The house was reasonably close to the beach and the pool was fun. The house had a few beach items available to use. It would have been nice to have a few more items in the house like spices. We had to buy salt and pepper, which seems like a basic item to have at a house.
Overall a great experience.

Great place!! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as stated in the description. Beds were comfy! The seating was perfect. We enjoyed the privacy in the yard. We’ll be back :)

The house was in close proximity to the beach. Nice neighborhood, quiet and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The close proximity to the beach provided us with a lot of fun. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed playing ball in the large, fenced yard. Everything we needed was in the house and the host was very responsive to our needs. We would have liked an option to heat the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was very nice! The weather was perfect, our location also nice. Such a quite neighborhood the back yard was perfect for our dogs. The home and pool were clean. Could use more silverware and nicer pots and pans. Small repair needed on the privacy gate!

Very nice home with all the amenities you need. Close walk to private beach entrance, pool, and fenced in yard for the dog. Management was very responsive for questions we had. Drove all night got there early that morning and they were very nice to let us in a bit early so we could rest.

We had a very fun time at the house! Beautiful pool, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and a convenient shower on the side of the house for removing sand after going to the beach! They had beach chairs, body boards, and sand castle buckets we used at the beach! Lots of bath towels. But the kitchen had no spices (not even salt and pepper), whisk, paper towels, napkins, pizza pan, cooking oil, or cheese grater. We like to cook all our own food so we probably needed more items than many people would.

This place was convenient and met our needs. It could use some redecorating inside especially in the bunk room to make it more inviting. It felt cold and bare. It was pretty clean for the most part. The back deck had a broken shelf on the outside wall. The landscaping needed a lot of tlc especially out back. The pool was exceptionally clean but it is not heated. One of the pool guys actually showed up one day we were there I guess to be sure it was clean, maybe test the water?? You can tell they really work hard to maintain it. The house is close to pier park which some might like although the teen crowd wasnt for us. There are plenty of other nice shops nearby though. Unlike other places we have stayed we were happy to see pool floats all aired up and sitting by the pool. They also had fold out chairs and shovel and bucket for kids at the beach. It had a decent washer and dryer which we can appreciate. The kitchen seemed clean and everything was working. It isnt fancy but you get what you pay for. It worked for us and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach which was beautiful.

Winds blew screening down around pool, called on Monday twice but no one ever came to take care of. Other than that it was a good experience.

Love the size of the house and the fenced yard. We stayed three months and because we cook a lot we found the kitchen could a more, as in more silverware, more glasses, more pans. Otherwise we like this place a lot.

We love the house but the owners need to upgrade a few thing to get the price we paid for our week. Living room couch is stained and dirty. Both beds need new mattresses. Looks like they tried to cover the very bad dips in the mattresses with a mattress pad. They need new pots and pans, they are worn and very old looking. We loved the pool and spa and used it a lot. We would rent it again next year but only if some upgrades are made.

This was our first trip to Panama City from about 10 hours away and we wanted to absolutely love this property and make it a new yearly tradition! The house was a disappointment due to its dirtiness, several broken things and the walk is a tad longer than to the becah than youd think BUT if you ars not worried about it being clean and dont have kids then this would be a great spot but no way was my toddler walking that far haha. The pool has a safety netted fence which both gates were broken to so they did not latch rendering the whole fence useless. If you walked on the floors then youd have black gritty feet and could see dirt caked everywhere especially the baseboards. A window in the bunk bed room would just randomly fall open which was a tad sketchy lol. I will say that we loved having our own pool and yard but the lights did not work in pool at night and waterfall appeared to be on a timer that worked when it wanted haha. If youre after a clean house then this is not it but if you just wanna be close to the beach with your own pool and dog friendly then I say have at it!
Adding that the property was good with communication and letting us check in an hour early, they just might need to re evaluate their cleaning crews as this seems to be a re occuring review on this particular property.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood walk to the beach. I only wish the pool had of been warm. We would’ve used it more. The house was great lots of room hope to go back.

This place was what we expected to get which is great. No real issues. Only suggestions would be to get rid of the moldy couches in the garage, they definitely had a odor that you could smell when you opened the door, and get rid of the Nest thermostat, its not user friendly and the owner had it locked out. Other than that we would book it again. There is a nice beach access with parking less than a 5 minute drive away. The pool was clean. The grocery store is close. The back yard was great for the kids to run in. There were beach toys and chairs available for use as well.

Wonderful time and close to beach
4.0 / 5.0
Great location in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the beach and activities. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a nice split bedroom layout. Patio and pool area was great for sitting and relaxing and the fenced yard was great for the dog. The Nest thermostat gave us some issues and was locked up to one setting but Paradise management was very responsive to the issue and worked with the owner to update the settings and their team also provided great follow up service. The only cons to our stay and suggestions for the owners: 1. Optional pool heat for a daily fee would be wonderful - visitors will gladly pay for it. 2. The doors, woodwork and especially the floors need a serious deep cleaning - we unfortunately had to wear shoes inside the house to keep our feet clean.

Everything was great besides it needs some deep cleaning especially the floors. The furniture needs some cleaning as well. Pool was extremely clean but cold. We enjoyed regardless

Easy reservations wit online payment. Would of liked to have option for heated pool Would also like a listing of properties located directly on beach for future trips.

