Come and enjoy this comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium with fabulous views of the ocean from one of the largest balconies on the beach! With unique decor condo has a very warm and cozy feel, you may not want to leave!

We have condo on 11th floor. Condo has comfortable king bed, and two queen beds. The bathrooms have upgraded to WALK-IN shower enclosure. This condominium includes everything for a great beach vacation.
The main living areas and the bedrooms are tiled so you can see the cleanness of the rooms.
The magnificent ocean views can be seen easily from the living room and master bedroom with access to the balcony from both rooms.

We are also providing a comfortable queen size sleeper in the living room area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the house. Granite countertops with spacious cabinets. A comfortable dining room for a large family dinner or entertaining. For your entertaining needs there are three TVs with DVD, flat screen in all rooms.

Ocean Villa has oversized balconies overlooking beautiful white sand beaches and breathtaking views of the gulf, a large hot tub, two pools (one heated indoor/outdoor and the other large outdoor pool), steam room, exercise room and sauna. Our condo is right in the middle of a 23 story building. The sand is the best in all of Florida, soft and pure white! You can see the dolphin migrate east along the sandbar, watch them from your balcony or swim along with them.

Sorry no pets and no smoking.
Only in March and April minimum age of primary renter should be 25

Wonderful location with huge balcony! Perfect area to watch the fireworks or just relax and watch the beach activities. Mike was a gracious host, quick to respond to any needs or questions. The condo met our needs.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location right on beach and lots of close dining options and shopping. I it very spacious and comfortable for 4 of us. Beds were nice as well. All the basics you need for a pleasant vacation. Only wish the elevators moved a little more efficiently but we would happily stay here again. Liked the regular communication with the owner about checkin and checkout.

The unit was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Our beach side view and patio was so awesome. The construction noise was loud but we tried to ignore it and enjoy our stay. Mission accomplished. The property manager was accessible when needed. I look forward to a future stay. My cousin and I had a great time.

Great views, huge balcony, and lots to do. This was a gem of a find. It’s is everything you want for a stay on the beach. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. I would highly recommend a stay here!

As a new family of 3, this condo met our needs. It had all the amenities we needed during our stay and all clean. The balcony is very large and had a amazing view of the ocean. Manager of the condo responded to texts quickly and was informative.

This property had spectacular views of the ocean, the beach and dolphins. Sitting on the beach in the unit's provided beach chairs, under the umbrella was so relaxing. The best beach ever! The unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation stay. The owner was wonderful to work with and he answered our questions promptly. Thank you Mike for a spectacular vacation.

We had 2 adults, 3 teens, and an 11 year old. We stayed on the 14th floor. The elevators were very timely (3 of them), the pool and hot tub were nice. Our balcony was HUGE. Large table on it, 6 sturdy chairs with cushions, and 2 lounge chairs with cushions. The master bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and shower pressure. The place (14th floor unit) is actually nicer looking in person! The owner, Mike, was extremely timely with communication! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Salt and pepper and a few others seasonings were already there. Starter items, bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods were there as well. Chair rental was included and always a treasure to have. Really really loved this place and hope to come back!

This is by far my favorite Vrbo! Check in process was outstanding…. The condo was very clean with a very adequately furnished kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable, views to die for, and the beach access literally 2 mins from the door! Would go back tomorrow! Do not pass this one up!

We stayed the first three weeks in February at this condo. Everything was very clean and well kept. Mike was very responsive when we had a fire alarm battery going bad and was fixed within the hour or so. We enjoyed the amenities of the heated pool and hot tub.

We stayed on the 14th floor, it was an amazing view. Property was just the right size for our group of five and was very clean. The pools were heated and the kids enjoyed them. Mike was amazing to work with and was always available for questions. Loved our little getaway.

Had everything we needed to get by for a few days without having to go to the store. Property is excellent location. Right on beach, close to dining and shopping. Property managers and everyone onsite was kind and helpful. Condo was clean and comfy. We loved the large beach front deck.
