Everyone says this is the perfect rental location. You can walk to everything in just minutes! Night life, galleries, restaurants, and most importantly a ski lift! I had 210K worth of upgrades to the house this past year!. After a long day on the slopes, take in the views from one of the best decks in Old Town, or take a 4-5 minute walk to any bar or restaurant in the city. Just a couple of blocks from downtown, come back for a night of fun in your private hot tub, snuggle up in front of the fireplace and unwind with your favorite tunes, or just watch cable TV in any of the rooms. Whatever your choice is, you'll feel at home and more than welcomed. It's easy to prepare your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and large dining room table.
At night you and your guests can retire and feel absolutely comfortable in your choice of three queen size beds (one upstairs, two downstairs), two twin size beds, or the high-end, oversized sleeper/sofa as you enjoy cathedral ceilings and spacious appointments.

Can’t beat 119 steps (up) and a 1/2 block walk to the mountain.
House was in great condition, so many rooms all with bathrooms.
I’m not sure if the owner of the house was responsible but while there in late March we got 48 feet of fresh powder, but I’ll give them credit.

Perfect ski trip! 4 families stayed w kids w plenty of room to spread out. Well taken care house & owner sent over handyman quickly when door of kids shared bath wouldn't lock. Nicely decorated & taken care of. House is very close to main street and was easy walk to shops & restaurants. Was nice having 2 kitchens to make food for all the families. Downstairs sitting room is where we always gathered. Kids love hot tub. They provided enough supplies toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning, cooking salts etc we didn't need to get more.
We had transfer to house w "Hall Transport" use them they were great! didn't need car easy to get Uber back to house after dinner.
We got in early and owner allows up to drop off bags before check in. If you are there for film festive the stairs down from house lead right to theater.
We didn't use ski in ski out trail due to kids. It would have been chore for the parents walking up and down the steep flight of stairs w everyone's gear. But if you can use it!
Renting at park city sports at the town lift base was awesome you can leave your snow boots grab skis every am and drop off in pm. easy walk in am to lift. "TAKE" free trolley back up main street to stair access to house. Walking it first day was exhausting!
We will be back and will stay here again for sure!

We had such a nice stay. Home was easy access to and from the mountain and town without a car or bus as long as your comfortable hiking a couple flights of stairs. Rooms were super comfortable and loved having two kitchens for our group. Big and clean hot tub was a perfect end to every day.

We had a group of 10 friends stay and skied Park City. Main st is an easy walk and that was the best part being walkable to all shops and restaurants. Slopes are easily accessible up the stairs slightly past the property. We walked with our skis and got onto the town lift without problem! Suzanne is very communicative and did everything she could to make sure we had a great stay. Would stay again!

The property was very nice and functional. Lots of stairs so you also got some built in exercise. The location was great for exploring main st park city and the view from the desk was also great. The driveway is a bit steep so it's best with a higher clearance vehicle. Check in was easy. Host was responsive. Amenities were as described and our stay was comfortable.

We had a group of 12 adults for a family reunion. The location is perfect, close to downtown, and the house was spacious enough that we all felt we had plenty of room. Good communication with the property manager, even though we had no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was comfortable and met our needs for seven adults and two teenagers. Two kitchens (one on top floor one on bottom) was benefit and we generally did Bfast on bottom floor and snacks and dinner prep upstairs.

Our family planned a trip for a surprise engagement, skiing and also Thanksgiving holiday together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location for quick access to shopping, skiing and exploring the town. We have stayed in many places but Suzanne has by far more of the essentials needed than any other home we have stayed. She was very accommodating for our family and helpful with our additions needs since we were traveling three babies. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone. Thank you again!!!

This home was perfect for our needs. Our extended family of 11 stayed here comfortably during a wedding event in Park City. The home is well located a few steep blocks above the old town which worked very well for us. While we didn't do a lot of cooking, it is very well equipped for doing so. Plenty of bathroom space for all and nicely updated. Top notch!

House was in good order and well furnished. Our group was nine people and the house worked well for us. The community areas were ok for our group size and the multi-level layout provided privacy when wanted. Neighborhood is quiet with Main Street easily accessible although the walk back gets your heart pumping. A nice in town experience.

Beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed
With its newly renovated downstairs, the house was a lovely stay for our group. A particularly well-stocked kitchen made cooking meals a dream, and the location — just off Park City's main street — can't be beat. Communication with the owner was swift and clear, making the entire trip hassle-free. Would certainly stay here again next I'm in PC.

A great stay overall. It was super easy to check in. We enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay after a long day of skiing. The carport was especially helpful after a snowfall.

Wonderful house for family ski trip
My family and I had a great time skiing and staying in this wonderful house. The four bedrooms allowed us to spread out giving everyone ample space. The proximity to main street was fabulous. Walking to dinner and shopping was so much more convenient and fun! The steps are doable. Fantastic hot tub after a day of skiing! The kitchen and house had everything imaginable. We even found a nice Christmas decoration in the closet to put out. The house is located high up and the view at night with the lights was lovely. We would most definitely stay again!

Suzanne was extremely easy to communicate with, responding quickly to questions and concerns. We enjoyed the house and the location. We especially liked being able to walk down stairs to Main Street and the two big decks for dining and relaxing. The house was also nicely stocked with everything you need for your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! Overall the location is great. I will say getting anywhere is a work out- especially if you aren't accustomed to the elevation. We never walked up the steps to Norfolk access to ski because it always seemed to daunting in our ski boots however, getting back home (walking down the stairs) was great!

Great central location and great kitchen
245 Woodside is well positioned. It is one flight of stairs to the Quit'nTime run, and two flights to Main Street. The house has four bedrooms and a large dining room table that seats eight. While the layout is a bit odd (the living room is on a different level from the kitchen and dining room), the kitchen is perfect for the home chef. It isn't equipped with high end appliances like Viking, but it has everything you need. Best of all, the kitchen has all the smallwares you will need to make almost any dish. The pantry also is very well stocked with sundries.
So if you're looking for a comfortable central location and you like to cook for your family and friends, 245 Woodside is the house for you.

This was our HOME while we were in Utah for our Son’s Wedding!!! We loved everything... it was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and our 2 school age grands. Suzanne was wonderful in communicating with me. Our HOME away from HOME was beautifully decorated, well stocked with EVERYTHING you would ever need, the balcony was the BEST with beautiful views of Park City ( and had tons of seating), and was a short walking distance away from downtown Park City. Our Son got married in Draper and the drive back and forth was very easy. We loved the beautiful Utah scenery along the way. We hope to come back to Park City again, and would stay at our HOME away from HOME again. Thanks Suzanne for everything!

Great house close to everything
My family and I rented this home over the Fourth of July while in town for a family reunion. The house was great for us (5 adults) and could have easily slept more as we only used three of the four bedrooms. The front and rear decks were great for when we hosted dinner one night. Downtown was only a few minutes away which meant that we barely needed to get in our car except to drive to the grocery store and golf course. Communication with the host was great and she responded immediately when we had trouble locating the parking passes for our guests. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

My wife and two two teenage kids stayed at this property in June of 2019 and absolutely loved it. First, the location was perfect. We wanted to stay within walking distance of Main St and this place is a short two block walk down a couple of staircases.
The property itself was also fantastic. It was very spacious and could easily have accommodated 8. All furniture and appliances were modern and in good condition.
The entire family had an amazing time and would absolutely want to stay at this property again in the future.

Outdoor Deck is a Great Feature!
The property has been recently updated with all the conveniences of home and is equipped with everything you need. Suzanne was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Stairs take you up from the street to the main entrance, living area, and deck. The large deck provides fabulous views overlooking town with a beautiful mountain backdrop and has plenty of chairs for all to enjoy. Some of our most enjoyable times were spent sitting out on the deck for morning coffee and evening wine. The outdoor grill has a permanent gas line (no tank) making it very easy to grill a quick meal on the deck. The property is very convenient to shopping and dining. Nearby stairs take you two blocks down to Main Street. Note the return trip up the stairs can be demanding if you have physical issues. Nearby stairs also go up the mountain for hiking with even better views of the beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitively recommend this property.
