Easy check in/out procedures, no wait for elevators or luggage racks, condo was very clean and pics as advertised, views for miles, great weather. I would highly recommend this condo for easily up to 10 people and would stay here again.

This top floor unit was better than anything our family could have imagined! Absolutely beautiful unit with more than enough space for all of our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and the 4 cousins shared the bunks. Each room had large closets and dressers for all of our "stuff" so there was no luggage to be tripping over. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nobody felt crowded in this spacious unit. Besides the very large TV in the main family room, each bedroom had it's own TV if you needed to get away from everyone for a bit. The bedrooms were stocked with pillows and blankets and each bathroom was stocked with bath towles. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could even think you would need to prepare a meal, plus a large pantry to store all your food. The very large balcony on the top floor offered amazing views of the beautiful white sands and clear waters on this gorgeous beach. We were able to see sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, turtles and easily watch our family playing on the beach. Plus, as an unexpected bonus, with the air force base not too far away, we were able to watch helicopters and jets do maneuvers daily. This unit really is everything you want and more! It was easy to feel AT HOME away from home.

Wonderful condo—beautifully decorated, plenty of seats, kitchen amazingly stocked, very clean, and beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing, just had to cross the street to get to the beach, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, never had to wait long for an elevator, and plenty of parking. We look forward to staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The penthouse on the 12th floor offers spectacular views. The unit was very clean and spacious. Communication was excellent with the owner and she attended to our every need. Getting around is a bit tricky if you do not have a car unless you Uber or Lyft which is expensive. We rented a golf cart from Beach Better Golf Carts. Overall we had a great time and looking forward to coming back! Enjoy your stay!!!

This spacious oceanfront condo was fabulous! Penthouse views were awesome. Everything was convenient to this location. 85” TV was great to watch ballgames. Bunk beds for the kids were great. Our whole family really enjoyed this place.

This place has amazing views! I love how its big enough for everyone to have their own space. There's also anything you could need to cook meals there. We went deep sea fishing and cooked our fish we caught there. Its steps from the beach for amazing beach days. It's also so high up (the 12th floor) that you can see lots of creatures in the water. We saw dolphins, sting rays, and a manatee all from our balcony!

Our family stayed here for fall break with our 3 teen kids and their friend. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed the condo. Some highlights: the view, the beach, the pool, the hot tubs, the well-stocked kitchen, the lovely bedrooms, the easy parking, the balcony, the vibe, and walking on the beach at night. If you've ever been disappointed with what is advertised vs. reality, worry no more! This beautiful condo by far exceeded our expectations. I will never look any further when trying to find the perfect place to stay in the Destin area. From the moment you walk in, you are overcome with awe. This place is VERY spacious, yet feels like home. The kitchen, dining, living area and master bedroom all have the most incredible view of the Gulf and beach which opens to a fabulous 42 foot balcony with plenty of seating. It's difficult to decide on whether you want to be inside or out! Every bedroom has it's own TV, beautiful bathroom and tub/ shower. Lot's of private space for everyone. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms for those who love this (me). Granite countertops throughout and gorgeous travertine floors. The kitchen has everything you could need and more (fabulous). Plenty of dining and sitting space and a great 70 inch TV in the living room. Everything is clean and immaculate. The view from the back is as beautiful as the front, but of the lake. We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins play; incredible! The Whale's Tail is just across the street and offered a great breakfast, lunch or dinner right on the beach. Parking is free and easy and there are carts to load all your baggage and groceries to take to your place. We enjoyed every single thing about this condo and just didn't want to leave. You get what you pay for and this is worth every penny you spend. I hope to stay here again next year. Big thank you to Michelle and the Kurth family for the memory of a lifetime!!! The property was great - as expected. Getting everything set up with the stay was a breeze. It has a beautiful view and great décor. However, during our stay, the garbage disposal stopped working - it wouldn't cut on at all. There is an information sheet with check in/check out rules and other information on the counter in the kitchen - including a number to contact someone and text when checking out. I contacted the number listed letting them know the dispoal stopped working, but didn't receive a response. I didn't think much about it since it was on a Sunday. I contacted the number again on Monday following up and also letting them know we were checking out. When I didn't hear back again, I went to my email to follow up that way. I found another number in the email and contacted it letting them know I contacted the number on the sheet in the condo and wanted to try this one also. I got a response and was told the sheet was old and needed to be updated. Fair enough. No big deal. When the deposit money was to be returned, they charged me for having to 'unclog' the disposal because it supposedly took the cleaning crew over an hour to get it unclogged and a safety feature had stopped it from working. For all I know, there was debris still in it from a previous renter, but the disposal was not overused or abused by us. I was also charged for 'stained' washcloths and hand towels. I have never had this problem in any other condo I've rented at Majestic Sun and I've been coming yearly for the last 8 years. There was also a twin sheet charged which I take responsibility for because we found this mixed in with towels when unpacking. Other than the nickel and diming on the deposit, I had a good stay and would recommend the condo itself.

This was the second time we spent our beach vacation in this property. And, as expected, we had another perfect vacation. Waking up to a perfect view of the beautiful beach and gulf waters is the best. The condo easily accommodated our family of 9 and had all the amenities you'd expect from a penthouse luxury condo. Again, very nice, highly recommended, and we'll be staying here again in the future!

Everything about this condo was great! Everything was super clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of room for all of our family and it was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I appreciated the fact that they had plastic cups in the cabinets which were perfect for our kids so we didn't need to worry about breaking dishes. Michelle was extremely helpful with any questions that I had and was quick to get back with me. We will definitely be using this condo again for our vacation next year!

Seldom do you rent a place, sight unseen, and arrive to find that the accommodations not only live up to the photos online but exceed them. This was exactly our experience with this unit. From the high-end appliances and well-stocked kitchen to the 70" TV, this condo was perfect for our needs. Our stay could not have been more comfortable. Book this condo with complete confidence that it's every bit as nice as the pics depict.

Our party of 9 had a wonderful stay here! The view was amazing and the condo had room for everyone! We were pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was for our cooking needs and the kids and dads both loved watching their shows on the huge TV. I loved all the space for storage and having room to move around without feeling like we were all on top of each other. Enjoy!

This condo was so beautiful and our stay there could not have been more pleasant. It was so neat, furnished for whatever you needed. It was really grand for our party of 10! I would recommend this place to anyone for the most relaxing vacation ever. So close to pools and the beautiful beach. Hated to leave it. The Majestic Sun is the place to visit!

From the moment we walked into this unit we were blown away by the breathtaking views. We have stayed on lower levels before and nothing beats this units view! This condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and accomidating for our entire family. On the rainy day that we had during our stay our kids loved watching movies on the huge living room T.V. We were more than satisified with our stay here and cannot wait for our next visit!
