Loved everything about it - very spacious living areas, comfy beds, amazingly well stocked kitchen, large square dining table and right around the corner from the bus stop. Also Short walk to ski lifts and restaurants.
Maybe one negative, without air conditioning the top floor was much warmer than the other two - fans are provided and nighttime’s were quite cool.

It is a wonderful home. My only criticism is the description of the ski in and ski out was not entirely accurate. It is essentially ski out and walk in. The instructions given to the walk-in part were not very specific or accurate. Other than that it would’ve been 5/5.

This property was perfect for two families of five! The layout gave us plenty of room to sleep, relax, eat and enjoy our time in the mountains!

Large well equipped home in Deer Valley. Great kitchen and communal rooms and incredible master bedroom. About a 10-15 minute drive to the slopes at Deer Valley resort or an "easy" ski-in-ski-out as long as you pay attention to directions and are willing to carry your skis a bit across/down the road for a short walk of about 5 minutes. Great home to enjoy - we stayed there with four adults and five kids and had plenty of room. A bit costly for the value but a fun time!

Great set up and location for our two families total of 12, for a couple days of skiing.
The place was a little worn, smelt like cigarette smoke when we first got there, but overall clean.

Enjoyed this house for our family ski trip. Property was well maintained and had most of the things we needed. We enjoyed the 2 living areas, dining table arrangement, heated boot rack, bunk bed room for kids. Suggestions to make it better: arrangement to have sloped driveway and connecting street scraped/salted during heavy snow (we got stuck more than once), more flatware in kitchen, upgrade on mattresses and pillows, replace hot tub cover (it is broken and dangerous). The access to ski lifts would have been a little easier except for the massive amount of snow when we were there. Overall, a nice place with plenty of room.

We had an awesome time with about 8 people in the property and room for many more. We loved the 2 different living rooms and the kitchen space was great. Really well designed to manage a lot of people and not feel on top of each other. The skiing was a short walk to where you can ski in and out but once you figured it out was super easy!

Annual guys' ski trip.
Great house for 8 guys on our 20th annual ski trip. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (with a few exceptions below). Having a comfortable seat for everyone around the corner table was perfect. The ski-out is very convenient. Ski-in only requires a 5 or 6 minute downhill walk on the neighborhood street.
There was room for improvement by Alpine Ski Properties, the management company. The house was vacant two nights prior to our arrival and Jenny committed to call me on Tuesday to confirm early check in the next day. There was no call. I left a message prior to office hours Wednesday morning; still no callback. That was after Laura Lee, the outstanding after-hours service rep, took my call and also left a message at the office. I called again at noon and was told to check back later in the afternoon. When I stopped at the office at 2:30, they declined to provide the keys, saying that we needed to return shortly before 4:00 PM, even though we said we would wait until 4:00 to enter the house.
Two days after we arrived, I received a call regarding our check-in. They confused me with another renter for a different property.
The house was clean except for two garbage bags left in the garage, which we took to the nearby dumpster. There were no garbage bags for the kitchen but maintenance brought more after we called. The same occurred with dishwasher soap cubes two days later. Unfortunately, we broke a carafe for the coffee maker. A call to the office was answered with the promise of a replacement in 15-30 minutes. It never arrived. Two hours later, I called Laura Lee who apologized profusely and showed up at 8:00 PM with two brand new coffee makers because they had a smaller capacity. She was so kind and responsive on the occasions that I called.
There was only one small dish towel, so we used hand towels. The dishwasher needs to be upgraded or replaced. The racks are worn out and terrible for holding dishes. The wooden front panel pops off frequently when opening the door. It would also be nice to have access to a broom rather than sweeping the kitchen floor on hands and knees with paper towels.
The biggest disappointment was a grill with barely enough gas to hold a flame. We couldn’t use it on Super Bowl Sunday – our last day and the one day that we wanted to grill steaks and chicken.
There’s a lot to like about this property but management needs to step up its game – especially at today’s prices.

Great Home!
This house was the perfect layout and proximity to the mountain for 13 friends to stay for my 40th birthday. The house was clean and comfortable. The challenges listed by other reviewers helped, so I contacted the property management company before to confirm it was cleaned, plenty of towels for 13 people (including hot tub), and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels.
There was only 10 towels in the home and 2 hot tub towels. The property management company dropped more off right away. We all ran out of toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels (even though I sent 2 emails requesting this) . There was not full rolls on the toilet paper holders.
I loved this house, but would keep pushing for adequate towels, cleaning products, and paper products.

A bit disappointing we only had one master, two kings for three families. The bunk room worked well but each bedroom had broken tv’s, fireplaces, humidifiers, loud exhaust fan, kitchen pots & pans limited. Lots of stairs up & down so be ready to catch your breath. Views limited. Large house; just could be better suited room wise.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway
The house was great for all ages and our big group was comfortable- there was space for teenagers to hang out and the babies could nap too. We loved the hot tub and the location was convenient. The kitchen was great! Would highly recommend this property to big families/groups.

Condo was very nice and spacious
There was 7 of us in our party and we had a great time with plenty of gatherings places. Lawn chairs for the deck would have been a good addition

Solid stay
House is well appointed and well laid out across the three floors for two families staying together. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. House was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Check in process a bit dated - property management company might consider a lock box for keys at the house to avoid the trip to / from their office for the house key.

Had a great long weekend with some friends, great condo unit, five bedrooms and very accessible. Only complaint would be the hot tub was dirty and smelled, to the point we didnt even go into it, which was a bummer. Some of the sheets and top sheets on the beds were stained but not that big of a deal.

