We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was convienient to buses and near two tube stations. Liz had a notebook of local information in the apartment, and she responded promptly to our requests.

Located just minutes from Warren St.Station, which provided access to all tube stops in city. We felt safe and comfy in the Apt. Three of us was about right. Lift available after a few steps up from street. Several grocery stores almost around the corner. Quiet. Very nice stay!

PHOTO NOT OF UNIT WE WERE PUT IN.
First off, the unit I booked was not the one we were directed to. I had to ask when I noticed address different. Unit was totally without amenities. Right off, I had to ask for more than 2 small towels. No washcloths, one hand towel. Kitchen had new convection stove, but not the cookware needed. Linens did not feel fresh, especially the duvet (no top sheet). Bed was NOT king size. Heat insufficient until Liz sent over a third space heater. Living room couch had a sad little cover on it. I didn’t want to check under. It was the only sitting space (Not Cozy after a full day), and there was not one reading lamp in the room. There was a table and worn wooden folding chairs. The elevator went out the first weekend we were there. The day before we were to leave there was a flooding from one of the units. We’re asked to empty our trash in the basement, but no way was I going down there with wet, steep stairs.
There is a plus side. Liz always pleasantly answered our queries (tho I stopped with most of them as it wasn’t going to change the fact that this was the worst VRBO we’d ever rented).
The location was wonderful. Avid walkers, we were out each day, all day, so location was a definite plus.
I guess I am writing this review to warn folks not to expect much of this rental. It was not comfortable, especially for an 18 day stay. As I said, just keep expectations low - especially if you are put in a different unit.

The overall experience was good. Communication with Liz was very good and usually a very quick response. As noted by most staying here the location was excellent. The main problem we had was the construction of a courtyard apartment being built in back of the apartment. The noise Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm was very loud and irritating, We did not want to get up at 8am everyday but had no choice. I did complain to Liz and she offered 50 pounds to compensate. I would have preferred to know this before we booked our stay.
Overall for in a few months time when construction was complete we would definitely stay here again.

Our first trip to London and this location was very good. The apartment was clean and close to pubs, stores, restaurants, and bus and metro lines. We liked the apartment and it had all the conveniences of home.

Mom and I enjoyed staying at this nice flat in Fitzrovia. It felt like staying among the locals, rather than in a touristy area. We took the train from LHR, then uber from Victoria Station with our luggage. Then we relied on underground.
The owner of this property has really thought of everything. She sent thorough info in advance, full of good advice for visitors. She is also a responsive communicator, should you need to. You will find everything you need in this flat and feel very safe here. It was very hot when we were there, and we used the fans provided while sleeping. The flat is on the 6th floor. We did have to climb the stairs once as the elevator guys were there when we arrived. Thank goodness they did quick work! There are convenient shops, pubs, fast food, and underground stops.

Very nice apartment in very convenient location in central London. 3 Metro stops within easy walking distances with nice coffee stops and restaurants all around.

The location is perfect as it’s situated in between several different Underground stations. Also, it’s a very close walk to great areas such as Soho. The flat had great amenities and Liz was very responsive.

It was our first visit to London and stayed for 10 days. It was myself, wife and adult daughter. So 3 of us stayed. The check-in process was smooth and orderly. The flat was very clean and uncluttered. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional and ready-to-go. The best part was the location! Fritzrovia is so centrally located to all the most interesting parts of London. Everywhere was easy to arrive in less than 30 minutes by public transportation. The Tube and bus stops were minutes from the flat. Overall = Great stay. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this spot. Location was great, close to the underground and busses to get you anywhere. Walk to restaurants and stores.
Liz was easy to get ahold of and lovely. The guide she sends and has there is very informative on things to do.
Easy check in and check out.
We will book again if we come back.

Overall everything was great. Picking the keys up made my daughter and wife a little uncomfortable. The pickup location was easy to find but clientele shopping the store was a little sketchy. We started using different tube stations after that. There are a ton of bars and restaurants close to the apartment which was nice. We were gone all day everyday and really didn't use anything other then the beds and bathroom. If we go back to London we would stay here again if it is available.

Was just what we needed. Comfortable bed. Functional kitchen and lounge. Security complex. Close to restaurants, pubs and transport. We loved our stay here.

The location (next to the BT tower) is excellent--not touristy but within walking distance of most of what London has to offer. It's in a newer building with a lift to the 6th floor. Close to 3 underground stations. Several breakfast spots nearby that open at 7:30 or 8. Apartment was very clean.

