There surely cannot be a better rental apartment on Gran Canaria

Pachi the host, so so helpful. The lower terrace with constant filtered water and coffee and drinks. The upper sun terrace. The generosity. The excellent location

Gem in Las Palmas center 💎

One of the best accommodations ever stayed, everything is thought over and many solutions to make you comfortable provided. Very modern design, extremely clean, amazing terrace and rooftop provided, on terace one can even enjoy drinks and coffee ☕ that can made yourself: coffee machine, various alcohol beverages, tea etc provided. Inside the apartment everything is provided for cooking and entertainment as well: big tv, Bluetooth radio, etc. The support during the stay is also amazing, hosts are in quick touch always.

Perfect place to stay if you are in LasPalmas.

We have been staying in this property for two years in a row. Very good location, 10min walk to old town. 2 min walk to shopping street. Many cozy cafes and restaurants are just 2 - 10 min walk. Apartment is very comfortable, cozy and well maintained. Owner of property is very helpful if you have any questions or requests. If you rent a car, you have access to underground parking right around the corner form apartment. Highly recommend!

Perfecto para escapada de fin de semana

El apartamento es precioso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Dentro cuidan el detalle, equipado hasta con palomitas para ver la tele! Vino, fruta….y detalles de aseo como albornoz cn zapatillas ,además del jabón y champú. El personal muy amable. Nos pudieron guardar las maletas al día siguiente hasta nuestra partida unas horas más. Volveremos 100%. Todo ha sido estupendo. Un 10!

Patchi is de beste gastheer die je je kunt wensen. Hij helpt je zelfs nog als je al onderweg bent naar je nieuwe locatie. Het appartement wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt door hele vriendelijke schoonmakers. Het dakterras is heerlijk en de locatie van het appartement is top. Wat een heerlijk verblijf heb ik daar gehad.

Perfection

By far the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished and decorated with real attention to detail. A welcome gift of fresh fruit and wine were a lovely touch but I especially liked the more basic additions of condiments, olive oil, and ice cubes already made. The apartment is cleaned daily and they also provide a laundry service.. absolute luxury! The honesty bar is another nice touch. Thank you Pachi.

Located on a busy street so can be quite noisy. This wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Tuvimos una experiencia excepcional en OFF TRIANA. La ubicación era perfecta. Además, los servicios proporcionados eran de primera clase. Desde el momento en que llegué, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia confortable. Las instalaciones en el alojamiento son de alta calidad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y cómodas, con todas las comodidades modernas que uno pueda desear. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. El anfitrión merece un reconocimiento especial. Su atención al detalle y su disposición para ayudar en cualquier momento hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más memorable. Felt very much at home and looked after.

We stayed in the Sophia apartment. The apartment was spacious and light with large windows. There were lovely touches such as the fruit basket, wine and daily cleaning and fresh water. The communal terrace was a great touch with the bar and the terrace above this. We only used it once but I can imagine when it would be a little busier it could be very social. The guide that was put together was fantastic and we used it a fair bit to choose the restaurants to go to. The parking was great to have too. The communication with Patchi was very easy via WhatsApp and would answer queries promptly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The noise from the bottle bank being emptied at 7am on a Monday morning. However it’s a working town which makes Las Palmas such a wonderful place to visit. It’s great to be in Triana such a lovely place full of cafés, restaurants and shops.

We will definitely be back! It is a beautiful island and Off Triana is the perfect place to stay!

Our host Pachi was incredible and met us with the keys and to explain the parking and everything, even though we arrived quite late. The apartment is already amazing, but then add all of the amenities that are so wonderful like the outdoor lounge (complete with a complimentary bar area) and also the rooftop area to relax. Location is perfect!

wonderful accommodation, perfectly located and expertly maintained

the property was extremely clean and well maintained. it was in a perfect location, next to some delicious local restaurants and unique shops. Pachi was an amazing host, he welcomed us on arrival, arranged parking for us and even booked restaurants for our dinners. he’s very kind and considerate. we had such a warm welcome and can’t wait to stay there again one day.

Perfect place to spend your vacation!

Seeing pictures of property you have very high expectations and when you arrive, it’s way more than you expected! Perfect location, very comfortable apartment, clean! Staff is super nice and helpful. Owner of property is very helpful - answers any question you have! We have traveled a lot, but this place have been so far the best. We highly recommend and we for sure will return!

Fabulous apartment

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old-town Triana district. Spacious, nicely decorated, and with extra touches e.g. fruit and wine on arrival, and access to the roof terrace and complimentary bar. Pachi, the host was very helpful and responsive in answering any questions.

Stylish Las Palmas Treat

It was right in the heart of the old part of town, surrounded by restaurants and shops, with sightseeing near by. Nice outdoor chill out areas. Uber chic interiors, with high beamed ceilings. Brilliant place to stay for a winter birthday break.

Everything was lovely and comfortable, nothing to dislike. If sensitive to city noise’s outside, just bring some earplugs and will be fine.

Wonderful island and people highly recommend

The host Pachi was amazing!! Available 24/7 to help and made the best recommendations. He helped with restaurants and sightseeing locations. He also recommended the best private guide we have ever had. What a wonderful island.

Some people may not like the city noise but it did not bother us.

Perfect weekend home away from home

Pachi (host) was very hospitable and welcoming and always available to answer our questions. He recommended and booked us into a wonderful restaurant for dinner, sent us tips of what to do in Gran Canaria, recommended lovely spot for breakfast and a rooftop bar. Accommodation was lovely - a free bar at a lounge is definitely a bonus we did not expect. Would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment located in Triana, minutes away from amazing restaurants, historical places, bars , cafes absolutely anything you could want. Brilliant apartment with amazing facilities and lovely garden area and rooftop terrace. Cleaning staff were amazing and fresh water delivered everyday is a really great touch. Pachi was also great with all his information and tips about the apartment and local area, he could not do enough for us. If you are staying in Las Palmas this is the only place to stay!!!

Smart place for a week in the city

Very smart apartment, great for a week of city things and shopping. Very comfy bed. Courtesy bar was a nice touch. Netflix was useful on the one night of lockdown early closing. Pachi is very helpful. It was worth its premium rate for Christmas week, and looks excellent value at other times of year. Shops, bars restaurants all near by.
