This warm and inviting home is ideal for extended families planning a family reunion or 2-3 families getting together to enjoy Sunriver. Northwoods Lodge is also a comfortable and creative environment for executive retreats. Spacious rooms can easily accommodate large or small groups. The home was built with quality construction using extensive pine and granite throughout the house. There are 5 bedrooms including 2 primary suites on the main floor and 3.5 bathrooms. Private outdoor hot tub with stone paved patio and outdoor furniture are all comforts of this home. We offer 12 unlimited passes to SHARC and Sunriver tennis courts. We offer a non-smoking and no pet home.

Our group of 8 hiking friends have been spending 4 days together on an annual basis over the last 13 years! This home has been the best we have had! It was easily accessible, clean, well appointed, and well stocked. The host was very responsive and helpful! Two thumbs up!

This was a fantastic week of adventure, relaxation, dinner parties and fun. Our house was incredibly well equipped with plenty of requisite, culinary, preparing dishes and devices. Numerous high-quality bikes for riding, plenty of house space plenty of table space inside and out and a hot tub made it an extraordinary five star vacation. Debbie, the VRBO manager was superb and very responsive.

We planned on this trip a while back, but this was a getaway we all needed. A perfect place to spend quality time with family. Time to laugh, play and create memories that will last a lifetime. A home away from home, for sure! Love the home, the spaciousness, and all the amenities. Planning our return already!

My 5 friends and I travel a couple of times of year for a long weekend in Central Oregon. This is one of the best appointed homes we have stayed in! Clean, updated, very comfortable beds and an exceptionally well stocked kiichen. Didn't get a chance to use the multiple community center passes or bikes but would for sure next time. We will be back!

The host was beyond amazing and understanding, kind and quick to respond. Once we arrived on property, it was easy to get in the home comes with so many easy amenities from bikes to a kids game room every kind of utensil pots and pans. Washer and dryer and the hot tub was perfect on a snowy day where we grateful to be able to have this trip and make these memories. Thank you so much for the day highly recommend Debbie, the host in the future we look forward to booking again.

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of room for our three families with kids. We used the foosball and hot tub a lot, and the sharc passes were great. Location was great, and the house was well stocked with things like kitchen items and blankets. We came in the winter but it looks like it would be a great place for the summer as well!

We have been coming to Sunriver for 30 years and this was probably the nicest house we’ve ever stayed in. It was so well equipped, we had everything we needed! There was plenty of room for 3 families with kids ages infant-13. We will definitely be back!

My large family has stayed in dozens of Sunriver rentals over the years and this was by far the best we have stayed in. The host was wonderful and the communication was above and beyond for our needs. The house was extremely clean, well stocked, and accommodated our large family with plenty of room. We look forward to staying here, again, in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The house was well setup, including in the kitchen which made cooking easy. We enjoyed the ping pong and foosball in the garage. Will definitely return.

A wonderful house for 14 people or less. Very cute, clean, organized, and well put together! The home owners are more than generous to include essentials within the home for cooking purposes. Highly recommend this home for any type of get together!!

Bigger rooms than what we thought. There were 11 of us and plenty of room for all of us! Wonderful accommodations! Plenty of bikes for all sorts of family members. Basketball hoop, and ping pong table were well liked as well. We had an amazing time and celebrated a 40th Birthday as well!

I would recommend this house to anyone! So well stocked and clean and cozy. Love the fireplace and hot tub and all the bedrooms. Comfortable beds and tons of towels. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. High quality kitchen knives. Had fun with ping pong in the garage! Nice quiet area of sunriver. We would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!

This house is well located, well stocked, clean, and in great shape! We had every kitchen gadget we needed in order to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub is awesome, tons of hot tub towels are included, and the kids loved the ping pong table and bikes. We highly recommend this home!

This house is absolutely stocked with everything we could have ever needed! From condiments to straws, to coffee and filters, and soap (shampoo/washer/dryer) games AND STRAWS, and pens, note pads, books and books, towels, bikes, bags, and cozy blankets for an army! I could not have ever in my wildest dreams asked for a better and cozier home. We WILL be back for sure!!!!

The house was just right for our three families. The teenagers were entertained and everyone had enough space to do their own thing. The decor is adorable. The best stocked kitchen. The living room, kitchen, dining room were spacious and had plenty of seating for everyone. The rooms were cozy and there with beds for all 12 of us. Booking and check in/out was easy. Communication was quick and clear. Would definitely rent this place again!

Wonderful home for our family of 11. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It became something of a game to see if there was anything we needed that the home did NOT have! Immaculately clean. Enjoyed all of the amenities on site and using the Sharc passes. The property was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen included every conceivable appliance, a huge array of pots, pans, dishes, plates, etc. There were at least 15 bikes, foos-ball, and a ping pong table. The location was great.

We had a great stay with family and friends. We’ve been coming to Sunriver for years and this is by far the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely stay again!

Great cozy house. Would not consider this to be a “luxury” house.
We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to watch the college World Series since our home town was playing, they had a very tiny TV in the living room. Older appliances, and very uncomfortable beds. Other than that. It did what it needed to do. Great location. Would rent again, but with the knowledge of knowing it isn’t “luxury”

One of the best rentals to date
The process was a breeze, from booking, checking in, staying, all the above. The house was the most equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Featured more space than we could’ve ever needed. Bikes were also a plus in the sunshine! It was a great stay, thank you!

The Perfect House
Inviting, warm, and completely functional for a large gathering! The house provided everything we needed to have from bikes ready to ride from toddler to grandpa! Extra cookware and a fully functional kitchen made it effortless to feed 14 people. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to make future reservations when planning to visit SunRiver!
