Deal direct with the owner and stay at this premier resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! We have one of the biggest pools and nicest resorts here in Panama City Beach. The unit comes with a spectacular balcony facing the beach with views of the ocean and pool. Wake up in the mornings in a magnificent master bedroom facing the ocean, with a en-suite master bath. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a bunkroom with an attached 1/2 bathroom, great for the kids or young adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances with 9 foot ceilings and tile through out (except the bedrooms,) the over 1000 square feet of living space. You can even enjoy the view while cooking up something to eat in the kitchen. Walk to the living room, sit down and enjoy the ocean view or relax on the sleeper sofa. Then step out to the balcony, sit back and enjoy the view and listen to the waves of the beautiful ocean. After, go out and enjoy dinner with many great restaurants in the area, or eat at home and enjoy watching TV with our Free HBO, or streamline your favorite Netflix movies on our smart TV’s.

We also upgraded the High Speed internet boasting speeds up to 600 Mbps.

Unlike other condo’s There are no Hidden Fees.

This unit is located on the 10th floor and it comes with its own dedicated parking space, which is also on the 10th floor. Unlike other condos where trucking luggage back and forth can be a pain. This unit has a reserve spot very close to the unit, so checking in and out is easy. Everything you need is in the unit, including a full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer for you convenience. There is 24 hour gated security with one of the largest pools on the strip, as well as a tiki bars, food and convenience store all located on the property.

We booked very last minute for a spur of the moment vacation extension from a different part of FL. I stumbled upon this listing and immediately felt like this was such a great value. The bunk room was perfect and I didn’t realize it was its own little room when booking, so we were extra impressed with the value once we got there. Our 4 year old loved it. And plenty of room for the pack and play for our baby in the main bedroom. We loved the pool, easy access to beach, and the convenient food “hut” and bar! We will absolutely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. The pool was great fun for the kids, especially on those double red flag days when the beach wasn't an option. Location is absolutely the best. The only negatives I would be able to provide are the elevators are packed during peak seasons and this unit was on the 10th floor of the parking deck, which is a lot of driving in circles to get to. But this is literally the only bad part. Overall, an absolutely great location and stay!

Exactly as advertised. Owner was very easy to work with, and would highly recommend renting from her. Reserved parking space just a few feet from the room is a huge plus, especially when loading and unloading. Landscaping around the pool was gorgeous. I was worried about slow elevators after reading some other reviews, but we didn’t have to wait too long most times. Overall, a great experience!

When we got to the condo check in was easy, parking garage attendant was very nice and told us where to go. The condo was amazing. Very clean had everything a person would need ro have a great time even beach chairs to use . We ate out most of the time, there is so many great places to eat in walking distance. I did cook hamburgers one night had everything i could have needed to cook a full course meal as far as cookware. Beautiful view off the balcony of huge pool area and the beach. Extremely peaceful!!! We will be back!! I fell in love with this place... the host was awesome .

The property was exactly as described, Excellent! The owner was easy to communicate with. With condo staff nearby at all major entrances, we felt safe the entire time. Check-in process was easy and straight forward. Great views, beach was clean and managed well. Once we figured out the TV remotes, the TV was very easy to operate. We would stay here again, without hesitation. 4-Star rating!

We loved the location and the unit was clean and well taken care of. It was stocked with everything we needed. The host (JoAnn) was so accommodating and excellent at responding. The beach and pool area were gorgeous! And the grounds were meticulously maintained. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this condo. The owner, Joann, was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool and both hot tubs. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family. Wal Mart is conveniently located to shop for groceries. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Great location on beach with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Our stay was during December so we did not use the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub and made use of the workout room. JoAnn was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful condo with an amazing property owner. I've stayed at a lot of condos all over, and out of all of them this property owner was the most responsive and helpful. There were 0 issues - I just had questions that she promptly answered. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the condo was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Enjoyed the beach and the pool area. We liked that we could walk across the road to Walmart as we needed things. Accessibility to food and souvenirs was all within walking distance. Only thing that needed attention, the dishwasher in our room kept leaving black spots on the dishes and the coffee maker didn't work real well. But, those are definitely not things to keep us from coming back. We lived the stay and will rebook when we come back to Panama

I’ve never really thought I was a neat freak or ocd about being in clean places… BUT here are a few things that caught my eye within the first 10 minutes of being there: 1. Dirt built up around the floor corner & dingy baseboards 2. Stains on the couch 3. Bedroom doors were so dirty that they had black marks all over them (as if they’d never ever been wiped down) 4. Long dark hairs in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor (I’m a blonde lol) 5. The bathtub stopper was unattached and sitting next to the tub 6. Let’s not forget the the entire shower glass door in the closet which made it difficult to hang our clothes up. 7. When my baby was crawling on the tile floor, I picked her up to find her little knees where BLACK. So I had to use kitchen towels & dawn dish soap to clean the floors… cause that’s just disgusting. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in how filthy the condo was. Like I said, I noticed all those things within minutes of arriving and even had to mop the living room floor after driving 9 hours. It made me really question if the sheets and towels were even washed before us? Yuck!!! On a brighter note, it was nice having such great security throughout the complex and parking garage. Made my family and I feel safe. The employees were usually pretty friendly.. usually.

My family of 5 states during spring break 2023. Property was as described. Great communication with owner , very fast response. Beautiful ocean view that overlooked the pool. We loved how the property has 24/7 security at every entrance and at every gate. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

We found the property everything we could have wanted and more!!! Sat on the balcony in the sun everyday watched the sunset then meandered downstairs and spent a few hours in the hot tub. It was great. We also walked next door to the crazy pineapple restaurant and ate ribs. Also great. Although the parking does have you going round and round. The space was easy to find and it was also easy to find parking for our second vehicle. We will defiantly try to get back to this unit and maybe take the grandkids Once we learned the tv it was great. The grandkids would have had that up and running in seconds. The internet was a little sluggish in the evenings

Scotch tape on cabinets, loose knob on bunk bed(safety issue), toilet fixture missing, loud noise intermittently in front bedroom, pans were disgusting, keurig very loud, tv in living room not configured properly. Found bottle of alcohol above refrigerator.

We have been to the Shores of Panama several times but this was the first time booking through JoAnn and this condo was super nice! The master bedroom was very cozy and had a beautiful view of the ocean right from the bed, the guest bedroom was very cozy as well and the bed in there was soooo soft! The bathroom in the guest bedroom was nicer than the one in the master in my opinion but they were both nice!! The bunk room was great too! It was stocked with everything we needed and even had some toys that my son loved playing with! So glad we chose this condo and have already contacted about staying again next year!

JoAnn was absolutely phenomenal!! She was extremely timely with responding to questions, even after 10:30 at night. The condo was perfect! Clean, convenient, and we loved avoiding the whole check-in process. The only snag we had was the TV in the living room, however by the time we came in each night no one really cared about it.