Check in process was pretty simple. Liz communicated with me before the trip and you get a set of instructions along with guides to the city. Pick up the keys at a shop near the Tube station and the flat is about 4 blocks away.
Neighborhood is amazing. A couple blocks from the busy areas but still close enough to the action. The area is very nice. So close to walk to many shops/restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk to Soho, 10 minutes to the British Museum and if you want to walk further many other attractions. The tube station being so close is very convenient.
The flat is on the 6th floor (yes there is an elevator), very bright and gets a nice breeze. A great size for my mom and I. She slept on the pull out bed in the living room which she said was very comfortable. There is a door that closes from the living room/kitchen so she pretty much had her own room. The bedroom was a nice size and bed was comfortable.
Washer/dryer in the kitchen (it runs for a long time if you want your clothes to dry completely so start it in the morning). Kitchen is fully stocked but if you need paper towels/extra toilet people you can pick it up at the Lidl grocery store over by the tube station on Tottenham Road. It was very nice to have the washer/dryer.
TV had Netflix so always plenty to watch if you wanted. Fans & space heater available if you need, ironing board, clothes drying rack.
Overall the entire place was very comfortable and clean. If I had a question I was able to get a hold of Liz very easily. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again when we come to London again.

Great Holiday Stay
We spent a week over the holidays at this cosy flat. The location is excellent— easy walking distance between two different tube stations connecting with many lines. It’s easy to get anywhere in London in a short time period. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but you are away from the tourist areas so you are not inundated by crowds.
The flat is light, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent amenities, clean with modern upgrades and a very nice bathroom with shower/tub. The owner is responsive and very easy to work with. No question I’d rebook for a return trip.

Convenient Location
This clean, bright and comfortable apartment is located near two tube stops, many restaurants and shops. It is in a busy neighborhood but amazingly quiet at night.
We had a minor issue with a window but it was repaired promptly.
Our deposit was returned within a week of our return home.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in these apartments over the past several years. Safe, clean, generally quiet and not too far from most amenities. Hope to be back next year!

Better than the pictures
The apartment is just perfect. More comfortable and beautiful than in the pictures. Located in a nice area, close to everything, it was exactly what we were looking for .
The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean , newly renovated and big. The kitchen has all the applicances and tools that you'll need. Great apartment.
Liz was always available to respond to our questions and she always did so promptly.

Bright, clean, comfortable and great location!
Secure building in a great location. Super quiet and safe area, literally minutes away from everything. Well laid out with bathroom, bedroom, living (with comfortable sofa bed) and kitchen. Loved coming in from the noise of bustling Euston Road to the peace of Fitzroy Square, and even in the freezing cold hearing the birds sing. Lots of good restaurants down Charlotte Street (try the yummy Italian "Zizzi"), 4 railway stations minutes away, pretty well everything within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, good bathroom, very warm and cosy over the cold Christmas period. Easy walk to Oxford Street and Covent Garden. Fast WiFi and Smart TV. Small library of guidebooks for reference. Owner is very responsive. We were happy, and would certainly come back.

Perfect home base in London
This is a very comfortable little flat within easy walking distance of a number of good restaurants and pubs as well as four tube stations that can get you wherever you want to go in London. Covent Garden and Leceister Square (with the theatre district, Chinatown and Piccadilly Square) are within walking distance, or a short ride on the tube or a bus. The area is mixed residential and business. It felt very safe at night and it was quiet with the windows shut - no problem getting a good night's sleep. Be sure to check out the Grant Museum of Zoology, the Wellcome Collection and Pollocks Toy Museum, all right in Fitzrovia and quickly reached on foot. Liz was very easy to deal with an always prompt to reply to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well set up and had everything we needed.
Everything was there we needed. Great location handy to the shops restaurants and Warren St underground. Only problem was the lift broke down on our last day. Liz was onto it quickly.

Great Location in modern building
We were happy to be two blocks from a tube station (Warren Street) and two blocks down FitzRoy St. is Charlotte St. and lots of good restaurants, reasonably priced for London. Apartment was spotless. Lots of fans; but no a/c which normally would be OK if London wasn't in the midst of a heatwave. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Salt, pepper and sugar are in the pantry.
4.0 / 5.0
Great location, but noisy area
Visited for a week in July 2018, loved the location, with easy access to the tube. Very noisy area, especially with windows open for cooling. The place was overall comfortable, with the exception of the bed and the shower. The bed slats pop out very easily and fell out multiple times while we were on the bed, dropping the mattress. The shower/tub is raised (which seems to be a pretty normal thing in London), but was difficult to get in and out of. There is also no slip mat in there, so the shower floor can be slick. A person with mobility issues would have a lot of difficulty.
4.0 / 5.0
Score:4.5 out of 5 Pleasant stay in a well located apartment fitted with everything one needs.
This was our third stay (second in this apartment) with same owners/managers.
We have come to treat it as our London Home. It is well located, equipped with everything one needs and comfortable.
We intend to stay again whenever we visit London.

A great spot in Fitrovia
We loved our stay in Fitzrovia. The flat was in a great location close to restaurants, theatres and museums. It was excellently presented with all the facilities we needed. At the back of the building it had no view but was quiet, and light. Our only comment would be that it was hot inside both rooms - the windows had limited opening space and the flat would benefit from an air conditioning unit as the fans provided weren’t sufficient on warm days.

