Convenient boat ramp and dock. Nice swimming pool. Beautiful sunsets. This unit has a great porch. The use of the golf cart, bicycles and kayak was a great plus. Just a note, it is a travel trailer, not a regular mobile home, so it is a bit smaller than a regular mobile home.

The location is beautiful with, manatees, pelicans, iguanas, osprey, crocodiles, heated pool, & splendid sunsets every night! The double kayak was used almost every other day, bikes, & golf cart all came in handy. We love the screened in porch and friendly people at Calusa!

The property was just as advertised. The owner was incredibly responsive during ou visit addressing any questions and even proactively sharing important weather updates as we had some serious rain storms during our stay. This is a wonderful community with a great location in Key Largo which truly is a bit of paradise. The golf cart and bicycles make moving around the property very easy.

Nicely carribean styled RV with fantastic screened porch, in safe gated, golf cart friendly resort community. Has everthing you need for a wonderful stay. Lots of hot water, AC keeps you nice and cool. Fully stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen. Bed linens and towels supplied. Host readily available, if you have any concerns or problems. We had a great 1mo. stay, and hope if we visit the Keys again, we will be able to stay in the cutest RV ever!

We had an overall positive experience. Jorge was extremely accommodating and quick to reply. This was a spontaneous, last minute decision to extend our time in Florida over a holiday weekend and Jorge was a super enough host to make it happen for us. The camp ground was in a great location. We enjoyed our short 3 days there very much. The actual RV was clean and well stocked. It was comfortable enough for our family of 5, that includes 3 older children (10, 13, & 14). The interior was a bit dated and in need of some minor cosmetic work. However, the outdoor kitchen/living space more than made up for it. We would definitely rebook.

My son and I spent his high school Spring Break here snorkeling, swimming and kayaking. This is a great location for all of these things. The mobile home is comfortable and fully equipped with anything you need including a golf cart to get around. Communication with Jorge was excellent - he quickly responded to any questions. The pool chairs, tables, etc. look new and there are plenty of them available. The pool deck was a great place to watch the sunsets. Lots of great activities and restaurants close by. We loved our time here and look forward to visiting again.

The stay has been wonderful and well accommodating for my family!!! This style camper/set up was ideal for myself, two toddlers, mother, and brother. It reminded us of when we once owned a camper on a campground by the river in our KY home state, with such comfortable atmosphere and admirable campground setting.
I personally loved the outdoor kitchen, I had never used live flame to cook and it was a great learning experience and so enjoyable to find groove with meal preparation with the easy access of the cooking station Jorge provides. Having all the necessities to prepare meals was so nice and allowed for so much more time to focus on enjoyment of the vacation without worrying about the hassle of going to the store.
We changed around a few bulbs during our stay for a more ambient lighting, while the LED lit porch was handy, it was a little bright for our taste so we made use of your outdoor lamp to get a more mellow mood. ☺️
Overall, the experience was wonderful and Jorge is an exceptional host, very attentive & empathetic. He was rapid with any concerns or questions, and he went out of his way to provide a formal greeting as we were leaving and he was arriving to assure his next guests would receive equal excellence upon their arrival.
This stay was an overall highly enjoyed experience and my family and I thank Jorge for his lovely space in Key Largo. 💙🏝🌞

This was advertised as a home it was a camper. Dishes were dirty and living area was tiny and uncomfortable for three people. The AC did not work properly we notified the owner and he did nothing about it. We had 90 degree days when we were there. after no service for 4 days I asked for a refund for the next three days of our stay so we could go elsewhere. The owner said ok and we paid for another place. Which was much nicer and less expensive. The owner never refunded all the money he said he would. Said he was not required to do so. He lied and had no concern for our comfort. Dont stay here there are better choices else where

It filled the need! My son and I had a great visit to Florida.
It is an older mobile home of sorts which is in need of mostly simple maintenance, making some simple normal things a bit inconvenient. A large person might struggle here.
It does have a 2nd AC and is pretty important if the ambient temp exceeds the lower 80's (we hit 85 a couple times), its a bit warm with not being able to use it well into the night for sleep.

Fun in the Sun
Enjoyed escaping the cold & relaxing here! The pool ( cold when we arrived, but very nice the last 2 weeks) was very large and I enjoyed swimming laps. The pool area would get busier on the weekends. There were manatees frequently in the canals, which were wonderful to watch and see while kayaking! Great bike trails & very convenient to restaurants, stores, & bars. The screened lanai was where we spent most of our time, as it had another refrigerator, 3 burner camp stove, & grill right outside the door. The carpet in the bunk bed area & under the table in the camper was very worn and needs replaced. Luckily, we just stored things in the bunk area. The couch inside had some springs that had fallen underneath. We would go back and hopefully with a few updates would be even better. So happy to have our fur baby with us.

