The place was great! Really enjoyed our time there. Great location. Would definitely come back. Only advice would be to provide more than a little piece of bath soap or tell people to bring their own.

In mid April, my wife and I stole a couple of days to reconnect and enjoy the clean, clear water of the Florida Keys. While searching properties, this Oceanview Condo stood out for its location, decor, and view. We weren't disappointed! We received accurate, hassle free information from the property manager prior to arrival. The location was easy to find. We were welcomed by the staff. And the condo was supplied appropriately with with towels and kitchen items. The condo was clean and fresh upon our arrival. We appreciated the location where it was, because it gave us easy access to reach any place in the Keys. The drive to Key West was spectacular.

Enjoyed a week in Key Largo before moving to a rental home for a month in the lower keys. The condo was exactly as presented but we find we are not really condo people.

It was a great vacation and an excellent location. Jorge was very accommodating. We did have a problem with the shower spraying water that was never addressed but we were able to use the guest bathroom. It is something that needs to be fixed and was not for the 3 weeks we were there. The view and amenities were amazing. If you are planning to be there for more than a week, plan to bring your own supplies. We expected enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent but were only given enough for the week. Also, you will need to get to the pool early to claim your chair. Chairs are gone by 9:00 am and the 30 minute hold regulation is not enforced. All in all we had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning in the future.

The property was clean and exactly as described on VRBO. Updated bathrooms and large master bedroom. Close proximity to both pool and beach. Disappointed that the restaurant/bar was closed but this was not the fault of the owner. Beautiful pool area with plenty of seating. Kitchen appliances could use an update and better equipped kitchen items. Otherwise we had a wonderful, relaxing stay in Tavernier at Ocean Pointe.

Having read the reviews I was disappointed to arrive and find the property was very dated, not clean in terms of the general cleanliness, beds were comfortable and bedding was clean as were towels, but my view is that the property lacked investment which is a shame. Location is good, well located to visit most areas of the keys. I don’t generally write negative reviews but I did forward images of my issues to the owner, who to be fair did respond, but no remedy offered other than a thank you for advising him of the issues. Images were sent to owner, poor decoration, wicker chairs full of dust, AC very noisy, stains on side tables and upholstery, no cereal bowls or side plates, 1 teaspoon!!! Not great and it did feel a bit of a “mick take”. Really disappointing that having privately contacted the owner and not satisfactorily resolved in any way or form.

We had a great time staying at this property! It was very cozy and had all of the necessary comforts of home. It was perfect for our party of four. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool, beach and pickle-ball courts!

The facilities were clean and in order. It was easy to find and in a good location. Everything worked as expected. There was some renovations taking place which was disappointing but still well worth staying there. We would recommend this property to our friends. The pool was great. The grounds were very clean and kept up well. We all had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! There are great amenities at this condo. We were disappointed the pool bar and beach bar/restaurant were closed, but no reflection on our host…it was a transition situation with the community’s vendors.

We were more than happy with our condo. The location and view were awesome. Close to the pool and the beach/marina. The condo had plenty of towels, beginning supplies, etc. - more than any other home we have rented. The beds were comfortable and the place was just right for 4 adults. The heat index when we were there was 110+ everyday so the ocean and pool water were hot, but the beach was cleaned every morning and had lots of chairs. The pool was clean and had a good truck and pool-side bar. We will definitely rent this condo again if we return.

As usual Ocean Pointe does not disappoint. This particular unit was clean and accommodating. Exactly as described. The view was fantastic altho the foliage has grown higher over the years so the ocean view is further out. Our host was punctual in providing info and feedback on questions. Definitely a condo to return to! Just the perfect getaway from the cold North.

We are early morning risers so having those stunning sunrises views was a pleasure! We vacationed with my cousin and her husband and it gave us plenty of space. The location was perfect for day trips in the Keys. We had plenty of local conveniences. Jorge the owner was very quick to respond to our questions. It was totally a 5 star experience.

We had a great two week stay at the Ocean Pointe Resort. The resort is very well maintained, pool is wonderful with a bar and food truck on most days. The location is perfect for quick access to Key Largo and Islamorada. Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It is a smaller space for four adults but we were gone alot and played cards many evenings so we adjusted. There are coolers, beach towel and noodles to enjoy on your pool or boating adventures. We had a couple questions for Jorge and he was quick and responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Very clean and quaintly decorated, though decor slightly ‘tired’ Basic essentials from family-size bottles. I much prefer individual shampoos and conditioner sachets…. Also shower gel and not soap bars * Just personal preference. White towels were off-white but plenty of beach towels and excellent washer and dryers in-house. Well positioned with sea views. *on site food facilities were limited - none on Sunday .. When open the bar staff (Donna) did a great chicken Quesadilla and Pina colada. Bar staff friendly… but only ever one person on duty so making food and drinks…. Very slow and sometimes took over 30 minutes wait. Not ideal - need one more staff on duty. Overall lovely stay - would recommend it x

The condo was just as pictured! Very clean and well appointed with very nice decor. Perfect location between the beach and pool. We (2 couples) enjoyed the beach and available beach lounge chairs, as well as the covered tiki at the end of the dock for beautiful views and sunrise.

Condo is in a perfect location within Ocean Pointe in Tavernier, right between the pool and beach on the property. Amazing views. Sunrise each AM was great! Hosts were so kind and left us a card and bottle of wine for our Anniversary. Would definitely recommend.

Property was as described, very charming decor. Location is prime between pool and marina. Also charcoal grills were close to building. Lots of outdoor space for relaxing. We had sun and warmth then rain and hi winds. Plenty to do in both weather extremes around the area. There is an Osprey nest visible from the balconies, which was nice to watch while enjoying a coffee. Pool is large and hot tub was very popular. The pool bar opens about 1130 and the adult beverages are worth it. Enough for us to share one each day. Great property for family or couples. The unit itself was roomy with large rooms, updated bathroom shower in master. To sum it up we enjoyed our stay inside the unit and out on the grounds.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 tweens) spent a few days over thanksgiving here. Quiet, relaxing, plenty of sun and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen had many of the basics a family would need (spices, coffee maker, napkins, utensils, pots/pans, etc) Plenty of space for my family of 4 to spread out. Would stay here again.

We stayed in a clean and comfy 2/2 with a view of the ocean. All in all it was a fabulous getaway. We enjoyed visiting the places recommended by our host/owner. The grounds were beautiful. The only disappointment was that the beach, which is scattered with plenty of lounge chairs, was not habitable. The seaweed was so thick and smelly along the shoreline that we could not enjoy the beach at all.

This is most definitely a 5 star rental! Its very important to me for a rental to be clean and "Cool Breeze" was not only clean, but very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and that is not always the case when you're away from home. Jorge was wonderful with communication and with giving plenty of suggestions of things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Florida Keys and highly recommend this rental. Thanks so much!

My wife and another couple started the week here and spent 4 night as we worked out way to Key West as we celebrated my wife's 60th BD and our 37th anniversary. Great mid Keys location. Jorge was very good to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommended!
