Our ground floor 3 bedroom oasis will have you in that relaxed vacation state of mind in no time!

Located in the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club complex, our apartment includes a membership to the athletic club.
If you are the active type, the club features plenty to tennis courts, an exercise gym, and indoor pool.
If you are more the sun bathing type, the outdoor swimming pool is just a short stroll from our sliding glass door and patio. It's ideal for enjoying a good book.
And amazing St. Augustine Beach is just about 150 steps down the private boardwalk from the back of the pool deck.

Our apartment has one large master bedroom with en suite bath, and 2 separate bedrooms with a shared second bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to make a king.
The third bedroom is down the hallway and has a full size bed.
The "split layout" makes for ideal privacy and quiet between the bedrooms.

The kitchen has every modern convenience.

Roku 4K TV with Neflix and other smart TV features plus standard cable and internet with wifi all included.

Sorry, but the condominium rules forbids short term renters from bringing their pets. A minimum of a one month booking is required of any guest wishing to bring a pet.

There is a strict 8 person (including small children) maximum occupancy for sleeping over through the night.

This is our 2nd year in a row. Our family absolutely loves this property! Dev is great to work with - a prompt and courteous communicator. The coastal decorations are tastefully done and the property has all the necessary amenities of home. The beach is just a short walk up the boardwalk right out the back door. We are just minutes away from the beautiful Old City. My family views it as their 2nd home! We love it here and hope to be back.

We have been staying at St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums for about 15 years now for our family vacation. This is for sure one of favorite units to stay in by far! Very clean, easy check in & out, owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. 10/10 unit!

The pools were very close to our patio and taking our chairs and beach accessories was a short convenient walk away. Enjoyed both everyday.

The condo was exactly as it was described . The location was great! Just a few steps to the pools and another few steps to the ocean!! The condo is well stocked with beach needs- towels, chairs, umbrella. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen as well as leftover containers!! It was a great place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! We will definitely be back!! Our host was awesome!!

The location on ground floor didn't afford a view of the ocean, but it was easy to access and there was a great view of the garden and paths leading to the pools and nice boardwalk to the ocean. The pools aren't heated, and the indoor pool mentioned at the athletic club was damaged by a storm in September and has not been repaired. This home has Alexa - which we found annoying, along with motion detectors on other lights that turned on and off repeatedly. The two twin beds do not make a king - they are different heights. I wish there had been a king bed for my 6'4" son-in-law. Very close to A1A with restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away to be peaceful. We went to Old Town, the Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos Fort and found sharks teeth on Ponte Verde beach. We loved the architecture and history of St. Augustine and walked George Street with quaint shops and bars/restaurants. The food and atmosphere at Prohibition Kitchen was wonderful and lunch at Harry's in the courtyard was exceptional. There's a lot to do! Or you can sit and relax at the pool or ocean. We had a great time and loved the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We spent a month here, the second year in the same unit. Though the weather was cooler & rainier, we enjoyed our time. The condo is close to most everything, yet just enough off the main road that you don’t feel the hecticness. And being directly on the beach is always the best.

I stayed with my mother & aunt- both are 80+ so a ground floor/single story place on the beach was essential. The rest was bonus: -super comfortable beds -well appointed kitchen -beach towels and chairs It was interesting how my two elderly gals handled a smart house with 90% of the lights running via Alexia… be warned LOL!

This was the perfect getaway. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful! And it is close to Old Town for sightseeing - the Trolley ride is a must-do! The condo was every we expected and more! My whole family loved it so much! We will be back!

Getting in touch with the owner if there were any issues was easy and they were quick to respond. The easy access to the beach made taking our kids to the beach a wonderful experience and we were able to walk back to our room in 5 minutes if we needed a break. The pools were wonderful and the room itself was very cozy. My only suggestion would be for the owners to have extra blankets and sheets available for the beds if we wanted to change or wash our sheets and needed extra. Overall great stay and experience!

The condo was just what we needed. It was very clean upon arrival. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. It was great to have a washer/dryer to use during our stay. Grocery stores very close by and historic Old Town about 15 minutes away.

All I can say is breathtaking what a beautiful place comfy bed and a beautiful view of pool and everything around us just a short walk over the walkway bridge I have never been down south first time I was in aww I’m certainly coming back to this same spot and room lol

The property was clean upon arrival. The kocation is 3xcellent to access the beach. Two great pools within 1 minute walk. Overall just an awesome location for everything.

