Spectacular 2nd Row beach home with Fantastic Views. 1 Master Bedroom w/king bed on top level with a bathroom , 4 Bedrooms , each with 2 queen beds, all with private bathroom and TV/DVD. Large living room with sofas for your family to gather. My family had a wonderful stay at this house. It is so close to the beach and the views were better than expected! The house was clean and all of the chairs and toys were so nice to use! We loved the pool and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. Would definitely go back to this house!

We can’t thank the amazing owners enough for such a wonderful week!!! They have a gorgeous home that is a super short walk to the beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience!!! The home is very clean and organized!! We had a group of 15 (8 adults and 7 kids), and we originally booked to vacation here in June of 2023…due to some medical issues with my husband, we had to postpone our trip until this past week!!! Mario was wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful!!! We truly can’t thank you all enough for such a memorable beach trip!!

Excellent location. Very short private walk to beach. (Don’t have to cross the street). Clean upon arrival. Access to all kinds of beach and pool accessories. Had a large space with toys, books etc for children on the top floor. Our grandkids took advantage of that. And the A/C actually works on the top floor. Have had issues in the past with other rentals AC units not cooling efficiently. Beach in this area not overly crowded. The only negative we had was the pool not being as clear as expected. Pool guy added chlorine but still didn’t help. All the positives definitely outweighed the pool issue. We still used it every day for hours at a time. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay and everything was just as advertised in the listing. Great proximity to the beach and loved the pool. House was very clean and spacious. We hope to stay here again next year!

The pool was a nice touch that gave us a break from the beach. We also enjoyed our views and morning coffee on the decks. Although the place can sleep up to 20, the place was perfect for our 7-adult and 5-children crew! The living room was very spacious, and we did not feel on top of each other. We LOVED the double refrigerators and double dishwashers. As long as you bring your own linens, you’ll be set! We hope the owners will have us again in the future because our family would love to return!

We had a very nice stay here. The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. There was plenty of room for 4 families and their food and belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with tools. Lots of beach chairs and other beach toys. Very easy access to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time in this excellent property. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. The great thing for our family, four couples and children, were the four bedrooms with two queen beds in each. That arrangement gave us maximum flexibility with kids. The master bedroom added a 5th bedroom. The living area and kitchen was spacious. Already booked for next year!

Wonderful property. Has all the home items needed for a fully functional vacation. Kitchen ware was great. Lots of pool and beach toys and chairs. Everything you need is there. Awesome views of the ocean. Great stay. Thanks again for everything Mario. Bravo.

This home is more than described. It was ver spacious and over exceeded our expectations. When we arrived they had left us a gift basket. In the carport closet there were beach chairs and beach games and pool noodles. The pool was a plus. Beautiful views from the deck of the beach where we enjoyed cool breezes at night. A short walk to the beach was a plus. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and not the overcrowding on the beach. This was a great vacation with our family mostly because of the house. Mario was great to work with.

We rented this property the week of Labor Day 2022. The property owner, Mario, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful with the entire process! We felt like we were communicating with a long time friend. The house went beyond our expectations. The location is one row back from the beach, however, the view made it feel like we were on the beach. The house was immaculate and laid out perfectly for a combination of friends, spouses, & family. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for every cooking situation. Having two refrigerators was a plus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a serious bonus! The pool was very inviting and the temperature was perfect. We spent every day at it, just relaxing and solving world problems. There were tons of games and puzzles. My son was super charged about the "Fast & Furious" binge he did on the DVD's that were available. Our goal was to relax and enjoy our own company and we did that in spades! We all said it was truly the best vacation ever.

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was our 5th year at OIB and this is probably my favorite house. No carpeting, which I love. Nice decks with trek furniture. Everyone has their own bathroom. Private beach access. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Private pool. And the beach on the East end is so nice now that they put the terminal groin at the end. If my family returns to OIB next summer, we will be staying here again. Thank you!

This is our 4th year staying at Ocean Isle, NC, so obviously we are extremely satisfied with this location. Even with a smaller home in front of us, the ocean view and the sound of the surf is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of room on these beaches without the high rise hotels/condos and very close to Myrtle Beach if you want to get the family out to play. Mario has been an excellent host!

This was the second time our family has stayed in this property. We find this house to be perfect for our vacation and the property manager is a pleasure to talk to and interact with. We had a couple of minor blips but the response from the property manager was excellent. Very enjoyable for the entire vacation. I spent most of the week sitting on the porch and enjoying the view, sounds and breeze of the ocean. Great place that I am sure we will return to in the future.

Family get away
Leave OIB and love this rental property. This property is perfect size for our multi family getaway. This is our third time renting this property and has been excellent every time. Mario is a great owner to deal with. Always accessible through the VRBO app and very prompt on getting back with you. This is definitely out “go to” property when it comes to OIB.

Absolutely perfect
Our stay at Seaside was amazing. Great views of the ocean from the top deck, and beach access was just steps from the back of the house. The pool got a lot of sun in the morning but also had some afternoon shade which was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. Mario was responsive to every question no matter how minor within it seemed like minutes. By far the best experience I’ve ever had on Vrbo with both the property and the owner. We’re looking forward to hopefully staying again next year!

A truly wonderful vacation home...
This vacation home was one of the best by far! VERY well stocked with everything we needed ... from kitchen equipment to games, books, movies and pool toys for the kids. Perfect location. Mario was THE BEST to work with and was quick to answer every question we had from starting our plans almost a year before up through check out. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

Communication with home owner and Vrbo was very efficient. The rental price was reasonable, the house was clean and was set up for children and adults both. Good pool and decks, adequate seating on decks and at pool, also the beach equipment was wonderful surprise. Thank you for a great vacation experience.

The house was gorgeous, the location amazing, easy private beach access, clear sparkling pool and a very responsive owner, who could ask for more! Wish we could have stayed longer! We had a great time and were very comfortable as a group of 17 family members, as the house was very clean and quite spacious and the back deck views were amazing!! We loved having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers, too!

Mario was so easy to work with and replied back quickly if you needed anything at all. Kitchen was well stocked and living area larger than it looks online. Loved the pool! We will definitely be back!

Everything about this house was so great. The property manager did a fantastic job of answering my questions quickly and completely. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. We had plenty of room for our 17 guests and loved that it was only 100 steps (yep counted!) to the beach. The pool was something we didn’t think we would need with the beach being so close, but we all agreed it would be a must-have if we came back again. The Renter’s Closet was nicely outfitted with supplies for both the beach and the pool.

Another Great Stay at this Property
This was our families third year staying at this property, and we have made arrangements to stay again next year. Very quiet area of the island and a beautiful view. Private pool was nice for days we would get back early from the beach. Mario had gates installed this year on the deck for the young children. Much appreciated! I highly recommend this property on Ocean Isle Beach.

We just returned from a weeks stay at this house and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and we loved the pool. The renters closet has many sand toys and chairs. With 2 little ones we stayed in for all meals and the kitchen was well appointed. We especially liked the 2 fridges and dishwashers. Mario is excellent at communicating with you. We would definitely stay here again!
