Other than our own silly struggle to figure out the lock box, everything was perfect! The cottage was very clean, had great instructions for things, and the feature we loved most was the creek/waterfall! This was actually what sold me on this rental vs another, and I’m so glad it was everything I wanted it to be.
Bed was comfy, bathroom was small but very clean, shower was great, rockers on the screened in porch were wonderful. The traffic noise didn’t bother us a bit, because the water was loud enough to drown the world out when you sat out there. We followed another reviewers lead, and turned AC off and left the door open the first night to sleep to the creek sounds. We are from NY, but hope to stay here again if we make it back this way in the future. Our only regret was that we were so busy doing pre planned things outside the cottage that we didn’t have more time to enjoy being there. We are going to miss it!

Our cabin was exactly as described. While it is on the main road, once you go into the screened in back porch, the world melts away and all you can hear is the creek. The bed was comfortable and cozy. You're about 35 minutes away from everything, which makes it a great location. We will be back!

Everything matched what was in the picture. Plenty of info on email sent out of extra things to do or checkout. Plenty of stuff to use to cook. We brought our own black stone utensils and used it everyday. Hibachi on vacation is unmatched. The creek is amazing. Fall time with windows open would be perfect

We spent the first part of our honeymoon here and it was so very relaxing after wedding. The creek was awesome and very cold in 100 degree weather. Perfect for us. We will be back.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cabin. We really loved our time at the cabin. It made us both want to move to Tennessee. It is secluded, yet close enough to Newport and Gatlinburg to be convenient for shopping and entertainment. We found a wonderful coffee shop nearby called “Our Place.” Overall, it was a wonderful day and I cannot wait to return.

We were very impressed with the overall quality of the cabin we stayed in. Very clean , very comfortable and very quiet.

I enjoyed my visit and listening to the creek before bed was nice.. I will recommend to others of peace and quiet is needed…

This was our first time in Tennessee and we couldn't be happier with this place! It was so cute and clean. The view of the river and waterfall was so beautiful! We slept with the door open most nights to listen to the water. The property was very clean and the perfect size for us. And Gatlinburg wasn't a far drive! There is a lot of traffic on the road but we couldn't even hear it. We will definitely be back and will be staying here again! :)

Loved the creek. But need hair dryer in bathroom. Also Internet instructions incorrect. Beds were comfy. Loved the fireplace. Will recommend.

absolutely beautiful place, very clean my favorite had to be the porch and just listening to the waterfall. the only thing that wasn’t the best was the drive to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. it was about a 40 min drive to both. but other than that it was a great stay.

The cabin was nice with lots of amenities. Definitely recommend getting there during daylight because it’s a bit difficult to find at night

Cabin is nice and has everything needed for a great trip to the smoky mountains.

Our favorite part of this stay was the amazing creek that was right outside the door!

This place is easy to find, clean and well cared for. Sitting outside on the rocking chairs listening to the stream was great! I would suggested bringing a little blanket with you during the cooler months. We had such a wonderful peaceful trip. I would highly suggest this little cozy getaway.

Possibly the cleanest place we've stayed at, and I'm super picky. Cabin is actually roomier than pics show. Loved the little lighted makeup vanity with seat. I gave it 4 stars for location, but that was the worst part AND the best part. The worst was that the front was close to a road which was noisy all night. (Granted, it was the Saturday night after Halloween. The next night, Sunday, was totally quiet.) The best part was the back that overlooked a lovely creek and foliage. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened in porch. Hope to return for spring blooms.

Good place for a quick hiking trip

Very cozy studio cabin, next to creek. While a little chilly, we still got to enjoy the creek after a rain. While adjacent highway noise was moderate, it was nothing unnerving at night. A sleep/sound machine would virtually eliminate that.
Cabin was well-equipped, comfortable and a nice place to get away from Gatllnburg's traffic.

