About this farm stay rental
This beautiful 100+ year old restored farmhouse is located on 92 acres of gently rolling farmland which allows for lots of room to run and plenty of privacy while still being minutes from countless Lancaster County attractions. The property includes a beautiful in-ground newly renovated pool complete with gazebo. The address is 299 Meadow Lane, Manheim PA 17545.
The 1st floor includes a custom cherry kitchen w/ island, 2 dining rooms to ensure plenty of space for meals, games or various activities, spacious family room, living room, a full bathroom and a half bath, and a grand 4 season sun room overlooking peaceful pastures.
The second floor boasts 2 full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms including a large 2 room master bedroom suite.
Other amenities include an attached 2 car garage, central air, cable TV, internet and plenty of space for boat/rv parking.
After a day of experiencing the many sights and attractions of the area, come back and relax in the spacious outdoor living area with in ground pool, open end of May through beginning of Sept. (please note that in agreeing to rent the house you accept the house rules and the pool and liability waiver shown in the rates tab under notes).

The location is beautiful and the host was very responsive and friendly. Things to know before staying: Fairly secluded location but near other homes (loved this), one of the larger bedrooms has no real walls and needs to be walked through to access the whole house (fine for a family but uncomfortable for couples), and wifi can be spotty depending on your location in the house(this applies to virtually everywhere). Overall there were minimal complaints but admittedly some confusion about the hose layout.

Everything was incredible! The host answered all my silly questions in a matter of minutes. The accommodations were superb. The grounds were beautiful. I suggest you find a weekend to book this house .

We are a 9 person group of 73 and 74 year old women friends who all lived in the same college dorm suite at Elizabethtown College. It was a dream to spend so much time together at a house that was so beautiful inside and out. We had a catered luncheon. In the evening we all sat in the gazebo to catch up and to remember all the fun times we’ve had. Thanks to Shari for providing the perfect place for us.

Very spacious and beautiful home. It was able to accommodate our family of 10 very comfortably. The property is very private and the in ground pool was great. Convenient to both Hersheypark and Dutch Wonderland.

We stayed here with six adults and five kids, ages 3 to 11. The house was absolutely spotless upon our arrival and owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The floor plan of the house is a little bit quirky but had tons of space for our group to spread out (and for the adults to get a little distance from the kiddos if desired). Everyone loved the pool and it was a great place to entertain the kids before or after family outings. Altogether, a very successful and enjoyable stay for our family. Would recommend the place to any family group. You will be happy here!

Very quiet setting featuring a beautifully, updated century home.
Plenty of sleeping space for our group of eleven people.
The pool was a big hit as we had a week of days in the mid 80 to high 90-degree range.
The owners are friendly and awesome as hosts.
Any questions were responded to immediately either by text or a phone call, any needs were met with a pleasant response and a rapid resolve.
This property is located in a small town with easy access to shopping, tourist attractions and sightseeing yet it feels very private.
My wife and I have been doing family vacations with our three children, their spouses and our three grandchildren for the past eight years. This was the easiest, most friendly and comfortable we have ever been.
I without hesitation would offer my highest recommendation.

We had a nice stay. There was ample room for our family of 6 adults and 5 younger children. The host was easy to work with. The pool was great as we stayed during a heat wave. The AC proved sufficient to keep us comfortable. Overall we liked the property.

We enjoyed our stay in Manheim very much. The house had plenty of room to fit our extended family and we loved spending time in the pool and checking out the farm fields. Good location too, we visited Hershey Park for a day and a few small local farms and markets.

What a beautiful home! The home was clean, the rooms were large and gave us a chance to spread out. The house was close to downtown Manheim which allowed some guests to enjoy a brewery and shopping. We would love to stay again.

We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one far exceeded our expectations. Every family member loved the LARGE spaces. The solarium was the first place everyone went to in the mornings for their coffee and tea. Sure it was a little dated in some places but everything worked and everything was clean. If we are ever near there again we will for sure try to stay there.

This property added greatly to our 50th Anniversary/reunion celebration. The convenient location made getting to and from various event sites quick and easy. The bedrooms and bath arrangement was perfect for our group. There is plenty of space for spreading out: we never felt on top of one another. Icing on the cake: a fun pool and deck.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place we could spend time with family and this home was perfect! We have three kids so we used the master suite and the kids shared the room with two queen beds. The other four adults split up into three other bedrooms. All 5 bedrooms are on the second floor and kind of connect together. I want to emphasize this is a very large home with lots of gathering space on the first floor, and a beautiful pool area as well. There were 9 of us, but even if you went up to the limit of 12 you will not feel crowded in any way. The kitchen was well equipped and there is plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable. Would be glad to stay there again in the future!

I booked this stunning house for my little sister the night before her wedding! It was the perfect place for all of her bridesmaids to stay and get a peaceful night of sleep before her big day. The sunroom had the best lighting for all of the girls to get their makeup on and do their hair the day of the wedding! There are so many rooms in the house that were warm and comfortable! The large kitchen has an island that everyone gathered around for breakfast! I loved being able to make a home cooked meal for everyone! This was a way better experience than staying at a hotel! I highly recommend booking this property!

This was our second stay. We have family in the area and my sister and I and our families stayed over Christmas to be together and see the rest of our family. The house was a great home base. It is large and has several living areas to gather. We especially like that it has a TV nook off the kitchen with four comfy chairs. The cousins could challenge each other in Mariokart while the rest of us relaxed in the comfy living room away from their raucus.

The host was super easy to communicate with both before and during our trip. This was our second time at this property so we already know how much we would like it. Plenty of room for our group of six adults (ages 22-53). Spent most of our time in the pool which was awesome. Plenty of towels, supplies, toilet paper, etc. close to many activities. An excellent experience. Will definitely return!

The property is a great location for relaxing and enjoying family. The house is large with a number of common areas to spread out, including a wonderful sunroom. The pool is a great addition and our family spend a lot of time outside. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is also a TV with 4 lounge chairs that became Mariokart central. Would rent again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful Property!
This gorgeous property has everything you might need for your family getaway! Our family consisted of 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax here. Of course the pool was a huge hit with my 3 grandsons and the weather cooperated for our stay which was nice. The grounds are beautiful and the location is quiet but conveniently located to many local attractions. We visited Lititz, played mini golf, shopped in Lancaster, and enjoyed a train ride on the Strasburg railroad. Our hosts were easy to reach during our stay when we had a minor glitch getting the AC going. Turned out to be a simple fix and all was well :) The kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfy, and the laundry room was very much appreciated. Wonderful memories were made and we are already talking about what we will do the next time we visit!
