Lovely, spacious apartment in incredible location.

Amazing location by central metro interchange. Lovely balcony. Spacious. Good mattress and AC. Mini-market and shop on same block, and a great cafe/bakery on the corner.

Kitchen does not have that many utensils, but enough for me as I eat out mostly.

Overall a good apartment but to be 'luxury' would have expected a bit more.

Spacious Apartment well located close to the main shopping street and central squares of Kiev. Group of 6 stayed in the apartment, one room has an ensuite bathroom. Separate bath/shower room. Large open plan living room with balcony. Very quiet in the evening & warm.

There were a few minor things. The check-in process was not easy. When we arrived there was nobody to meet us so i had to call the host. As we were running a bit later than scheduled the host had left so we then had to wait 30 minutes for them to come back to check us in. This also cost me money on mobile phone to make the calls. We were only given one set of keys for the apartment which meant as a group we had to arrange times to meet back at the apartment etc. I think more keys should be provided. There is a limit to the amount of hot water for showers etc. The system is not catered for 6 people all showering in the morning. Although the apartment is very large, clean and modern it is pretty basic and no extra touches provided such as a map of the city, guidance on recycling/rubbish disposal. No tea, coffee provided. There was no shower curtain in the main bathroom so the water goes all over the floor. There is limited cutlery, plates, cups etc for a large group of people staying. There is no tea towel provided so washing up is difficult. We were provided with a couple of toilet rolls but not enough for 6 people for 4 days. The beds only had two pillows and there were not any spares. Also, apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift so not convenient for less mobile guests.
