If you are looking for a large luxury home for an unforgettable group getaway, look no further! This 5 bedroom, 4 full bath home with separate lounge area upstairs and home theater/family room and game room downstairs with commercial grade shuffleboard, super chexx ice hockey unit, "old school" electronic arcade with hundreds of video games (pac-man, tetris, mario etc.) and air hockey table will provide hours of nonstop fun and games. If cooking is your thing, the well equipped gourmet kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, 3 ovens, microwave and warming oven to show off your culinary skills. The dining table fits up to 12 people comfortably with 4 additional seats at the counter.
The yard is fully fenced and has approximately 1100 square foot porch/deck area to enjoy relaxing, socializing, and barbecuing on the natural gas Weber Genisis (available during late spring and summer months (weather permitting). This home also has it's own back up generator which automatically transfers over during a power outage so you will have uninterrupted service! The house is also equipped with automatic security shutters which covers all first floor windows and doors while away or if you just like the additional layer of security while sleeping and also aids to deter any furry animals from visiting! Ample off street parking available with a 2 car garage and large driveway to accommodate up to 4 additional cars. This house is top notch. The only knock is the complicated check in process and feeling like you’re walking on eggshells during stay. Staying in an home this nice comes with many rules. After check in, ended up spending 20+ mins on the phone with the owner to review how to open and close the blinds once we arrived on the property. Part of this is that there are necessary precautions to avoid bears on property as it is in a bear zone. The house itself is wonderful and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great home in a great location. It is as advertised.

The house was even better than imagined and Beth (host) was very helpful and responsive. We made amazing memories with our families and the house provided the perfect venue to do so. Kitchen was exceptionally well outfitted (both equipment and food staples/basics). The game room was so much fun for all ages! And lots of extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys) to enjoy. The best thing I can say about this house is that we booked it again. It’s that wonderful. The game room is fun and the house is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything one would need. Beth is available by phone or text promptly if you have any questions. The bedding is so comfortable and the steam shower is really a treat. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of nine that included three kids 8, 10 and 12 years old. The game room in the basement was a big hit with the whole family. Plenty of room for everyone without over crowding. House was very comfortable to relax and enjoy a great week of fun and relaxation.

Great Property for Family Fun and Cheer
Property was as advertised; lots of great space inside and out. Accommodates big family gatherings well, great kitchen/dining area for cooking and entertaining, comfy rooms and great gaming big TV basement. Communication with Beth was easy and responsive. We could have used more instructions written down as verbal instruction memory is not what it used to be :). But overall a great experience. Recommend highly.

Tahoe Perfection
Every aspect of this trip was perfect down to the friendly neighborhood dog that we hoped to see every time we went outside. The house had everything we needed and more. Gathering around the fire place in the large family room after skiing was our favorite. Could not have asked for a better host in Beth and Bob as well. The process was absolutely seamless, and responded immediately to any questions.

Blissfully Elegance At Its Finest
This elegant mountain home is a dream to visit and stay in. The owners are very easy to communicate with regarding expectations and care of the property and surrounding neighbors. The home is filled with amenities from top to bottom. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef would need. The home is decorated with "mountain charm." The bedrooms and and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The house has a home away from home feel.
Our daughter was married near by and the home made for a fabulous backdrop for photos of her, her mom and the bridesmaids.
I cannot thank Beth and Bob enough for allowing us to stay in their home for the wedding weekend. It made for the perfect family time leading up to and through the wedding weekend. From, my personal perspective, working with Beth and Bob and their house, I would award them a perfect 10!!!

Unbelievable!!!! Would Never Book Here Again!!
I WAS GOING TO WRITE SOMETHING GREAT BUT HERE IT GOES!!! First off I would like to say if you and your family LOVES to cook and not eat out this place is DEFINITELY NOT the place for you. House had many rules to follow and NONE was broken. If I must say the drive way needs to be cleared of the snow and ice and I was told someone comes to clear it every morning and totally didn't happen so my rental car got a dent in the door from trying ro drive out the entrance on the thick ice. The front porch had ice that was never removed prior to our stay that we who was staying there took the time to remove or clear the snow and ice from piling up should I say Hazard!! We sure had couple accidents happened there, so we did what was needed to be done!! Surely didn't get a thank you for that. Left the house sparkling clean from top to bottom but the cleaning people had a problem about washing all the linens on the bed which in the rules were to take them off before leaving. If that was the case they could of bin washed and put back on for you but it's in your policy to remove them and leave them on the floor.Never in my life and years of living have I used a dish washer because I'm from the islands and we don't use them things they blamed us for a broken soap cover for the dishwasher which was never used at all. A little oil grease on the grill for the stove was left because we didn't had the proper cleaning products to clean it. Then if I was to buy a brillo and scrape the grill then it would have bin an issue. Made the most excuses to take the security deposit as if the place wasn't expensive already. The owner didn't complain to how clean the place was left but the cleaning ladies complain about doing the job that they came and got paid to do. The garbage bins for the trash is so tiny not even a full bag of garbage can be throwed in the bin. The owner told us about a schedule for when the garbage truck supposed to come and it never showed. Communication with her could have bin way better. So don't believe what you see with all them stars because they ask you to put five star to up the ratings to make them look good. Honestly this doesn't deserve a 5 star at all. TAKE IT HOW YOU WANT!! THAT SHOULD HOLD YOU!!

