pool access was just steps away. We were able to walk a short distance to beach walkway but chose to drive since beach access was so close. We will definitely choose this unit again!

My husband & I stayed 6 nights in this rental. The place was extremely clean & well stocked. The location was very convenient with easy access to old town St Augustine & quite a few restaurants & grocery stores nearby. There was a pool just steps away & walking distance to the beach. The rooms are a nice size & beds were comfortable. The complex is older but well maintained & this unit has been updated. Kevin (owner) made checking in very easy. Waze stopped us way short of the property on A1A & I called Kevin who personally directed us to it & stayed on the phone until we got in. We will definitely be back!

The condo had everything we needed. The location was great, especially the pool access. Just a little exploring and we were very comfortable finding our way around. Came down to St Augustine for 5 nights with a friend... This place was exactly what we wanted and needed for an awesome week at beach. The owner was very helpful and very friendly. I will most definitely be coming back to stay here again. The pool was close and the beach a short drive/walk through community. Several really good resturants close by also. Oh yea and the beds so comfy I was able to get much needed rest. Beach chairs coolers noodles sand toys all stored in closet for your use which helped us out alot didnt have room in car to bring our own, so that was a definite plus... I would highly recommend this condo for your future vacation.

We had to reschedule this vacation 2 times due to quarantine, and Kevin was cooperative and easy to work with. Townhouse itself was perfect for our family and dog- we would happily stay there again. Highly recommend!

We loved the townhome. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teen girls! Really loved having a pool right out back and the half bath downstairs! The morning stroll to the beach was just enough to get our exercise in! Kevin could not have been more accomodating!! Really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend!

We've rented many condos and this unit definitely had everything we needed! Close to the beach and the pool was right out the back door, pet friendly, super clean, stocked kitchen, just really easy and comfortable to stay at. There were beach chairs and toys and a wagon if you needed it. The master bed was huge and extremely comfy with new linens, which was a bonus.! Also the towels were new and very fluffy, which was nice after getting a little sunburn. The owner was also very easy to communicate with and very quick to reply. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

We were very happy with our stay. It is very clean and well furnished. The location is great, a short drive to St Augustine and located in a gated resort with 2 pools (one that was right outside the backdoor of the property). The beach is also just a few mins walk. Our host Kevin was very friendly and we appreciated the note left in the property about measures taken to keep the property clean in the wake of covid-19. Overall we had a great weekend and would love to return and stay there again for our next family break.

This is our second stay here. Very comfy. Great location, 1 block to beach but yet very close to old St Augustine and attractions. Lots of places to eat. Everything is very convenient. Owner is very accommodating and available for info anytime. Highly recommended.

This vacation was our first time in Saint Augustine and it did not disappoint. The property was outstanding and was beyond our expectations! The property manager went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect for our vacation. The pool being right behind the condo was perfect for our kids! The screened porch on the back was so relaxing at night for my husband and I to just relax after a long day at the beach. It’s a short walk to the beach and Kevin provides everything you need for the beach i.e a beach cart, beach umbrella, sand toys, and beach chairs. Both beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were soft and excellent quality. We were so impressed that we are hoping to spend our summer vacation there next year!

We had a great time in St. Augustine!. The condo was very clean and looked better in person then in the pictures.The pool is literally right out the back door and beach access is easy with the drive on ramp at the end of the road leading to the condo. Kevin keeps his place fully stocked and is very easy to communicate with. When I come back to St. Augustine, I will be reaching out to Kevin again!