We had a good stay. Most everything was nice. The 5 minute walk to the beach h was a little misleading. All the accesses to the beach within walking distance were private entrances

Wow where to begin! We absolutely love coming here its our second home we say 😅we just love that they have always had everything u could need as far as the kitchen goes if u want to cook something.Everything is very clean Smells so good no bugs ever since coming here no problems ever since coming here The pool area is Beautiful and have two lovely sitting areas with privacy fence on both sides. I just love to sit in the early mornings and have my coffee in one of two coffee makers they have one is a Keurig the other is just a regular one and watch the squirrels play and watch the Beautiful sun come up !The back yard is completly fenced in the back to take our two little fur babies out to play without worrying they would get out .We would never want to go anywhere else and just got lucky and happened to have found this Beautiful Gem several yrs ago. I could not imagine anyone not pleased staying here!!! We love it 💕

Pool/hot tub was advertised but they wanted an extra $50 a day to turn on pool heater, so pool/hot tub were unusable. Floors were very dirty I had white socks on and the bottoms were black after walking on floors fir a half hour. Walls and baseboards were not very clean. House has a lot of potential but needs a good scrubbing.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Not only did we enjoy but our 2 dogs did too. They had a spacious yard and could come and go as they pleased. The only thing bad was the floors wasn’t clean. There was sticky spots everywhere and we had to wear shoes the whole time or our feet would turn black. But a beautiful quiet place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea-renity. The house was clean and pool was gorgeous. We would stay again! Only complaint would be the kitchen items. Some of the pots were T-Fal and the coating was peeling off into anything cooked. More silverware, plates and serving dishes were needed. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and convenient to everything. A short walk to the beach. The pool in the yard was very convenient for cooling off after a day seeing the sights or even for just having a lazy pool day at the house.

sea-renity pool house
We picked this house because of the pool. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was a green film covering the walls of the pool. Try keeping 5 kids out of the pool while you brush the sides (not happening). We loved this house, the quiet neighborhood, the closeness to a great beach (truly walking distance)--we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, 3 of us ended up with ear infections by the end of the week. The house otherwise was clean and perfect for our clan (11 total). The kitchen was well-equipped for all sorts of cooking and baking. A few notes: the blender parts don't quite match, so you have to push down hard to engage the blade (very loud), and the 3 coffee makers do not come with a basket of any type, so bring filters (there's sm and lg drip coffee makers, and a one-cup type). The gas grill worked great, and there is an in-the-door ice and water dispenser on the 'fridge. We used the sofa bed (there are 2, but you can't use both at the same time), however, there is a large, glass-topped coffee table in the way of pulling them out. We moved that onto the back porch for the week. This worked great and we put together puzzles and played games there. Unfortunately, the roof leaks in 2 places (where the transition areas are), and one of our puzzles got ruined. We left another behind for next guests. We used the outdoor shower, which was great after going to the beach. The screen door on that side has trouble latching and there is no tension arm to pull it closed, so that was a bit of a pain, as the door would randomly open all week. It is so nice to have such a big area screened in, and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool most of our waking time! We took the beach toys to the beach (thank you!) and were glad for the washer and dryer. There was ample liquid dish soap and bar soap in the bathrooms. There is parking for 3 (possibly more) vehicles. The neighborhood supermarket, Carousel, has most things you might need. I would have been content to stay in Laguna Beach the entire week, as traffic to PCB is not so nice. The water pressure went out one night around 10, and I called the emergency number. The woman called right back and told me there was a main water line break and they were working until it was fixed. (I did some research and it looks like this happens a lot--there's a lot of construction going on in this little town).

Our Stay
The location is good. The house is fine but could be freshened up a bit. We were disappointed with the outdoor/pool area. The pool water was cold and we were told we could not turn on the heater. The porch & pool decking were dirty with a lot of hair and dirt in the the drain that runs the length of the pool.

First time to the area.
Great little neighborhood. About a 7 minute walk to the beach. Golf cart was nice to have. We loved exploring 30A and all of the shopping, dining, and architecture. Just Beautiful!!
The house was great. Could have had another family with us because of the layout and beds. Enjoyed having friends over. The yard was great for our dog. We enjoyed our week. Thank you.

Spring Trip
Property was nice. As advertised I would say. Drawing card was pool which unfortunately was too cold to use and heater was forbidden to use or we faced prosecution and fines. Being law abiding people we chose not to use. Pool was cleaned on Thursday I believe with maintenance coming into the backyard without knocking as our car was in driveway which would indicate we were there.. Luckily my wife just got dressed 2 minutes prior. Pool light was not working and we reported. We received 2 disco plastic lights??? I guess to take pool light’s place??? But again we would be fined $100 if not placed on counter when we left which seemed extreme since the lights must be worth $5.00 each. Again not wanting to run afoul of the rules they sat on the counter. Suggest you give renters the option to use heater for pool.

Peaceful Neighborhood
We booked this house for a last minute trip and was more than pleased with the decision. We took our children and pup. Our kiddos loved the pool, though it was very cold. I did ask the management company if it could be heated and they said that the owners do not allow it for guests. I would have been more than happy to pay an additional fee for the comfort. The neighborhood was quiet and you could hear the waves from the porch. We would definitely book again.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood near ocean
House was everything we expected. Short walk to the beach, and we could hear the waves while sitting on the large screen enclosed pool area in back. Very quiet at night. Very nice.
