Great location. Best place there is to stay if you need to be close to the hospital for any reason. Super fast and easy commute. Also, very close to a lot of nice parks for the kids and to the Target/Trader Joes shopping center. Very fast and easy commute to all these places, being able to avoid traveling on the busier streets to get to these destinations.
Loved the screened in porch area. Very nice place for the entire family. Had everything we needed for our family stay for 2 weeks.
Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful neighborhood close to Freedom Park, the Greenway, great restaurants, shopping, and activities. A very clean, organized, comfortable, and uncluttered space. A huge plus to have parking in this neighborhood.

This was the perfect place to stay on our quick vacation to Charlotte. The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely come back!

Only bathroom was very small, and in need of some repair (floor). Very limited seating in living room, and couch was uncomfortable. Shared facility, and you could hear everyone coming and going, which wasn’t great. But location was great for getting into city quickly.

This was a nice getaway for just the weekend to enjoy fall and get out of the house. Visited some local shops and restaurants.
The apartment has everything you would need ~ parking, easy entry access, walkable or short drive into Uptown. We would love to come back.

This location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting my son at University - close to downtown and the freeway for other adventures. It was decorated nicely, beds and linens were very comfortable. Parking was great. We LOVED the covered porch - it was the best feature. We will stay here again next year when my son graduates. Thank you!

Nice place
It gave us a warm comfortable feeling. Only complaint is that the toilet needs to accommodate people over 5'5".

Fantastic 2-week stay!
My husband, two dogs and I stayed here for two weeks while repairs were being down on our home. It is in a lovely, safe, walkable neighborhood and the apartment is beautifully appointed. When we arrived, all the lights were on, which made it warm and welcoming. Sunlight streams through the windows and the screened-in porch is delightful. There was wine and fruit set out for out arrival. That night, we were exhausted from moving in for an extended stay and were able to have dinner with the pasta and sauce that was also there for us. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and old, but has a deep tub that makes for a relaxing soak after a long day. We were especially impressed with the quality of the work folks that were around for part of every day. One night, I left my moon roof open and the next morning was rainy. The men working around the building noticed it and put a plastic sheet over my car so the interior did not get soaked. All in all, I cannot think of a better experience -- it was truly a home away from home.

Good time
You need to inform residents that it's pretty noisy when your upstairs neighbors are walking around. Probably can't be helped but consumers compare this price point to a hotel where this would not be an issue. Thanks for the otherwise very enjoyable stay. You all are very professional and considerate.

Perfect attention to detail!
Everything about this property was what we hoped for. It was a great location, close to uptown/downtown, Dilworth, Southpark, Cotswold, etc. Very central location on tree-lined street. Parking and getting into the building were a breeze, the beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed!) The wifi was fast enough for the kids to be streaming while both my husband and I worked. The extras are what this place great- they left us some nice treats, which were so unexpected and wonderful because we got in very late. There was wine, stuff for a few cocktails, coffee and creamer, and every kitchen item you would need.
I've stayed at plenty of vrbos where the closing checklist take half of the day; I was even docked a star at one because I stripped the beds of sheets and blankets and was supposed to leave the blankets on the bed. It was so nice at this place to just pack up our own stuff and leave and not have to worry about stripping beds, starting a load of towels, loading/unloading the dishwasher, etc. Their housekeeper took care of everything!
Would 10/10 recommend and will stay here again next time we are in town.
*The only thing I would recommend to management is to put a few comfy throw blankets in the living room and porch - we were dragging the bed comforters back and forth when we were all lounging in the living room. Also, a laundry basket would be a lovely touch!