Needing a place to get away but did not want to be in huge crowds, as a retired firefighter I was excited to find out the place I rented was owned by another FF , I just knew Jorge would treat me like his own .
And it was true , easy to get a hold of , concerned about our safety during a bad storm. Pool was being worked on when we were there so Jorge offered to pay for pool membership at and aquatic center 1 mile away it was very nice. Saw manatee’s in the canals a few hundred feet from his place. Place is located near everything, very convenient. Had to leave a day earlier due to family emergency back home , would have liked to meet Jorge before we left , I wish him a great retirement!

My family enjoyed our stay. The screened-in porch was great for playing games in the evening or enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings before everyone woke up. Having laundry facilities at the campground was convenient. Jorge was kind and very responsive to questions. We would stay here again.

Perfect quick getaway
Left Miami with the kids hoping to spend time in nature and detox from all the electronics. The weather was perfect: High 60s, low 70s. Spent a lot of time in the screened-in porch reading and playing table
games. Jorge was always within telephonic reach.

Off-season Relaxation
Jorge is excellent to work with, and his communication is perfect.
Cozy mobile home with a large screened outdoor area to bbq, watch TV and enjoy the evening without bugs. The Campground has a pool and boating canals. You can fish from the dock or the seawall. You will witness the mist spectacular view of a giant sunset, which is just a short walk to the water, or if he let's you use the golf cart......you can pack a picnic basket and drive the cart down the road. A real Outstanding place to stay and visit.

My wife, a friend and I went to Key Largo for some SCUBA diving. I found Jorge's place on VRBO and had great communication right away. We got there, settled in and enjoyed our whole stay. It is in a very nice park as well. We will be staying here again on our next trip.
As a bonus we got to meet Jorge and his wonderful wife before we left.

Everything you need for a unique and private family stay in the Florida Keys. A roomy, clean and fun camper attached to a huge screened in patio area. Comfortable for our family of four, two adults and two teens.
Inside the teens had their own space in the bedroom while we had ours in the master bedroom, split by the entirety of the camper space. The bathroom, although typical camper small, provided separation via doors and curtains for privacy and comfort, so there was never an issue. The airconditioned inside gave us plenty of room for dining, sleeping, watching TV, planning the day, preparing a snack, making coffee and hanging out.
Outside the teens hooked up their PS4 to the huge patio flat screen and hung out while we prepared dinner on the grill. The patio presented a work space, full size refrigerator, large sink, counter, storage, table for four, utensils, supplies and cookware to prepare food. Also, plenty of relaxing seating and storage for the outdoor toys; floats, fishing poles, cooler... etc. The Adirondack chairs were so much fun with their colorful Jimmy Buffet motif. Each time I sat in one to read and drink, I smiled as they reminded me exactly of what a Florida Keys vacation should feels like :)
Plenty of room for our vehicle to park and navigate in and out (we have a four door truck). The golf cart was the best!!! Simply jump in and head over to the park's beach, dock and pool. On the weekend the food truck opened by the pool and my two teens couldn't get enough of the delicious food and smoothies. The owner of the food truck was so kind, she made them feel special because she remembered them with a greeting and big smile each time they ordered. (those little things matter)
The pool area was clean, bright and spacious. The beach had plenty of chairs and hammocks to lounge and relax. There was even an area to fish! My daughter even caught a snapper, so happy.
Jorge was amazing! He was immediately there for any question, comment or concern. All I had to do was text or call and within seconds he would respond. It is easy to see that he takes pride in his piece of paradise and it shows through his exceptional customer service. Truly providing the best experience possible for us during our stay.

1) You won't find a VRBO host that tries to be good and communicates more than George.
2) This listing a 34' travel trailer kinda permanently installed with an attached screened in porch. Two adults in the main bed is fine. The other 4 beds are bunk beds for small/medium children. My son is 6'3" and I asked if he would fit, was told yes, took one look at the bed once onsite and put him in the master and took the bottom bunk, no sleep, after one night we both just slept in the master bed. Bunk beds are OK for 5'9" person max, so mom/dad and some kids this could be great. Two adults who don't want to sleep in the same bed, this listing is not for you.
3) Property will well stocked with the little things you would need for a good stay - that being said lots of hosts seem to have gas grills that need a lighter to light but then no lighter or no working lighter. This should be on a checklist as having to run to the store to get a lighter when you are trying to cook dinner is frustrating.
4) This is a "golf cart" campground where people drive carts around and these carts have loud stereos. Prior to 10pm no problem. After 10pm with paper thin walls it is pretty frustrating. Host tried to contact security and get something done but I think there really isn't much you can do if people are being inconsiderate, but it does affect sleep.
5) Overall if you know what you are getting it can be a great place for a very fair price.

Key Largo Getaway
Remedy's Cay is a perfect getaway for 2 adults & a canine family member! We loved the screened in porch with the outside kitchen, cooked & ate meals there. The outside stove, refrigerator, ice machine & TV were a bonus. The inside is perfect for 2 adults in 1 bedroom & you could fit children in the room with bunk beds. Calusa Park is tropical & well maintained. The views from the pool & hammock areas are unbelievable. We spent many hours there. Jorge is a super host! He addressed ALL of our needs & was easy to contact. We hope to return to Remedy's Cay next winter!
