This is a perfect family getaway and so much fun for kids and adults. The place is extremely well stocked for cooking. Better than the majority of places we have stayed. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and just an overall fun place with a beautiful view. The kids are already wanting to go back. We definitely recommend this house!

This is the second time that we have been in this home. The home is so nice, clean and has everything needed for a special stay. My grandkids had so much fun at the pool, and activities in the surrounding area. Anytime you can make 5 kids want to come back it’s a win! Thank you for the use of your lovely home!

We loved staying at this property! The neighborhood is wonderful for short walks in the morning and evening. We loved the views of being on a quiet golf course during the day and having the small space on the lawn for our babies to sit when not in the pool. The only “problem” was how incredibly slippery the tile around the entire pool/patio was when wet. We just put towels around the enterances. Having a 18 month toddler made this really difficult but I just held his hand or carried him to and from the pool. The house is huge, kitchen and living area was very nice for our party to hang out in. There was also a small gated area between the bedroom casita and front door which was nice for my toddler to be outside without worrying about the pool. We had three small families stay here and it was perfect. We would definitely return another time:)

The house was so dirty. Everything needed to be redone. The refrigerator leaked water all over the kitchen constantly. I spent my whole weekend mopping up water and washing wet towels. We had no response from management except to send a maid on our last day with more towels. This place is a true dump. We asked for some kind of remuneration and heard nothing. Do not rent this house.

The house was perfect for a three-day golf trip - big, clean, everything you need, and great backyard set up. Would recommend for families too.

The house needs some love and some basic stuff which is a miss. Coffee pot is broken and so were left to use a tiny personal use pot for 6 adults. No dish soap or anything to scrub dishes etc clean. The whole house is pretty tired and is in definite need of some love. The pool slide and fountain sprays water all over the side yard and if I was the homeowner I would want to get this fixed as there is water runoff all over. Location is great and can walk to the tennis courts or to the restaurant down the street.

The house checked all the boxes. Great time for the adults and very kid friendly.

I paid good money for a rental with a pool, and what I got was a breeding ground for who knows what kind of bacteria and insects. Upon our return all 9 of us ended up with a horrible ear infection. The emergency room doctor was shocked that we all suffered with an ear infection and indicated the only way we could have contracted the infection was if we had spent time in a dirty pool. Sure enough I told him we were in a rental house with a pool all weekend. When I reached out to Shevy the property manager, he shrugged it off and said i am sorry but the pool gets cleaned 2-3 times a week. Upon our check in to the house, the pool was full of debris and insects.
I tried to complain but it was clear they couldn't care less. They shrugged it off as if it was a minor inconvenience. I have higher standards for where I choose to spend my precious time off.
I wouldn't recommend this rental to my worst enemy. Unless, of course, they enjoy swimming in a dirty pool. But for anyone with an ounce of common sense and basic hygiene standards, steer clear of this house.
In pictures they show a great basketball hoop in the pool, my kids got excited to play but when we checked in the hoop was already broken and in shambles. The patio furniture has cushions that do not even fit the furniture, barbecue area was full of dust and the grill was filthy, sliding door was of track and barely opened and closed. In conclusion its apparent that this house is not maintained properly. Steer clear...

Pool is amazing and the house works very well for families with kids!

The bunk beds were really wobbly, kids were afraid to sleep in them. Dead flies all throughout dining area. Living room area rug was really old and dirty. The edge of the rug was rolled up and my toddler kept tripping on it. We tried removing the rug for our stay, but there were dead insects and trash under it so we just left it alone.

Inside of house was clean. Rooms were nice. Kitchen and family room area were sufficient
Back yard was dirty, I had to wash down the yard, hoses leaked, no nozzle or male end on hose. We brought our own umbrella and stand. Would be nice if those were already there.
Any issues we had the property manager got back to us right away, took care of any problems we had The house was nice, but you can tell it’s a rental. Not as nice as others we stayed at. I thought it was a little expensive for what we got. We did have a great time and the family loved it.

Great location. Home worked well for extended family. Pool deck is exceptionally slippery when wet. Rugs in the living area and bedroom were trip hazards. Bikes would have been fun but only one worked and the garage had ping pong, shuffleboard and air hockey but we couldn’t use them because it was too dark in the garage and you aren’t allowed to have the garage doors open. We did enjoy the lovely warm sun and beautiful greens and Mountain View’s.

We absolutely loved this place. We had 10 family members. We all were very comfortable. Great areas to spend time together inside and outside. Our group golfed, shopped, visited the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, hiked Joshua Tree and relaxed by the pool. This place will be bookmarked as our one of our faves for future stays.

House was right size for our group of people. Stocked with lots of useful items.
Only issue we had was 4th bedroom was hard to keep warm without making the rest of the bedrooms uncomfortably hot.

As grandparents, we had the best time with our kids and grandkids. The house was roomy, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The pool was the biggest hit for all ages. We were in the pool most of the time and the kids loved the slide and basketball hoop. We cooked outside and enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit while enjoying the outstanding views. We also loved the arcade games, ping pong table, shuffleboard and air hockey. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone wants to come back!

This house was great for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 younger kids) - We spent most of our time in the pool and the kids loved the slide. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and the kitchen had everything (and more) that we needed. And in the evenings we all enjoyed playing Golden Tee of course. It’s a great place for kids and we hope to stay here or at another one of their properties.

