Lujo para la familia

Un lugar privado, cómodo, lo mejor fue el servicio y atención por parte de los empleados y empleadas. Para asistir a un evento en corferias es espectacular ya que es apenas a unos pasos de corferias. Para los niños fue muy divertido usar las zonas húmedas. Fue una experiencia lujosa.

Las camas no eran tan confortables.

Room price not corresponding to what was established by booking

the breakfast room was large, elegant and well assorted. lots of fresh fruit and freshly blended juices. the savory and sweet sections are excellent. Very comfortable mattress

1) I use the Hilton chain very often, I have a gold card, and I normally book directly from their site. This time, the trusted agency booked my room, while I booked the rooms of the other 2 colleagues via booking.com, my trusted site. Total of the 2 rooms $342. At checkout my colleagues both paid, by card, over 200 euros per room. I can understand a few euros more for the change, but here we are talking about over 40 euros per extra room. This situation is embarrassing to say the least. 2) the bedroom, despite being an executive king, did not reflect European Hilton standards, especially the bathroom My particularly low rating is due to the increased payment for the room

Dans l'ensemble très bien et la qualité du personnel fait oublier les petits défauts

Personnel irréprochable, sympathique et professionnel; Petit déjeuné de folie difficile de travailler après. Service de Taxi adapté chambres propres et personnel aux petits soins.

El servicio en restaurantes y bares. La tarifa exagerada. pague casi 1 millon mas de la tarifa estandar y caso 600 mil mas de lo que luego vi en otros canales.

PERFECT first visit to Bogota. The reason I will return

The hotel was amazing, in fact amazing in steroids!! We had a King suite and it was exceptionally exceptional! The view of Mount Serratte from our room was my favourite. The staff were outstanding ESPECIALLY Diego, Julien and Elkin. The breakfast spread was beyond any hotel breakfast I have ever experienced…. It was spectacular. The hotel is a tad far ( 20mins) from areas like Zona Rosa and Zona G which we frequented however taxis are so cheap and readily available at the hotel so not at all an issue. I would definitely stay at Hilton Corferias on my next visit up Bogotá 10 stars easily 💯💯

The rooms are very well isolated! You get uninterrupted sleep. The pool and jacuzzi was very good as well, the temperature was ideal.

This hotel violates their tax rule and charges us extra VAT, which other Hyatt hotels do not. It is also not the case that booking.com states the rate has included the tax.

Disappointed

The building is beautiful and the common spaces too.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but the room I got had 2 double beds and the staff tried to convince me that hotel beds were smaller than regular beds. They wouldn't move us to a room with 2 queen beds and gave us an extra bed that no one could sleep on because it was like a brick.

Superb

Big room with a great view that also had big drapes to make it pitch black when sleeping. Also very quiet and clean. Plenty options to choose from at breakfast.

Personally, I would have preferred more options when it comes to the shower. There was only one head in the ceiling, which was pretty static. A bit hard to reach certain areas. No airport shuttle.

Best staff, incredible view and top notch luxury at a great price

This place was stunning to say the least. The staff was probably the fastest, most attentive and helpful I have ever seen not only in Colombia, but in the world. Top notch staff is the main reason I go back to the same places even more than the rooms and amenities. I ended up getting the Presidential Suite and it had air conditioning and heat as well as a nice bathtub. Incredible view from any room, but the Presidential Suite was SWEET! I would recommend staying in the Presidential Suite alone if you can. It's quite the experience to have all of that view and space just for yourself. ;)

The hot water took a long time. That is to be expected being on the top floor. However, it took longer than most places I have stayed. Other than that, I would say it was great. No other complaints at all.