Perfect stay near CMC hospital
What a perfect place! Needed a place close to CMC hospital and this totally fit the bill. The location was ideal. It was such a pleasant 10-15minute walk to the hospital through a most beautiful neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for a better "haven" during such a stressful time.. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot. The orange juice and english muffins make for a great start to each day. A glass of wine helped me unwind every evening. The decor was classic. Unfortunately it was too chilly to take advantage of the porch. The property management was superb. Communication was great, via text and email. I had booked for 4 days but needed to extend due to family member's hospitalization and they were so accommodating and seemed to do everything to make my stay easier. I even forgot my jacket and they were so kind to check the lost & found and offer to mail it to me. I will definitely stay at their properties again!!

Fabulous!
I cannot express how wonderful the customer service was! Received a text shortly after we checked in welcoming us and asking if we needed anything. I asked for directions to the greenway and they sent me a link in seconds ....google map. So helpful! The place was beautiful and clean. A nice touch with fresh fruit, a few breakfast items, wine.....so great! The covered porch was so cozy, we loved it. We have a lot of family in Charlotte and our son plays soccer at a local university so this will be a great place for these trips.

Fabulous charm!
We have rented several properties through HomeAway. This was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well equipped, charming, updated, comfortable and great distance to downtown. There is one bathroom, so if there are 4 people staying, communication is key! However, it works out well. We loved our stay very much and would love to come back!!

Met and exceeded our expectations!
We enjoyed our stay at the Queens condo location! It is conveniently located near downtown and in Walking distance to parks. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay and the "welcome package" was one of the best we have seen! It was clean and it was obvious that the Home Collection group pays attention to details. Highly recommended for a business trip or family getaway!

Charlotte Apartment
This residential neighborhood was great: safe, quiet, attractive. The apartment was up to date with modern appliances in the kitchen. Very clean.
Two bedrooms with a shared bath, a nice screen porch. We were there for a week of golf, and it was easy access to the highways that get you in and out of the city. The details were attended to with complimentary beverages and fruit. The communications were complete and easy to understand. Easy to get the keys and text the property manages when arriving and leaving. Cable TV was useful - it was NCAA March Madness time and a good Sony music component.
We enjoyed the stay and a place to hang out. This place was so much better than a hotel environment.

More than we expected
While visiting Charlotte for the ACC Championship Football game, my wife, daughter and son in law stayed in this picture perfect condo and had a great weekend. The condo was exactly what was presented in the advertisement and more. We arrived to a fully lighted home (as we arrived at night) with music playing and wine waiting. We were very comfortable with all the necessities and comforts of home.
The location is perfect in a quite old part of Charlotte, but just blocks from uptown. We utilized UBER to get around for less than $6 a trip. There are many restaurants within a mile drive as well as shopping, if you are so inclined.
Charlie, our manager, was always interested in our comfort and wanted to make sure we had everything that we needed. He was always a text or call away.
If we were to return to Charlotte for any reason, we would look to stay here again.

Great Apartment, Location and Management!
This was my family's second visit to Charlotte and second stay in this apartment building. Both apartments were well furnished, fully equipped, impeccably clean, and comfortable. It beats a hotel room(s) hands down. The location is perfect whether you want to go downtown or South Park shopping. It is in a wonderful neighbor hood for jogging or merely walking to the Starbucks just a few blocks away - feel very safe at all times. Management is very responsive and flexible and helpful with information on the City.

Far beyond expectations!
My business partner and I have been doing a lot of traveling throughout the US this year. We grew tired of staying in hotels and decided to mix it up for our trip to Charlotte. When you rent an apartment online, you never know exactly what you're going to get. Sure, the photos look nice, but will it really be like that when you arrive?
In this case, no, it isn't like the photos...it's better! We arrived to a perfectly staged apartment; music playing, lights on, fans running. It was just like coming home after a long day at work. But that was just the beginning.
We quickly discovered the wine, bar, and snacks that the owners had graciously left for us. There was even some white chilling in the refrigerator and a fresh container of orange juice for us to drink. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and felt welcomed.
The accommodations themselves were also exceptional. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the screened-in patio was a perfect place to spend some time each evening.
If you're considering renting this apartment, you should absolutely do so.
