What a perfect place to be to enjoy the people you're with. We made one grocery run and then never had to leave again (4 night stay). It's private with plenty of room (we had 9 adults), pool was great and the game room is awesome! Host was super responsive and would definitely stay here again.

It was enjoyable weekend to celebrate my youngest brother’s 50th bday. There was a broken frame in the bed of the casita. A dining room chair had a seat unattached. The casita air conditioner was not performing well. However otherwise the main house was well air conditioned and comfortable. We are forever grateful of the time we spent with my brother on his 50tj birthday as my brother was killed 2 days later after a tragic hit and run accident.

Hopefully, this home will be our go-to for a wonderful fun-filled family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and spa were clean. The landscaping was lovely, with delicious oranges, lemons and kumquats. The host responded within minutes of receiving a text from us. Didn’t have a chance to use the bbq. Location is great, with hiking trails very close by and enjoyed nice walks into La Quinta. The neighborhood is quiet. We look forward to returning again. Thank you for sharing your home.

We enjoyed staying at this spacious home with our extended family for Christmas. The house was clean and all the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. We also appreciated that all the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. The kitchen is large with numerous cabinets, spices, dish washing soap supplied. My grandkids loved playing in the pool. Check out time is a little early at 10 am but can be extended for $100 per hour.

We came for a wedding an extended our stay to enjoy some time in the sun. The home was even better than the pictures. The gameroom provided so much fun for us and our adult children. Lots of competitions going on there. The home was clean, well supplied and the owner was extremely prompt with replies and answers to questions. The only trouble we had was not being able to get the hot tub :hot". We hope to return sooner than later.

The property is very spacious. We enjoyed the game room, large storage, activities like the puzzles, clean. The pool however was concerning. The surface/bottom was made rough which caused a few of us to have minor scrapes. For the convenience of the renters perhaps starting the washing machines with the pool towels will suffice rather than folding and putting them away.

On the whole the house worked out great. Very pretty setting with hiking paths close by. Even though the house instructions were plentiful, some were confusing. With current technologies, we felt that the tv hookups should be updated to eliminate some of the remotes. The supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms were plentiful. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. Unfortunately, we spent more time in the game room because of the windy and cool weather. We heated the hot tub but not the pool because we really did not know what kind of charges we would incur if heated the pool. It all worked out. A couple of the counters were not cleaned thoroughly. I bring these things up just for your info. Again, the house worked for our family and a good time was had by all.

There was plenty of space throughout the house to enjoy. The outdoor pool and hot tub was beautiful. The fire pit was a fun place to gather as the evening cooled. The game room and outdoor golf green was enjoyed by both the kids and their parents. Owner/Management were informative and answered questions immediately. Rating: All the stars.

This was a great place with large amenities. Lounging around the pool and spa, Fire pit and couches and chairs. Activities in garage was tremendous. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and living areas were great. Place is a little dated, but overall a great place to stay.

We rented this property for a family vacation....rooms are nice and the game room is a plus, however, beware of the neighbors bc they are not fans of the house being a short-term rental (even have signs in their yards saying so) and the owner charged us for "propane" to heat the pool. Would not rent again.

This property was beautiful. Very spacious for everyone to spread out. The game room was a huge hit. Large Kitchen. Casita was perfect for 2 people that had to work remotely part of the time. Quiet neighborhood with hiking trails nearby. We would stay there again.

The house is large and well-kept. Our main complaint is that we all felt "sealed" inside - there are no screens on the doors in order to leave them open, and the living room only has high windows and, again, no way to get in fresh air.

Great and comfortable property that is well laid out for a group. The Host was exceptionally communicative and the house as well stocked. Lots of fun activities for the kids to explore and play with. This was our family vacation with 8 adults & 4 kids, just what we wanted a place we could stay & not have to leave if we didn't want to. The house was as advertised & comfortable for all of us to spread out & enjoy ourselves. The garage/game room was as much a hit as the pool & spa. The owner was great checking in with us & quick to respond to our needs & questions. Everyone had a great time, can't wait to visit again.

This house has so much to offer for all ages! We had such a great time enjoying both poolside activities as well as the arcade/game room - the kids and adults alike! The home was wonderfully situated with the rooms spread across the property to allow for maximum privacy and a lovely living space, large dining area, bar and open kitchen! Norm was the consummate host, checking in to ensure we had what we needed and available to communicate any items/updates/issues during our stay! We enjoyed golf, hikes within walking distance to the house and the lovely yard/pool! We were extremely conscientious of the noise ordinance to ensure compliance and to respect the neighbors... not difficult with the hot tub going etc. The group had a great time and enjoyed... hope to be back again next year!

We really enjoyed this house for a getaway. Great amenities, the pool area is awesome, and the game room was a huge hit with our kids! The location is perfect, right near La Quinta and nestled next to the trails. Incredibly responsive owner, anything we needed, any questions we had, were all addressed right away. Can't wait to come back!

Our family had a blast - between the garage arcade, big pool area, putting green and 7 TVs, this place is built for fun! Norm was a great host and was incredibly responsive any time there was a question or an issue. Kitchen is full stocked, beds very comfortable, no complaints. We can’t wait to visit again!