Pool Paradise!
We loved this property! The house was beautiful inside and the views outside were stunning. We call this the Pool Paradise house because the pool was perfect for our grandchildren to swim and play in--there is a slide into the pool!

Six golfer ladies (65+) came to celebrate an 80th birthday and St. Patrick's Day.
Location is excellent. Communication with owner/mgr was excellent. Property had a lot of stuff stored in garage/side yard that crowded walk ways and appeared junky. Kitchen and bar equipment should be upgraded especially the wine opener.. Space wise very comfortable for 6 women. Pool/patio area very enjoyable.

Perfect Family House
We stayed over Christmas and had a great time! The kids loved the pool, slide, hot tub, game room and golf cart and the grandparents loved having their own casita to get away from the noise :-). The house was well stocked and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Family vacation
Overall had a great stay. Owner was super nice and very helpful. Only negative, pictures are a little different than what was there but we made the best of it. We spent most of the time in the pool which was a huge hit.

Nice house, plenty of room & great location
The only thing that keeps this from a 5 star is that some of the pool chairs etc could use to be replaced. Nothing that needed to be fixed to make the stay better or we would have contacted them. They were great to work with before we got there and even sent a message while we were there in case we needed something.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a golf trip. It sleeps 8 of us easily and the outdoor set up is great for lounging.

Great house, management needs improvement
Overall, this is a great house in a quiet area on a golf course. We especially liked the pool and pool deck.
We did not use the golf cart, the bikes or the game room, so we can't say much about that.
Some of the issues we encountered:
- Dirty surfaces in the kitchen and on the dining room table
- The fridge had not been cleaned at all
- Some pots and lids were completely dirty, like some marinara had been prepared in them and then put back into the drawer without even bothering to clean
- Dining room chairs were smeared with paint, chocolate and other stains
- Men's underwear in one of the nightstands
- The TV in the master bedroom was not working. The receiver was missing. Someone must have removed it and installed it in a different room.
- Pool/spa heat not working at all (we only found out about this 2nd day, as the pool was quite warm from the sun)
- Main gas valve off, so grill and outside fireplace would not work, even when turning the gas timer valve
All these things were quickly fixed after we had informed the owner (except we cleaned the kitchen ourselves, as we didn't want to wait for that). However it's still annoying to have to inform the owner about all those things, which could have easily been checked and fixed before the rental period starts.
The house is fantastic, but its management needs improvement.
5 stars for the house, -2 for the annoyance.

Great for a large group, quick response to issues - but needs updates
We reserved a weekend stay with a group of 10 in August. The size the house for the group was perfect, but the pictures were/are misleading. The house was not clean, refrigerator did not work, there was no toilet paper, TV in bedroom with "Netflix" did not work, the game room (no longer posted in pictures) was too hot to bother with, the pool temperature was 93 degrees, the golf cart had a flat tire, the bikes had flat tires, and the microwave worked one time.
This was our first time in La Quinta and the overall area and golf course was great! The views from the home were beautiful and the property location was right on the golf course.
Sadly, the house had an odd smell. Maybe it was the detergent choice or the cleaning supplies used before we got there? There were cobwebs and scuffs on the wall. The carpets were in really bad shape and the inside of the kitchen cabinets were dirty. We had to wash every dish before we used it. We also did a load of laundry and found a very large amount of lint on the trap - total fire hazard! Thankfully, the bathrooms were semi-clean, but nowhere near the amount of towels shown in the picture. Refrigerator was sticky and had left over food from the previous renters.
The refrigerator was not cool at all. We sent a message and we were contacted immediately, but the repair person was scheduled for 3 PM the next day. Thankfully, we had ice to keep the food that we just bought cold. The supposed "quick fix" was not a fix at all and I am sure they just showed up to pretend to attempt to fix the problem. They couldn't move forward without a consent from the owner nor brought the appropriate tools.
We had to contact the owner and manager of the house, because there was one roll of toilet paper. They had it delivered the next morning around 9:30 AM. Not a fun thing to ration.
The pool was so hot, given the weather we kind of understood, but it was also a weird green color. Not as clear as pictured. The outside area was a MESS. Old torn pool toys left to cook in the sun and the furniture was in terrible shape.
Overall, I believe this house just needs a good cleaning and some updated appliances. We paid a good amount of money to stay here and felt as if the amenities did not live up to the amount. Living out of coolers and not having toilet paper felt like a few steps above camping. Although not to be too harsh - the air conditioning was wonderful and worked perfectly. I wouldn't stay at this house again.

Fantastic house and perfect location.
Our two families shared this home for the week. We lived out by the pool and enjoyed the view on this lovely golf course. The owner was super to work with and helped out with managing the temp of the pool and hit tub! Great house. Beautiful pool.

Nice house, great amenities.
The house was great, lots of room for the 6 of us. House was clean when we arrived, John was super easy to deal with before and during our stay. Had a couple very minor issues when we arrived (screen patio door) and John was very easy to reach and quick to respond. The out door set up was great, the pool and BBQ area were perfect for our stay. Looking forward to booking the house again for our golf trip next year. I would recommend the house and John again anytime.

Wonderful home for multi family to enjoy
The home was as advertised. We rented the house for our adult grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. There was something for all ages to occupy everyone. Very well equipped kitchen. We found the owners to be very accommodating and easily approachable. The check in and out went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this home.
