Liked that the place was right on the corner of the building. The views were amazing and an easy walk out the back to hit a trail and the hot tub after a long ride or hike day. The accommodations, amenities and kitchen supplies were as shared. Definitely felt good to not have to get the small things like salt/pepper, etc.
Place is great size for 3 or 4 ppl, kiddos included. Master bath shower and toilet were tight but still workable.
Only downside from our experience was the front door lock. After inputting the code the dead bolt would not catch the door frame. Kept making a buzzing sound as if it were trying to lock. This was also the case when opening. It seemed to struggle to slide the deadbolt out of the door frame. You really need to pull hard on the handle while it’s locking or unlocking to make sure it locked/unlocked. The first night we weren’t aware and realized the door was unlocked during the night. Definitely a safety concern but once we knew how to make it work all was well. Hopefully they will fix the lock.
Overall, solid spot and price was on point. We even attempted to stay one more night but it was already booked.

We skied Spring Break and had a wonderful week. The condo was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Deb was wonderful to work with and communicated everything clearly and was very responsive to additional questions. The condo has easy access to Super Bee lift. You just walked to a path out the door to the beginner lift Pitchfork and then a short downhill ski to Super Bee. You can then ski right to the condo door via Skid Road at the end of the day. The condo is also an easy walk over to Center Village to shop or eat. There is a roomy closet in the entryway to store skis and boots. The condo has large windows that keep it warm through the day, no need to raise thermostats as it gets pretty warm from sunlight. We were a family of four so there was plenty of room and the upstairs bathroom and shower is very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

My family of five had a wonderful week skiing Copper and staying at your condo! The location is great with ski in/ski out and walkable to center village. The bedrooms worked out well for my three kids and my wife and me. We would definitely stay here again when skiing Copper. Thank you!

Loved the condo! Kids especially liked the backyard for playing in the snow. Ski in was super handy, but a little bit of a walk to Center Village. (No problem). Thanks so much.

This condo was comfortable and in a fantastic location with easy ski in. It’s an easy walk to American eagle or a quick traverse to Super Bee. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Copper.

The condo has a great location and is scything the owner advertised! Clean, recently updated, well appointed. It was a great place to stay for a week. Ski right to the door, short walk to the lift and the Center village. Great place and highly recommend!

Wonderful condo in an ideal location! We skied for four days, and every day we came back to the condo for a lunch break. It was so nice to be so close to the lifts (Gem to Super Bee). We also enjoyed relaxing in the condo in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

This has been the bestVRBO experience I’ve had. The host was wonderful, the condo beautiful, and the location was incredible! We can’t wait to go back!

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish! The online description is accurate, the place was clean, had great views and was easy to ski in/ski out. Deb's communication from booking to arrival to checkout was greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Cozy perfect stay for our short trip to Copper Mountain

Thoroughly enjoyed ski in/out and the short walk to center village. I would definitely stay here again. We skied 3 days at Copper, one day at Arapahoe Basin, one day at Vail, and one day at Loveland which are all close by. Loved the covered, reserved parking spot. The place was very nice and we had plenty of room for the four of us.

Condo was a great location for ski in & for kids to play in snow & sled at the end of the day. For beginners/greens we had to walk to center village lifts but could ski to back door at the end of the day! Condo was very spacious for family of 5, just perfect. Loved the fireplace & big windows to watch the snow. The top floors are creaky for light sleepers. Overall perfect & hope to return again!

Great week at copper Mountain staying at the Bear Lodge! Thank you Deb

We really enjoyed the property. It is both "homey" and up to date at the same time. The owners have very thoughtfully invested in an older property to make it comfortable.
The location is terrific if you plan on skiing the harder terrain of Eastern Copper. Still great if you plan on Center Copper.
Only small quibble is that if you are driving a large SUV with a cargo box it has to be removed to fit in the covered parking but we knew that upfront and there is a rack provided to hang the box.

Had a great time at "The Bear". It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and quiet. Very close to center village - we just walked over each day with our skis and hopped on the lifts. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family of four came in for a ski trip and we loved our stay! Deb was very attentive and easy to reach. The condo was an easy walk to Center Village and a super convenient ski-in location. Ski out was only a little tougher - had to walk to the first lift then ski down to SuperBee. This was not a problem at all for most of us. HOWEVER - if you have a beginner skier, there is only one tiny slope that you can walk out the door and ski. The SuperBee lift goes to fairly advanced slopes. My youngest struggled tremendously to get down those blues. We definitely needed to walk to Center Village or drive to the West Village to access slopes for him, which did require a bit more effort. That being said - the place was wonderful. It was well stocked, easy to access, and overall pretty comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were right out the back door. The laundry does require quarters, so don’t forget to pack those!

Our entire group totally enjoyed the property. We liked to ski the entire mountain but come back for lunch, and the ability to ski in and out was great. Also easy walk to Center Village. The unit was very clean and new. The only downside is the bathrooms are very small- but that is a minor issue given all the up sides to this property. Nice job Deb, we will be back next year.

Copper Mountain Ski In and Out
The property was perfect for our family! We have teenagers and they each had their own bed and space to retreat to after a long day on the mountain. They especially loved the sleds and the little hill out back. The rooms/bathrooms/kitchen were very clean and we had plenty of towels. The crockpot worked great and there was spices and oil to use. The condo was bright and sunny and the beds were comfy. We loved having the fire place going after skiing all day. The parking space was nearby and covered! The laundry room was also close by and had soap and dryer sheets available. Deb is a great host and very prompt in communication. We will definitely try and stay here again. We love the bear theme throughout the condo and everything was modern and clean. Thank you Deb!