We have stayed at many properties booked through VRBO at beaches in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. This property is BY FAR our favorite! Why? So glad you asked! (1) It was SO CLEAN. I’m a clean freak, especially when traveling with my kids and cleanliness has been a major issue before, but not this time! The entire place was squeaky clean and supplies were available for me to vacuum and keep it clean during our stay. (2) Location is perfect! It’s just south of the St Augustine Beach hub which is perfect. You can be at stores and restaurants in under five minutes but the traffic and crowded beaches are not an issue at all at this property. (3) Beach access is easy peasy. First floor unit, can see the pool from your room, and on the walkway to the beach in literally a minute. So nice for when you want to run and get snacks or something you forgot. (4)So clean. Did I already mention that? (5)Very well equipped/appointed. We enjoyed things like a beach cart (awesome because I forgot ours), nice beach chairs and umbrella (Tommy Bahama and very sturdy), beach toys and boogie boards, beach towels and more! (6)Very nice, modern large-capacity washer and dryer right off the kitchen made the constant laundry for five people a breeze. Also enjoyed the keyless entry (great not keeping up with a key) and access to the fitness center across the parking lot. (7)SUPER CLEAN! Really, just book this. We will definitely do so again and again if possible. 💜

Enojoyed the property, the only con would be the occupancy lighting in the restroom and hallways, especially in the night or early morning. We had to tape the sensors off during these times.

Beautiful condo with the beach just a short walk down the boardwalk. The complex is very well maintained and the permanent residence are very protective of the grass areas. Condo has everything you need and If you are a fan of ALEXA then this is the place to stay! Kids enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and shelling on the beach. St. Augustine beach with it's wide white sand is the best for relaxing and sandcastle building. Had a problem with the refrigerator when we first arrived but Dev very quickly responded to our needs. Great stay!

From the beginning to the end the stay was amazing! The property manager was very responsive and accommodating! Thank you Dev! The location is perfect! Pool and beach an easy walk and the fun of downtown St. Augustine a short drive. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. The membership to the tennis club was a huge bonus. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths it had all the space we needed for our family! We will definitely stay again! Don’t hesitate to book!

It was perfect, this property was clean, had great parking, beautiful pools, close to the beach, quiet and had everything you could possibly need, beach chairs etc. This was a wonderful experience. 15 minutes to St Augustine, near lots of restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect location w/ quiet, beautifully walkable beach. Quiet complex with well kept grounds. Unit is ground level- easy access out front to parking & out sliders to courtyard/pool. Having access to tennis courts & indoor heated pool was a nice bonus. No view of pool or ocean b/c of being on bottom floor. Nice layout for small groups. Nothing fancy, but provides a great space to come home to. Suggestion: please put a comfort height toilet in the MBR for the adults who are the ones using that bathroom! 😄Current one is so low- we used the 2nd bathroom instead. We enjoyed our time at St Augustine Beach & look forward to coming back.

Well equipped 1st floor condo, steps from parking to the front door, steps to the pool and beach out the back door. Very short drive to stores and restaurants on the beach, short drive to mainland historic district. Entire property well maintained. We'll be back!

Owner was responsive when we needed to adjust temp in unit because of a freeze warning. Unit was clean and nicely decorated.

Property was fine. Punch code on door a little tricky at first. Cannot see #'s until you hit pad. Once you figure it out its easy. The music was playing when we arrived so we thought someone was in the unit. Just Alexa playing. Alexa hooked up to Everything. Not all synced. Needs some attention. The gate codes for the beach access is incorrect. Needs to be checked for the rest of the year. That was VERY frustrating when I was trying to get out to see the sunrise. One of the beds had sand in the sheets. Overall is was fine, it just needs someone to go in and give it a GOOD top to bottom cleaning and updating all the information for future renters,

Will definitely return! The condo is perfect for families with kids. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to prepare meals. I really liked that there were beach towels and a beach wagon.

Lovely condo was perfect for our family! Loved the very well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the heated indoor pool a couple of times too! It was our first experience using an Alexa, and the thoughtful notes around the home with useful command phrases was wonderful. Parking was never a problem, and the shopping carts were helpful. The beach was so refreshing and we cannot wait to return. Thank you

Great location with quick access to the beach, the club house, and numerous local establishments. The guidance for check-in/check-out was simple, the property manager was highly responsive, and the condo had everything my family needed.
