On North Lake Dr (Hwy 6) next to Dam, Lexington side. 20 mins from downtown Columbia, 3 miles from Lexington and Irmo. Large 5 acre lot with a 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home. Situated on a protected cove, the home has magnificent sunset views of the Lake. The waterfront includes a lighted permanent dock with Gazebo and large floating dock and private boat ramp.

This spacious living area includes a Great Room, large dining area and kitchen. There is a 42 foot screened porch overlooking the lake with ceiling fans, dining table and seating areas. There is also an outside deck with picnic table and gas grill.

Great for family vacations, business retreats, Tournament Bass fisherman, USC Football Weekends, and The Masters.

We had a great stay at Beekeeper Court for our son’s wedding. We enjoyed the huge screened-in porch and the beautiful lake views. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos. Owner was very responsive. The location is perfect and you are within minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and many different retail shops. We will definitely rent this house again.

We had a fabulous week at this property. Our most favorite feature of the property is the amazing screened in porch and large private cove. We spent a lot of time floating in the lake due to extreme hot weather. Having a boat ramp to put our boat in was also a major plus!!! Property is well kept. The house is very laid back and clean.

We had a great stay at Beekeeper Court for our son’s graduation weekend. We spent many hours enjoying the huge screened porch and also the large lot. Owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the cleaning crew. Would definitely rent again

Maintenance

House seemed clean until the cabinets were opened. They definitely could use a deep cleaning but be sure to bring your own trash bags and toilet paper. The deck maintenance seemed to be completed by inexperienced persons based on the tripping hazard created by the improper recent replacement of a couple of deck boards and good size holes in the screen needing repaired and loose ballasts on the railing. The dock has great potential, but again the maintenance seems to be lacking with lose hand rails, nails popping and edging on the floating dock falling.

Spent a fun Christmas weekend here..Great house and incredible view. We really enjoyed the huge screen porch overlooking the lake and some beautiful trees..House was very comfortable with plenty of couches, TVs and huge tables inside and on the porch for our large Christmas dinner. We cooked a lot and kitchen was well stocked. With the breeze it felt kinda like we were at the beach while relaxing on the porch. Will definitely be back again!

This lovely property is located on a secluded cove so you have expansive Lake Murray views and few neighbors. Great location close to town that worked great for our visit with family in Lexington. The large screened in porch was the perfect place to start and end the day. Pictures in the listing accurately represent the house and property, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This house is perfectly set up to host a big family. My husband and I our 2yo and our 3yo rented this property for our Christmas (we celebrated late this year on the 27th). My parents, father-in-law, our nanny and her daughter were all there for "Christmas Morning" and no one felt like they were in anyone else's way. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you need to bring is food. And there's plenty of room for it with the extra mini fridge on the porch.The property itself is huge with plenty of space to run. There's bamboo on one side and a farm on the other so you feel completely secluded. From the kitchen window you look across the lawn out at the open water. And the boat dock! What a beautiful place to spend time! There's a covered section with bench seats all around and a lower floating dock. You can fish, bird watch, meditate, or just spend time with your travel partners while having a drink. The boat ramp was REALLY convenient too. We have a MacGregor 26M (26 foot sailboat) and we were able to put in and take out, no problem.The porch was fantastic. Oh, how I wish it was warmer during our stay so we could have spent more time out there. But we'll DEFINITELY be back so we'll get our porch time in then.

The house is very clean, tons of fresh towels, and all the beds were very comfortable. Only 2 bathrooms, so that required a bit of "scheduling" but its all good. Not a complaint by any means, just an observation. The house itself sits on this wondrous piece of property that slopes gently down towards the lake. Its postcard pretty. We were in town for a wedding, and even folks from the bridal party came by to take pictures beforehand. We were blessed with gorgeous weather the entire weekend, so we were either visiting on the back porch, or hanging out by the dock. The entire family loved it. We made so many wonderful memories. Thanks again.
