Beachfront Home: Only steps from the water. 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. Villa #18 is a favorite spot for casual vacations and special occasions. Professionally decorated with Tuscan feel. Two ocean facing master bedrooms with king beds, 1 king guest room, a bedroom with 1 queen & 1 /twin/twin bunk bed and a separate casita with a queen bed.
Stunning direct beach views from the great room, expansive patio and upper sun deck. Soak in the private beachfront jacuzzi and grill on the outdoor BBQ. Private fire pit directly in front of the grass facing the ocean (buy wood on your way into town).
Three local Golf Courses, Jet skiing, kayaking, eco-tours and horse riding nearby.
Absolutely no pets - no exceptions! Do not proceed to book if you cannot meet this requirement.

I never leave reviews! However, this place was too perfect not to leave a review. We stayed with 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 3-10). (We were a little hesitant to travel to Mexico with all the kids, but the gated resort offered some additional “safety comfort, and to be honest there was never a time we felt unsafe whatsoever) To start, the house was immaculate! The cleaning service really goes above and beyond to make sure the house is spotless. The house has everything you need. From TONS of beach towels, to plenty of kitchen ware. We were able to make family meals for 13 people for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without any issues. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy, and had plenty of pillows and additional blankets. The best part about this status without a doubt the location. The backyard backs up right to the beach, and theres a nice wooden ramp/walkway from the yard to the sand. It was perfect! No need to pack up anything and lug it around. There’s also a nice jacuzzi right on the back patio to unwind in at night. During the late afternoon, when the tide had come in, there are rocks right where the water meets the beach, so we would go use the hotel pool at that time and take advantage of the full bar/restaurant. It was the best of both worlds! The resort also has a really nice gym that opens at 6am we were able to take advantage of.(like a 3 min walk from the house!). Overall, we really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will be making this place our new getaway!

Eight adults, one teenager, three generations, all quite happy with a beautiful clean space, and matchless views! As described, quite lovely! Easy access to town. Quick response from owner when we had two needs … for either information or more propane for the grill. We would not hesitate to rent this little slice of paradise again.

This place was beautiful and amazing right on the beach perfect amount of space very clean & owner was very pleasant to talk to he was next door in his other villa and came over to help with some stuff we didn’t know how to work in the house. I would definitely rent it again.

Our recent stay at this house was exceptional and set it apart from the other properties we've rented in the past. The house was well-equipped, catering to all our needs, whether it was cooking or enjoying leisurely activities.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail in ensuring the house was fully stocked with everything needed. The kitchen has an array of cooking utensils and appliances. The pantry had seasonings and supplies. It helped to simplify our stay, making us feel right at home from the very beginning.
Our overall experience was delightful and would recommend this property to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

This Villa was absolutely perfect!! Neil answered the phone immediately the one time I needed him. The house is perfect for large groups. There were 12 of us women. 2 master bedrooms with king beds that have ocean views. One of them has an addition twin daybed with trundle. The next bedroom has a king under a full bunk bed. The 4th room in the house has a full under twin bunk and an additional bed in the room. In addition, there’s a detached casita right next to the front entryway with a queen bed. So much space!! The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Has a full coffee pot and single Keurig. The spa overlooks the ocean. The view from the house or yard is stunning. There is a rooftop area to sit and enjoy the view. Being on the property of Bella Serina means we enjoyed the gym, swim up pool bar, additional pool and grounds. I will be back for sure!!

This is our second time staying in one of the beachfront Villas. It is the best location to stay when staying with a big group. Def. will be back. The place was well equipped with everything you need and was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. I had to come back and hour after check out because I forgot something and the cleaning service was doing such an amazing and detailed job cleaning it for the next group. Like window washing, scrubbing floors, you name it it was being done. Very fine detail cleaning. Very impressed.
Also the owner helped accommodate us with another place because we decided to stay an extra night. Highly recommended Neil and his properties specifically.

Neal’s place is a great place to stay w a large group. Everything was spotless and the place had a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, kayak etc. The patio is right on the beach. Just an all-round great Rocky Point vacation home. Neal was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to all Qs. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property. Just a couple things on the - side. One bedroom showed 2 sets of bunk beds. room only had one set and a double bed, other bedroom indicated queen bed, there was a double sized bunk bed. Patio furniture was worn out, cushions need to be replaced, IMO. Everything in kitchen worked well...except the Keurig's. Both were clogged. But that happens with those. Villa very comfortable for our group of 12. The beach view and location are superior! All in all, we were very pleased and booked same Villa for 2024.

This is probably our 4th year staying in SueAnn's villa. It is very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The weather was not the greatest but we had a good time.

We stayed with a group of 9 adults because we all wanted our own rooms and own bathrooms. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. There’s ample beds and good use of space. Unfortunately you can tell not all renters are kind to a home and there are some updates/repairs needed but overall it is well kept and clean. While on property, the host was readily available too. I’m a planner so I would have liked more communication early on but it really didn’t impact our overall stay. We’d definitely go back to this location.

The house was beautiful with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The sunsets were amazing and the walks along sandy beach were perfect. The house comfortably fit our group of 12 and had everything we needed for a wonderful time.

Our group of 11 were comfortable in this spacious beach house. The layout was great and the house was well stocked. We were steps away from the beach and loved how easy it was to have fun and relax.

Best Stay Ever!
We traveled to Puerto Penasco for our wedding and had the most incredible experience. Owner, Neal was the most accommodating host. Great communication and extremely helpful. The location was perfect. The house was beautiful and well equipped. We really enjoyed our long weekend here.