Simply amazing!
I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay especially if you are going to ski Deer Valley! We stayed with three other couples, plenty of room, comfortable beds and the management company was amazing. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, cooked, and skied in and out. Completely clean and spacious for large families we even had room for an additional couple. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay but had issues with the following:
1. Ran out of toilet paper (and tissues) and would have liked additional rolls.
2. Did not have garbage bags - we had to call property management to bring some over.
3. Did not have enough paper towels. Only had one partial role and no back ups.
4. Dryer did not work. It would barely dry a load of clothes - tried all the settings; cleaning the lint trap; etc etc.. ended up having to drape clothes on furniture in front of the fireplaces.
5. Heating system was inconsistent in some of the rooms - they wouldn't warm up. Called property management and they had to install new temporary thermostats.
6. Fireplace did not work in one of the bedrooms, which was a bummer for the couple staying in that room.
We did like the set up of the home - having a 'second living room' for the kids to hang out in was helpful. The SONOS system was really nice and we loved the neighborhood with all the magical white lights on the trees - so pretty! The ski in-ski out was okay too.. The hot tub was great but we had to walk through the snow, and down a few stairs to get to it, which was okay.. but it was not the most enjoyable (it wasn't shoveled out and with all the snow that we got, it was just a little challenging).
We would recommend this property to other families - but make sure to contact property management in advance to touch base on the items listed in this review.

Beautiful home
The house is perfect for a large group with two living areas. Kitchen well stocked with spices and cooking pans, etc. The bus stop is 100 feet away. A few issues: the TV in the junior master doesn’t work and hasn’t for long enough for a printed sticker to be placed on it saying “Not Working.” More false advertising followed as the fireplace in the first floor room doesn’t work. The fireplaces in the two living areas have been replaced with gas logs, but neither was operable during our stay. Still, their flues were both wide open which creates a very cold draft in both rooms. Management eventually sent some space heaters and apologized. The downstairs bedroom with the non working fireplace has a problem in that any flushing toilets, showers, or sinks used above are loud enough to wake you up in that room, so we didn’t flush toilets after they went to sleep. A little more attention to detail by management would make this place perfect. I might try another house in this Aspen Hollow neighborhood, as it is quite beautiful.

Fantastic Lodging for larger family or group
We had a wonderful visit over Labor Day weekend. The accommodations were amazing and fit our needs very well. The house large, comfortable, clean and well stocked with most things you would need. We slept comfortably and found the bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

perfect size for our family. great location .
The 3 level layout was perfect for our extended family. The kitchen was very well equipped for "foodies" and people who like to cook. The fireplaces are not well designed-smoke entered the house in spite of following the protocols. The kids loved the hot tub. Excellent service from the rental agency. expensive. The "ski-in" instructions are not accurate. We would rent it again.

Nice condo but way to hot in the summer
The condo was as nice as the pictures show. The size was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 1 child. Gave everyone their own place.
Don’t rent in the summer months. There is no ac and even though it’s in the mountains you still need air conditioning. Opening the windows as suggested didn’t cool down enough to make the top level usable. Not all the windows open either. The top living space is the kitchen and dining space. Also the nicest of the bedrooms. No one wanted to sleep in that space because it was just too hot up there. We used the oven once but the door didn’t close tight. So it dumped more heat into the top living space. Also heated the knobs on the burners so you had to use a hot pad to turn the burners on and adjust heat.
I received a call from the rental service two days before my stay notifying me there would be some road repair work on the street. I live in Utah and understand that it is necessary to take advantage of the summer months for road repair. The statement was a bit deceiving as the total street was torn up, only dirt and it wasn’t smooth either. I’m glad I had a truck. The only parking was in the garage that my truck didn’t fit in. The rental service had a place we could park the extra cars but it was too far to walk to with luggage and food. I have a handicapped granddaughter so she wasn’t able to go on walks around the area with her wheelchair or walker.
Had I have known the true extent of the road damage I would have picked a different condo.
The rental service was very responsive and took care of a few glitches which I appreciated.
I guess it was just bad timing on my part.
Also, for the hot July and August summers in Utah know that the top level will be unbearable to use due to the heat even with the windows open.

Great location, beautiful property
We did a long weekend this summer in Park City/Deer Valley. This house was the perfect spot. The layout was fantastic. Tons of space, but the layout made each floor seem cozy. We had six adults and two children. Beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms; nice, comfortable furniture in the living spaces. Easy walk to the Silver Lake Lodge and Stein Eriksen, quick drive to Main Street Park City. Can't beat it.

What a location and condo
This condo is fantastic. There is more than enough room for a big group to spread out and for everyone to have their own space aka kids downstairs living room adults upstairs. The space is very nicely done with a high end kitchen.
The ski in ski out location can not be beat. Remember to put the whole families boots on the warmers before you get in the hot tube.

Outstanding condo, fantastic family trip!!!
Outstanding condo, fantastic family trip. You cannot beat the ski in - ski out location, which is perfect for young families. The property is a short five minute drive to downtown Park City, one of the most luxurious and hippest ski towns in the country.
The condo is first rate, with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom appliances. The private Jacuzzi is a perfect way to unwind after a hard day of skiing. And you definitely cannot beat the boot and glove warmers located in the garage.
If you are looking for a perfect family ski vacation with a condo that comfortably accommodates up to 2 families, then look no further. We will definitely be back next year.

Terrific Property in Park City!
Stayed here for a ski holiday and the home was in a great location for Deer Valley. Easy ski access to and from the lifts right outside the front of the house. It is an easy walk into the Silver Lake area and the house has boot warmers right inside the garage. The kitchen is updated with top of the line appliances and the house is very comfortable for an extended family or large group. Easy access to ski Park City / Canyons with the bus stop right across the street. Plan to schedule a trip back soon!
