Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean, the sunrise and the sunset from this 3 story beach house with 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms with an upside-down open floor plan . The decor is decorated in beautiful Caribbean style. The kitchen is fully accessorized and includes two refrigerators. Decking on every level has ocean and beach views. Beach access is directly across the street. There is a private pool and an elevator.
Bedding ranges from 2 king, 2 queen, 6 doubles. Six bedrooms have a full bathroom. The 6th and 7th bedroom share a bathroom on the 3rd floor.
There are several local golf courses close by. Myrtle beach is 30 minutes south of Ocean Isle. Ocean Isle has several restaurants and rental stores for bikes beach umbrellas and chairs.
OCEAN FRONT VIEWS : We have no buildings in front of us that block the view of the ocean. The beach access is across the street allowing for easy access to the beach and ocean. This home is located on the west end of the island and is on the second row with unobstructed views of the ocean.

We were truly amazed at how lovely this home was and most importantly the owners/managers. We had a family gathering to celebrate the life of my brother. It was the perfect setting and the owners were so kind.

My family has been doing an annual beach vacation every year, and due to expanding numbers picked Coastal Sol this year. I've stayed in many rental homes over the years, and have to say this has been my favorite. It was our first time in Ocean Isle, which we all fell in love with.
But Jim and Colleen's home absolutely checked all of our boxes. House was appointed SO well; any question or issue that popped up was addressed immediately. House is as it appears in the pics. Loved the different levels - allowed us to have the youngest of our crew (2 yrs old and 9 month old) on 3rd floor w/ mommy and daddy and the rest of us on the 1st and 2nd floors. Loved the outdoor spaces on each floor (even misplaced my mother at one point as she was enjoying the quiet on the 1st floor deck). Pool was great - 9yr old made much use of the basketball hoop. 2 refrigerators in the kitchen/utility room (not counting the one in the garage) came in handy with our large group. And location-wise, being steps from the beach was fantastic.
Overall, loved it. Our hosts were fantastic to work with, as well as the property manager that was local. Looking forward to staying again.

This property is fantastic for a large group. Kitchen is great and well appointed. 3 fridges and 2 freezers. Plenty of decks and seating for outside dining and fantastic ocean views. Beach access is just across the street. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We had such a great time at this house. It is very spacious and the hosts have thought of a million little touches to make for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked, there were a bunch of pool and beach supplies and every bedroom was great. And the walk to the beach was so short - the entrance is right across the street! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful home with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations for everyone. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Communication was great - Jim answered questions and offered great recommendations for our stay. The location can't be beat - a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved having beach chairs available as well as a wagon and some beach toys. The pool area is lovely and a favorite spot to hang out. We loved our week in Ocean Isle and the great family time at this home!

My fiancé and I booked this house for a pre-wedding get together for 7 couples and the house was absolutely amazing! There was more than enough room for everyone to mix and mingle, the kitchen is amazingly well stocked, and we had more than enough room in the three refrigerators. The elevator made loading and unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. There is not a building between the house and the ocean to block the view, and beach access is very convenient. Communication with the owner was top notch, couldn't have asked for anything better. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Coastal Sol was an absolute wonderful property to host my fiancées 40th birthday celebration! You cannot beat the location with public access just across the street and a perfectly sized pool in the backyard. There are 3 refrigerators (2 upstairs and 1 in the pool area), which was perfect to hold food for 10 people and our adult beverages.
I cannot begin the explain how well stocked the house is. They had every kitchen utensil one could possibly need as well as a plethora of spices! The pool beach area was also wonderfully stocked with 10+ beach chairs, coolers, tables, volleyball and basketball for the pool.
I would highly recommend this rental property for friends and families alike!

Booked the house for our family vacation. There were a total of 14 of us and this was the perfect place. This is the first place that has had enough silverware for our whole family! The amenities are so amazing. Will definitely try to book here again.