Amazing home, location, and hosts!
We had such a great time staying here, and Beth was amazing throughout the entire process! The house is perfect for a friends and family gathering. We were even able to do some sledding in the driveway. We had so much fun - we'd love to come back!!

Amazing home
This house is five star. Beautifully furnished, comfortable, and the kitchen — which is a cook’s dream — is equipped with everything you would need for a party of a dozen or more. Watch out — the knives are razor sharp. We arrived at the beginning of a massive snow storm, and the owner was so helpful from afar — we couldn’t find the driveway under all the snow, and she helped us get inside and ensured us that someone would be along to plow the snow — which they did every day. A great place for a family reunion or a gathering of couples. We look forward to going back.

Perfect family ski house
This home was exceptional in attention to detail, quality and location. From the game room and large tv for the kids (and me!) on the lower level to the kitchen/living room layout to plenty of space to ease of access to Tahoe City, Alpine, Squaw, Homewood and Granlibakken to the quality of furnishings, it was truly stellar. And the owners were great when we had weather challenges.

Breath of fresh air!!
Staying at Beth and Bob’s property was a breath of fresh air in a hectic week of wedding activities in the area. Indoor space is large and spacious with many areas to gather, chat, read, or just chill. The game room is outstanding Outdoor space is just as inviting. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, bike trails and hiking. Place was equipped with everything we needed and more and Beth was super communicative and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay!!!

Loved your property. You were super responsive, everything worked well and the location cannot be beat. Big kitchen, great deck, adorable yard, comfortable beds and the best office/playroom with shuffleboard and air hockey etc. My only recommendation would be air-conditioning . It was a HOT week. Great home for large groups and families!
Beth and Bob's place was just as described if not better. The location was great. Very close to a cute little town with plenty of restaurants, Commons beach, boat rentals, and grocery stores.
I stayed here in July 2021 with a group of friends and children under the age of 1. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with more than the necessities. It's a cook's dream kitchen. There is a game room and also an adjacent movie/tv space. The backyard was shaded and so nice that we ate outdoors both nights.
I communicated with Beth and she provided very clear check-in/check-out instructions. She was also very responsive, although I did not need to contact her much since we did not have any issues staying here.
Highly recommend this home! Thanks Beth and Bob for allowing us to stay here!

A REAL GEM!
This quiet Tahoe cabin checked all the boxes. It had everything we needed to entertain our family during a COVID getaway. It was very neat and clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. It had large TVs and a gaming room. The property owner was very helpful and we could tell she really wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Two thumbs up from everyone!!

Perfect location for couples ski weekend
We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this beautiful Tahoe house. The place had 3 common areas (basement, main floor, and upstairs), so we were all able to work remote one day without being on top of each other. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with supplies and the (adult) boys loved the games in the basement. We didn't use the backyard/porch because we were there in the winter but can see that it would be fantastic for a summer trip. The house is a super short drive to lake or town and not much longer to the mountain (Squaw/Alpine). Beth was very communicative and willing to answer questions throughout! Thanks again for a great stay.

Sweet 16 and quarantined
This was an exceptional VRBO! We pulled off a surprise get a way with some friends to celebrate my daughter turning 16 and it was fantastic! This home blew us away with how comfortable and relaxing it was. Beth was so accommodating and allowed us early check in and flexibility in order to make it all a huge surprise for my daughter. We have rented many many vacation homes over the last 20 years and this was by far the most pristine! The reviews were all accurate! The game room, the high end bathrooms (which included a sauna type shower and even a bidet..)and furnishings, the most well stocked kitchen you could ever ask for and the beautiful porch. It was so fun to sit with cozy blankets and drinks while the kids enjoyed the snow and even a little sledding (they even had sleds to use)in the front and back yard! We built snowmen and had wonderful meals, great conversations in the living room and friendly competitions in the stellar game room! We were a party of 8, we decorated a bit for Christmas and had plenty of room for all! Thank you Beth for all you did to accommodate us! You were always only a text away! And.. when I left some birthday gifts at the house, Beth met me the following week down in Roseville to return them to us... honestly who does that! We will definitely book again!