Pros: Beautiful creek runs right next to the property, fishing(trout) possible(bring your trout license), wonderful amenities, fully appointed, looks brand new inside and out(super clean!), close enough to attractions, but far enough away to avoid heavy traffic
Cons: Sits very close to a road that is heavily traveled at times(road noise a little rough during sleeping hours)
We wished that the listing had made clear that it is very close to a road, as we expected it to be more remote. But, the property was extremely nice.

Please was a little hard to find since the signage did not match the company we booked with. The place was very clean. We expected it to be off the main road, so we were a little disappointed on that level but everything else was great.
4.7
We have stayed at this property twice and enjoyed it both times!

The pictures don't do it justice. This place is amazing and close to everything yet away from everything to enjoy the peace and quiet...especially on the screened in porch. Close to all the major attractions and awesome restaurants in the local vicinity. If you want a relaxing, fun packed vacation, you need to book this place!

Very nice peaceful place.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the creek view next to the cabin from the screened in porch. It was a nice place to come back to rest after a long day riding in the park and touring the area.

Loved the cottage. Back screened porch was awesome. And the flowing water sound was so relaxing. It was our 1st time but will definitely go back in the future. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for a week to explore and hike in the national park. Cabin was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a "homebase". A/C and dehumidifier kept everything cool and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Screened in porch next to the creek was a nice place to relax in the evenings.
4.7
We loved the coattage and porch with the river. It was very relaxing. We also enjoyed eating at the locals. The cottage was very quaint and just what I needed for relaxing and stress relief. Definitely will be back.

Amazing piece of peace. The Bach porch overlooking the river is amazing. We will be back.

We loved our stay in this cabin. It was very clean and what we needed right on the creek. We loved the screened in porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and to just listen to the flowing water off the rocks. It was located centrally to lots of activities whether you want a quite scenic drive, visit Gatlinburg or Newport, TN. Thanks for sharing your place with us, we will definitely visit again.

My husband and I loved this place. It was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend

Could not wait to see what Cosby was like...it's a long highway with old buildings, the cabin is situated right on a flowing stream, that is amazing and loud, but it's healing and I loved it...it's so loud I couldn't play my littlle blue tooth speaker on the porch...but it was fine, except for some garbage in the stream...I was going to get it but it wasn't safe for me to do it alone...customer service or whomever I email was rude and short...there is a wedding or reception venue straight across the creek and they had an event, the DJ and the music was so loud I had to leave a day early and of course was not offered a refund or partial refund, so book at your own risk...after a 10 mile hike I was so ready to have a cup of coffee and relax, but I had to drive 1.5 hours home...never again, honestly growing up in those mountains and staying in many different towns, counties and states...Cosby will be the last place I'll stay, this cabin is literally 10 feet from the highway...I didn't realize and people up there have exceptionally loud cars...Sorry I just can't recommend this place or company to anyone...

Super cute, clean canbin on the river. Close to Gatlinburg but away from the hustle and bustle. Well equipped and easy access to everything! Beautiful view from the screened in porch,

Jacuzzi tub does not hold water and bugs all throughout the home. Just off the highway so loads of road noise. The screened in patio was nice as well as the river. Paid for 4 nights and we checked out the morning after checking in due to lots noise and the cleanliness (bugs) of home. A whole lot of money $600.00 for one night. Still have not received our $200.00 deposit.

We loved the cabin and setting. Plenty of supplies and everything worked well. The only problem is that the cabin was a bit far from most of the sites.
Thank you so much for the stay it made our anniversary celebration very pleasant and enjoyable.

My wife and I enjoyed many hours on the screened porch taking in the sound of the creek flowing by. Wonderful diners close by. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Just enough space for the two of us and we really enjoyed our stay. I appreciate having more towels and wash rags available as well as extra trash bags. They thought of the guests and supplied extra toilet paper too!! These are things I look for with a rental 🤩
4.7
Ok location, not great if handicap accessible, bur very peaceful. Overall very happy 😊

The cabin had everything you needed. No issues with internet. It was nice to have the back door open to the screened in porch to listen to the tumbling creek and get some fresh air.

A little close to roadway. A lot of traffic noise
