Steps up to house, front and back, and sunken living room hazardous for 80 yr old parents (grandparents). Also the elders would have appreciated the king bed being on the first floor. Inclouding a note about “ADA not compatible “ in the presentation might prevent some dissatisfaction in the future.

Great stay for three families … 12 people plus 2 dogs! House was clean and fully stocked. Favorite parts include the pool table, extra large hot tub, spacious arrangement of bedrooms, EPIC bunk room, and lastly, location! We had lots of fun watching the golfers play the 11th hole and enjoyed stargazing at night in the back yard. Our favorite Sunriver place after 10+ years of visits!

The house was perfect in size, layout, location. Unless you need a very specific bike, leave yours at home. We laughed about the 15-ish bikes available in the large garage. We even enjoyed the tandem bike for a 10+ mi. ride. The hot tub was green, stinky, and dirty. Management had someone out ASAP to drain, clean, refill, and treat the hot tub. The tub definitely has seen better days, and is a little tired. Not the end of the world. All the waist level and higher surfaces and beds were cleanly. The floors/rugs could use more attention. We ran the vacuum on arrival and mitigation most of the white dog hair through the house. However being bare foot left one disgusted in having very dirty feet from the flooring. I understand people have different views of shoes off households, and hopefully this can be upheld by future guests for the sake of the family that owns this accommodation. All-in-all we love Sunriver/Mt. Bachelor. Cleaner accommodations could be improved upon. We would definitely rent this location again.

Spacious home with many extras. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. The home needs some TLC , one bed was extremely wobbly and unstable we needed to fix it in order to use it. Lucky we had the ability, mngmmet offered to come by. Overall good stay.

We found dirty bedding, whic was reported, and taken care of immediately, also with a refund, which was very appreciated. There were food particles in the floor of pantry, which I just overlooked, and did not report at the time. Lovely home, had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home, perfect for our long weekend getaway to enjoy with our family. Pool table, ping pong, bikes were all a hit. A couple of the bikes had issues with the chain coming off but there were multiple to choose from. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again:)

Started off on wrong foot, cleaners did not leave until nearly 1 hour after check-in. Property is good, and is accurate to the listing. Washer was full of linens on arrival..didnt notice right away. The garbage was not picked up prior to arrival and during our stay. We recycled, but no way to have it readied for pickup. The bikes were great, but 30 mins of greasing would make them work much better. The oven was a bit dated, and was difficult to cook with. Hot tub needed water, but very quick service to resolve. Loved all of the amenities to include pool table and ping pong. Our overall stay was good and would stay here in the future.

Overall it was a great place to stay. We were on time at 4:00 to check in but code did not work. We called and they reset the code so easy process. We will stay here again if it is available. Nice central location to Sunriver, Bend, golfing, biking, and hiking spots. Beautiful bike and walking paths. This house is on the golf course so we did occasionally have golf balls landing around us.

Everything you could want for a large group of people in Sunriver. The TV situation I’m the living room is very oddly setup. The cable box is in a cabinet around the corner from the TV. The hot tub didn’t have enough water in it and we couldn’t find a hose anywhere on the property, even after asking the contact for the rental.

My 14 member extended family stayed at this property over Christmas. What a treat! The property is beautifully designed, wonderfully maintained and super super clean. The pool table and hot tub were wonderful bonuses. The location on the winter golf course was so lovely. The beds and linens were terrific. I have no complaints. I wish all rental properties were this perfect. We had a plumbing problem upon arrival and the property manager had someone there within the hour.

All was as expected and very nice, however we were charged for a dog fee and we had no dog and we had not requested a to have a dog. We realized our place would allow a dog for a fee, but we were charged after not having made a request for a dog.

We liked the home we stayed at and would feel comfortable renting it again. That being said, here were a few issues. Had only 2 wine glasses. Management fixed that right away....need more dish towels. A book of instructions would be helpful.....like the pool table, hit with the kids....need more wastebaskets.....we hunted for a stand alone garage door and finally found it mounted on the wall in the garage....good info for a book....need a needle for the pump up the basketballs......thanks for hearing this feedback.....

Really great property.
The property would have exceeded all expectations except for the fact that some of the carpeting in the property smelled like wet dogs were laying on them, and maybe have never been deep cleaned. There's nothing worse than walking into a supposed cleaned home, and have to deal with a foul odor. I would highly recommend deep cleaning the carpets, or just stop allowing pets at the property.

11 Vine Maple is a very nice home located in a quiet Sunriver neighborhood. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The house is spacious with a great floorpan for a multigenerational family gathering. The house has some nice amenities, including a pool table and hot tub which were appealing to my group.
