We were attending a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. Not many places to stay, this was a great option & had everything we needed

We stayed at the property for the boys soccer tournament. We enjoyed the back patio in the evening, riding our bikes through the neighborhood and the convenience to the soccer fields

Enjoyed our first time in Manheim, home was in a walkable neighborhood and had plenty of room for our family of 5 to be comfortable. Great stay!

It was just me and my son traveling. Property was great. Good location, pretty close to where I had to travel too.

House was nice and clean. Neighborhood was nice. Conveniently located. Good communication with host. Lots of good food in the area.

Had a tournament at Spooky Nook, this was a perfect alternative to a hotel. Everyone had space, we were able to make meals instead of eating out the whole time.
House is cute, great for a small family for a weekend

Nice, comfortable little place for a short stay. We were in town for a wedding at a nearby venue. This house was just right for us.

We had a quick, last minute trip planned and decided on this property to stay in. It’s small, but done so well. It’s very charming. It was super clean, the backyard was cute. We had a great time!

This house was a great option for our family of 5. We were in town for a wedding that was just a few minutes away. We were all able to stay comfortably and were central to all the various wedding activities throughout the weekend. The host was easy to exchange messages with and the house was spotless when we arrived.

2 families traveling together with 4 adults & 4 small children (2 in pack n plays/toddler air beds we brought) for 3 nights. House had enough room for us to sleep comfortably & was 25-35 min drive to our primary destinations (Hersheypark, Turkey Hill Experience, Lancaster Area, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm).
House was very clean. The bedding & towels provided were nice. Neighborhood felt safe & quiet - Just a short walk or drive to a “small town Main Street type area” - found a cute little coffee shop there with great coffees! We were hoping to use the outdoor patio and back yard but didn’t get a chance to bc it was just too hot & humid during our time there (105 heat index!) as well as the grass seemed a bit overgrown so we didn’t want the little kids running all through it. Owner was responsive to questions & open to suggestions we had for future renters.
Would rent again if we find ourselves in the area.

It’s a very nice, quiet neighborhood, but watch the driveway as its very narrow for big SUVs. The home was very clean and comfortable. The photos made me think all the rooms were on the same floor, but there’s 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. There’s no TV in the main living space which was inconvenient with children. Check in and out was very easy and the location was nice. Overall, it was a cute little house!!

Sporty Getaway weekend
We stayed here to go rappelling down Chickie's Rock and Mountain Bike along the Northwest Lancaster County River bike trail along the Susquahanna River. Loved it. Marcela's place had ample bed rooms and a spacious kitchen with back yard patio for our group of 5.

This was a great place for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) to stay for a long weekend in PA. We had more room than we needed, one of the bedrooms went unused. This neighborhood was quiet with a cute downtown area only a few blocks away. About 30 mins from Hershey park which was our primary destination. The newly remodeled kitchen was very nice although we did not really use it. The house was very clean and the backyard looked like a nice place to relax (but again, we didn't get to use it). My kids already want to stay here again next time we go to this part of PA.
Some downsides (annoyances, but not enough to knock off a star). I'm tall and kept hitting my head on the kitchen fixture pull chains. Also, the portable AC on the second floor took some getting used to. The noise it makes when it kicks on jarred me from my sleep the first night. However, I'd much rather have that than no AC at all. Central AC on the first floor was great for the kids. Parking was tight, but I also drive a big pickup so it comes with the territory.
The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful with situation that came up due to a massive storm that rocked the area. Overall a great place to stay, cheaper than most area hotels, and very comfortable. We will likely stay here again on our next trip out to Chocolate country.
