About this house rental

Centrally located, this home is within a 45 minute drive to all Spring Training Baseball facilities (3 within 15 min) and near 8 public golf courses within Sun City. There are over 200 courses in the Phoenix area. Within a few hours you could be at the Grand Canyon, in beautiful red rock Sedona, or in Flagstaff where there is skiing in the winter months. There are also numerous mountain parks nearby for your hiking or mountain biking enjoyment.

Approximately 1160 square foot home with two bedrooms and two baths. Much of the home has been updated, including the kitchen, flooring and both baths. There is also a newly enclosed Arizona room which adds approximately 264 more square feet with access to the outside patio and BBQ. The AZ room is currently not air conditioned or heated. It has the favored north/south exposure, with the patio on the north side.

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, ample closet space and adjacent bathrooms. The master bath has a new large shower while the guest bath has a tub and shower combo. Both bathrooms have updated vanities and countertops. There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.

The living area includes a 40 inch HD TV with Dish service, an HD DVR which can record 2 shows simultaneously, wireless internet and dining for up to 8 people. The remodeled kitchen includes an electric flat top four burner stove top and oven, over the range microwave, side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door and dishwasher. A gas BBQ with 4 burners is available on the back patio.

The home is fully furnished with sheets, towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. Unpack your clothing and you are ready to enjoy this beautiful home.

The two car garage contains a work bench and washer/dryer set. Plenty of room for two vehicles or a car and a golf cart.

This property is less than half a mile from the Riverview golf course, a Safeway grocery store and a CVS pharmacy.

It is 1 mile from the Bell Recreation Center, which has been updated in recent years to include, a lap pool, walking pool, fitness gym, two hot tubs, bowling alley and a restaurant, just to name a few. All amenities at all of the recreation centers are available for an optional monthly recreation center fee per person. You must sign a lease for the period of your stay. In addition to rec center privileges, you get reduced rates on golf and can join over 130 clubs for minimal fees.

This location has a lot to offer to you. Within 15 minutes, you can be at one of your favorite restaurants or bars, enjoying a movie or shopping in the surrounding communities. Come see for yourself!

The house was exactly as the pictures. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO homes and this was the cleanest and well decorated. My sister and I felt right at home. I will stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable! I loved the enclosed patio. The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed to cook, watch tv, and relax. I enjoyed it very much and would love to stay there again.

Loved the house and loved the location! The neighbourhood is nice, very quiet. I would stay here again. Great set up for two adults travelling together. We each had our own space. Many restaurants close by. As well as grocery stores and other places. The host was helpful and quickly answered our questions. And it was very nice to have a garage to park my Porsche!

This house is conveniently located with any and all items you might need. The owners have a notebook filled/info #'s and suggested things to do. We were so busy hardly there however its clean and comfortable Good beds Fam who traveled far slept well Great hosts/stay

This property is lovely! Better than the pics! Tow car garage for easy access and washer and dryer! Very clean, all you need is your clothes and some food, and you are all set! Owners are great too! We were lucky and got to stay an extra day!

Appreciated how smooth the whole process went. Everything worked as it should and it truly was a great time. We felt like we were "at home" but in a place that didn't have snow and had an orange tree in the back yard that we could enjoy. It was also the first time we have had a garage to use which another great addition. So would certainly stay again if we get the chance.

I was so afraid to rent a place over the web. But it looked great. So I did and we love it. It was no far from our home. We was getting our flooring done and had to not be there. So we stayed there so I could take my husband to be at home while they put flooring. Now to get back to review. We had all we needed at the rental. We didn’t want for anything close to all you would want to go. We felt safe which is most important. We want to thank the owners for caring for people who need a rental. They was very close by at the call of the phone.

I was so pleased with our experience at this property. Super clean, organized, comfortable, and easy. My son and I were there for a baseball tournament. Very close to Safeway and CVS. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Responsive owner. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to get a desk chair- I had to do a lot of work and the chair for the desk was really a dining chair. Beyond that, it was a fantastic stay.

The home is exactly as represented in the description and pictures. It is immaculate, cozy and furnished with your comfort in mind and to top it off, in a great location. Only a few minutes to Bell Rd for grocery, drug store, banks, restaurants and fwys. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short/long term rental in Sun City...you will not be disappointed.

Not just perfect, but much, much better than expected! I can not think of one negative issue no matter how hard I try. Communication great! House is totally stocked for your visit and is spotless! A Denver sports fan will especially like the three pictures of teams in the master bedroom - Go Broncos!