Excellent Location by beach access, pleasing interior appointments, superior cooking resources for family meals. We really enjoyed the decks and people watching! The large pool easily accommodates the large family. Three refrigerators in the home very helpful. One is down by pool. Lots of beach chairs and other beach equipment. Large ice cooler in pool area very helpful. Responsive owner to any problems incurred or questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect weekend for our extended family vacation. The house was clean, easy to find, and easy to access. The views from the house are gorgeous, and accessing the beach was a breeze. Jim and Colleen went above and beyond to accommodate us as guests and make sure we had everything we needed to make our weekend perfect! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ocean Isle Beach!

This property is a jewel for family time. We spent as much time as possible on the porches which were very comfortable. The view of the ocean was almost as good as beachfront. Had a great time and would reccomend highly!

My family and I have vacationed at OIB for the past several years, and have made many sweet memories there. We keep coming back because OIB is not too commercialized, the beach is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly and laid back.
This was our first year staying at this house, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. It was more than big enough to accommodate our large group (10 adults and 4 small kids), and everyone had their own space. The large deck with the ocean view was definitely a popular spot to hang out together, talk, and drink coffee in the mornings. We really loved the location of the house as it was literally right across the street from the beach access (very convenient with small kids). The pool was also a hit after a long day on the beach. We were also very pleased with how clean and well stocked the house was. We cooked every meal there and the kitchen had everything needed to cook for our large group.
Jim was a gracious host and was very responsive and helpful when contacted.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. If you are considering booking this house for a large group vacation or gathering, you won’t be disappointed. We had a great week at Coastal Sol and hope to come back soon!

This is a fantastic house to rent for a large family beach trip. We especially enjoyed the large pool area. Perfect for cookouts. The disco lights in the pool were especially fun. The kitchen was very well stocked and made pulling family meals together very easy. Loved having three refrigerators. We would really enjoy staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Sol! It was clean, well appointed and in a great location, just steps from the beach access. The pool, grill and outdoor space were lovely as well. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also had a lot of nice spaces to gather… one of our favorites being out on the deck, where we had a great view of the ocean. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen and one down by the pool was crucial as well! Jim was responsive and made everything super easy! Overall, it was a great week! We highly recommend!

Great Place
Conveniently located on the island where it isn't too crowded. Had plenty space to move around. Bedrooms are good size. TVs in every room. Feedback from the people that came with us said that they wish there was a little more drawer space to use in the rooms. Pool was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. Not a lot of room to put what we brought in the cabinets. Pool area was great. Loved the fact that there was a gate to protect the little ones. Great storage area in the garage.
The fridge did go out on use while we were there. The first guy that came to look at it just stuck his hand in the fridge and said it was cool and left. We stuck a thermometer in it and called him back and told him the temp. Then they were really good about getting someone to look at it after that. The compressor went out, but things happen like that. It wasn't replaced during our week but they were on the ball and Jim was good at communicating what was going on. They had 2 other fridges on the property and we caught the problem quick enough that we didn't lose anything.
Make sure if you move something out of the way because of little children, you put it back exactly where you found it. We were questioned on a couple items we forgot to put back exactly where they were. We explained where we left them and all was good. I understand that is how things get lost.
Overall, we had a fantastic trip with our family and friends! We really enjoyed our stay there. Jim was excellent to work with and they have a beautiful home. We plan to go back!

Nice vacation for this family of 10 at Coastal Sol! Ages 27-82) We had a great stay at Coastal Sol! The owners were friendly, and went above and beyond to help make our stay at their home enjoyable! Tyvgvookhey sent information promptly and got back to us quickly when we had questions on the recycle schedule ! The home is clean, and well stocked.

We had a large group of 12 that stayed for a weekend. The house was clean, well equipped and spacious for the group to find spots to hang out individually or in smaller groups. Great location...very relaxing and fantastic views!

Perfect house for our annual Family Golf Week
The house was very accommodating. Plenty of room for the 10 of us to relax and enjoy 5 nights in OIB. The easy access to the beach and views from the balconies made the trip very relaxing. The golf courses were all within reasonable driving times and the courses were fantastic. Would stay again at the house if we do decide to return to the area.