Wonderful...has everything you need!
We LOVED this little flat in Fitzroy Square. It was convenient to several tube stops, good restaurants and grocery stores. We had a small hiccup at check in but it was solved within the hour. Liz was extremely polite and helpful and readily accessible. Kitchen was fully stocked so we could make our own meals. The ONLY thing missing was a spatula to turn your eggs in the morning!

Great place to stay, awesome location
We spent a week here during our vacation to London. It was perfect for us--lots of nearby stores and restaurants (ranging from quick and cheap to very nice), <5 minute walk from several different underground lines. The neighborhood felt very safe. The apartment was clean, fairly sized, and had a great kitchen and washer/dryer. There were clean sheets, towels, and dishes as well as soap and laundry detergent. We didn't use the pull out sofa, but you could easily sleep another person or couple in that space. The manager was very responsive to emails, and we had no trouble accessing the property. Overall, this was exactly as advertised, we had no complaints!

Great place in wonderful neighborhood
Liz's flat was in the heart of Fitzrovia. We loved the location and the proximity to great cafes, restaurants, and the University of London. Liz was extremely helpful, allowing us not only to check in early, but to check out early as well. We highly recommend her as a host.

Some shortcomings but good overall
I recently stayed in this apartment with my husband and 8 month old son for about a week. While overall this was a nice accommodation, it did have some shortcomings that I think mentioning would be helpful to future renters.
When we arrived, the weather was warm (about 85F outside each day) and would cool considerably at night. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very hot with little circulation. The windows only cracked at the bottom and the two oscillating fans in the apartment didn't help much. Our baby monitor was measuring the apartment at 82F at night when it was between 65-70F outside. This made sleeping pretty uncomfortable. We were also a bit frustrated that the bed had only a fitted sheet and a light comforter with a duvet on it. Sleeping under a comforter was too uncomfortable, so we actually went out and bought a flat sheet that would be cooler.
Aside from the temperature and bedding issues, we had a good stay. This was our first trip with our baby, and I think a little more space would have been more comfortable for us, but that's no fault of the apartment itself, just a tip if you are considering staying here with a small child. The kitchen was well equipped with a small fridge, small freezer, a small washer/dryer (all within the same appliance), and a stove/oven that I couldn't figure out how to work when I tried to boil some water so I gave up. We didn't use much in the cabinets, but there was a good amount of dishes and utensils.
The bed itself was comfortable. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable for our taste. Everything was clean. The floors were actually still a bit wet when we arrived, so I know they had been mopped before we arrived. It was helpful that the building has a lift to the 6th floor where this unit is located since we had a stroller. Be advised that there are a couple of steps in the lobby of the building between the main door and the lift. This wasn't an issue for us, but it's worth mentioning. The building was very quiet on a quiet street and was a good central location for our home base with multiple tube stops within walking distance. There are also lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within easy walking distance.
Communication with Liz was easy and she was helpful with preparing for the trip, recommendations, and was easy to reach while we were there.
Overall, we had a nice stay, but I hope these tips help others decide if this is the best choice for them.

This flat is located in a great neighborhood. Close to pubs, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, the Tube, etc. Easy traveling to/from Heathrow and very close to St. Pancras Station (Eurostar).
The owner has put together a handy booklet filled with information on nearby restaurants and shops along with a lot of helpful information on the area.
I have stayed in flats owned by this flat's owner many times over the last few years, close to 9 times by now. Liz is extremely helpful and very easy to work with. Emails/phone calls are answered quickly.
The flat is equipped with everything you need including a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Laundromats are extremely expensive in London so having your own machine is wonderful.
The flat is on the back side of the building so street noise was not a problem for me.
Much of central London is within walking distance, Soho, Covent Garden, Regent Street.
The flat is between two Tube stops making everything easily accessible.
I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well tended to. Very quiet. Only improvement suggestion is that sofa is unbelievably uncomfortable to sit on as it is a day bed and very low to floor. Flat is sparsely furnished . Could use better info in flat as to TV channels for news programs. Stay went well.
2.5 / 5.0
It was a combination conference attendance and visit to family that meant proximity to a number of tube lines, supermarkets, and the city were important. This Fitzrovia flat gave us those items plus quiet comfort in a secure building. Clean and tidy on arrival. Good kitchen facilities - we cooked some meals for the extended family - with the utility of a washer/dryer. Small maintenance matters that we raised were promptly fixed
Owner communicatoon was excellent from booking to our departure. Might be warm on some summer days but I noted fans in cupboard. We didn't need heating, although present, in a beautiful autumn.
We would be pleased to stay here again.
2.5 / 5.0
The flat was well-equipped with everything I needed in kitchen, toilet, bathroom, bedroom and the living room. The location is fantastic for going to see exhibitions and shows as well as shoppoing and eating out.
I used to live in various locations across London when I was a student for many years and I can assure you that the flat is so conveniently located so that you don't even need to take a cab home at night after late night outs. Meanwhile, Liz was very quick to respond to my questions and enquiries, which was also assuring. I'd stay again. Thank you!