We absolutely loved everything about the house. It was perfect. Check in was so easy too. The house had everything we needed and more. I have a huge family and there was more than enough room for all of us to fit comfortably. We had a blast and will definitely be renting this house in the future. Jim was a gracious host and responded quickly to any and all questions/concerns!! Can’t say enough great things about this house.

Family time at the beach
We had an amazing time at the beach! The house was beautiful and had everything a large family could ask for and more! The location was perfect and the views were amazing! The rooms were great and all had their own bathroom, which was huge. The Vogel’s were great to work with and we will definitely be back!!! They answered any questions we had very promptly.

Week at oib
Our entire family has been getting together at the beach for 36 years. This was our best house we have had. At our age the elevator was great and the 7 bedrooms were the most we have had and it really was perfect.

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and had everything a large family could ask for (and then some)! The location was perfect and the views were amazing! The pool and shower area were a favorite of all! The Vogel’s are tremendous hosts and we will definitely be back!!!

This was a stunning property! First of all The Vogel’s are incredible hosts! Jim was easy/responsive with all communication. The house is gorgeous and impeccably clean! The view was to die for and the proximity to the beach was the best. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing home, view and location!
Firstly, Jim is absolutely wonderful. He's very attentive and he's so very kind. Their home, Coastal Sol is so amazing. We visited the beach for a vigil for my son, which was his favorite place to visit, and family time.
The location was perfect and a corner lot. The view of the water from the balcony was just beautiful & refreshing. The kitchen & restrooms was stocked with everything we needed. Well actually, Coastal Sol was stocked with everything we needed😍 It was very clean & we would without a doubt stay here again and again❣ Definitely for a longer stay😁

Thanksgiving Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time at Ocean Beach Isle staying in the Coastal Sol Beach House. The house had ample space for our family of 10, and is arranged in a very convenient manner for multiple families to stay together. Our family of six stayed on the first floor - four bedrooms each with a bathroom, while my brother's family of 3 stayed on the 3rd floor - two bedrooms and one bathroom. our 93 year old mother was very comfortable in the master suite on the 2nd floor.
The second floor is also where we spent most of our time inside the house. Given the at we were there over Thanksgiving, eating was a priority, and we had no trouble cooking a traditional turkey dinner in the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving dinner was one of the highlights of our trip.
Even though it was late November, the weather on OIB cooperated and we had a lot of time on the very wide beach, just a short walk (across the street from Coastal Sol) away. The house came with beach chairs and we rented all of our towels and linens from Angie's Linens (well worth it - ~$200 for ten people for the week), so we did not need to worry about packing too much. We also rented bicycles and were able to explore the island (we enjoyed riding to the far east end of the island where the beach opens up even more).
Regarding the house itself, The second floor is the key, and it is furnished like someone's home - very inviting. The first floor bedrooms are adequate with the important feature of a bathroom dedicated to each bedroom (only accessible from that bedroom). While there was a deck on the first floor (opening to both bedrooms with two beds), we rarely used it, favoring the second floor deck. Small TV's were in all bedrooms, but we rarely turned these on (except our boys, who figured out how to use their TV for gaming). We did use the living room TV though. TV service was through Roku, so it helps to have your subscription info handy. It might be wise to consider a trial subscription to YouTube TV for a broad array of programming if that is important to you. The elevator was useful for moving luggage in, but not really necessary for this size house unless you have handicapped family members (our mother had no problem with the stairs).
Note that the elevator only goes to the second floor, not all of the way to the third floor. We did use the pool a couple brief times, and actually enjoyed the stimulation of the ice cold water!

Awesome Place to Stay
For my mom's 60th birthday, we decided to surprise her with a family beach trip. We have a large family and often have trouble finding a house large enough to accomodate everyone. However, this house was perfect!! There was plenty of room for all the adult and kids to spread out. The kitchen is WELL stocked, so cooking for a large family was a breeze. The homeowners were GREAT! The were very easy to communicate with and very helpful! The area is very family friendly.
