Upscale Remodelled higher floor unit: High end appliances -Large side x side Stainless steel fridge (with ice maker) Stove / Large HE Front load washer and dryer. Good Quality Serta Queen Mattress / Patio furniture (high patio chairs and table to enjoy the view)
New power reclining leather sofa, new stove, new custom curtains, Bedroom furniture and other upgrades in the last couple years. Beautiful Travertine tiles (cooling and smooth to walk on) thru out the unit, with river rock flooring in a large shower area, (no bathtub) Unit Sleeps 2 max
This Condo is on one of the best beaches on the island. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. Unobstructed ocean/sunset views. Snorkel with the Sea Turtles, Dolphins in the cove. In the winter months watch the whales from your lanai, sometimes a Monk seal will visit the beach to rest. All within steps to the beach.
Amenities include a Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ / Picnic area, Tennis court ,Games room / common area. This is a secure gated property with Free Parking for one Vehicle.
Free WIFI, TV and Phone. We keep everything in newer condition and have a very clean condo.
The view from the Lanai is absolutely breathtaking. Our Condo comes with all linens, kitchenware, Towels, Beach towels / Beach chairs , Cooler, and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.
There is a quiet portable AC unit in the bedroom and 1 AC unit in the living room, 3 quiet ceiling fans ( 1- bedroom, 1- living room, 1 in the kitchen area)
When the trade winds are in you get a nice breeze. The Leeward (West) side of the island is the sunniest most of the time on the island

We really enjoyed staying here. John and Shelley, thank you! Everything was just perfect. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and it did not disappoint! Very clean and they provided everything we needed and more. Great staff and Shelley was quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks again, God willing, we will be back.

You have everything you need in this place and a great lanai/balcony from which to view the amazing sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped - even an electric tea kettle. Great washing machine and dryer. Your host provides lots of extras to make the stay comfortable and is a great communicator. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this condo. Everything was just perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed many meals on the lanai, watching the waves and people playing on the beach. From the tenth floor, the view was great. The condo had all the necessary kitchen items, plenty of towels and very nice appliances. We loved having a washer & dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much we booked the same condo for next year. The condo is equipped with everything we needed. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and many other beach accessories. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from our balcony. There is great hiking nearby. Fabulous place!

This is a great property with awesome views! The owner was wonderful. Gave lots of information about the area and things to do. The condo has lots of beach supplies for an even better time. Anytime I'm back in Hawaii, I'll check availability here first!

My husband and I traveled to Oahu for my cousin’s wedding in Kapolei so we were looking for a location close by but away from the busyness of Wakiki area and not expensive as Kapolei area. We came across Shelley’s condo and fell in love with the pictures and location. Let me tell you the pictures do not do the gorgeous view and location justice! It was so nice coming off a long flight to rest in a clean and comfortable place. The AC units were great at helping to cool the place and surprisingly the queen bed was comfortable and that’s saying something because my husband and I have a purple brand mattress at home and we love our bed so much we were worried the bed wouldn’t be comfortable but that didn’t happen. Shelley was also super sweet and had great communication throughout out stay and even emailed us a list of things to do and see. We will definitely be back because we loved our stay!

Shelley’s condo was the perfect place for our honeymoon. It had everything we needed for beach and ocean activities. The kitchen was well equipped for everyday meals and building staff was awesome!
Shelley also provided us with great insights as to island excursions! We were more than satisfied and would recommend to friends!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful location. The hosts have all the necessities and extras needed to relax on the beach. The air conditioners did an impressive job fighting the western sun, and we were comfortable the entire time. The beach is nice and secluded, with amazing sunset!

Shelley was incredibly helpful during our stay and I appreciate that so much giving that the request we sent was last minute. Everything was ready for us the day we checked in and the whole experience was very peaceful and gave a home-like feel. Will for sure remember this stay and recommend to my other friends traveling to Hawaii!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Oahu!

The condo was clean and Shelley was easy to work with. Having stayed at The Hawaiian Princess twice before I mistakenly assumed that all the units had central air conditioning. This is not the case with this unit. If anyone tells you that the breeze off the water is enough to cool your unit do not believe them. At 3PM when the sun is beating into the unit the 3 ceiling fans and the 2 floor fans, even with the room darkening drapes closed, do not do anything to cool off the apartment. At best they just move the hot air around. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom that is about 12 inches from the bed and cannot be moved because it needs to take outside air from the window. However the AC sounds like a lawnmower making it impossible to sleep. This in itself will keep me from renting this unit again. The photos of the bathroom on the website are kind of misleading. They show a toilet and a walk in shower which is correct. What it doesn't show is that the bathroom has no sink. The bathroom sink is located outside the bathroom at the entry way to the bedroom. So your bathroom sink is in your bedroom. When you use the toilet you need to go out the bathroom door in order to wash your hands in the bedroom. Because of the sink location you also no longer have a bedroom door. Just a curtain. Although the lack of central AC may not be important to everyone, it should be included in the description of the unit.

We never left. Parked the car and spent four days on the property. Gorgeous views and beach. Waves are tricky so be careful. Super comfortable furnishings and great kitchen. Everyone was incredibly nice and Shelley was the perfect host. Settle in and enjoy yourselves.

This is a little out of the way but the stay way exactly what we wanted. Totally quiet and private location. This is out of the way up on the north west coast but this is the perfect place to get away! The beach was practically private with only locals and a couple of tourists. When I return to this island I WILL stay at this location again it is so private and out of the way. Not the party scene at all very relaxing.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. Easy to find, fantastic beach right out in front, which never had more than 30 people. A rare find in Oahu. Condo was perfect for us, we cooked our own breakfast and a few nice BBQ dinners as well, which was a nice option to have. Shelley was very helpful, giving us first timers advice on where to go, what to do, restaurants, etc which we appreciated. The views from this condo are second to none, and we witnessed numerous turtles and whales breaching in the distance, which was really cool! The ONLY complaint I would have, and this has nothing to do with property or condo, is the amount of homeless people which are accumulating on the beach in the area. Realize many of these folks are down on their luck, but there HAS to be a better option than tents on world class beach lines. Govt needs to step in here. Again, loved our experience in this condo, as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. We made many wonderful lasting memories, and you will too! Mahalo Shelley! ☺️

Condo had all we could ask for! Cannot get closer to the ocean and the view is great! AC in the bedroom was really nice for cooling down before bedtime. Also had all the extras such as beach chairs that we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and gave a lot of helpful tips about the area. Had a great stay!

We’ve stayed at the Hawaiian Princess several times and always enjoyed it. This was the first time in this unit, and it lived up to our expectations. Very well appointed, and the owners are extremely easy to communicate with.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, made every aspect of our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo is excellent, the views are breathtaking.
There is no barrier reef to protect the beach, so the waves are pretty big. Beach is not too crowded, very enjoyable.

Amazing views
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The balcony became my favorite place. Everything we needed was provided, and contact with our host was easy and accommodating. What a special week for old friends in an amazing place!

This place was exactly what was needed. Best view of the sunset in Hawaii. The apartment was equipped well beyond expectations. Place is well guarded as the security was very thorough on every vehicle parked in the lot and every vehicle that entered the lot. I would do this place again in heartbeat. Perfect for 2 people.

Great Condo, Great Beach, Great View!
This condo has all the amenities you will need. It is clean and spacious. The deck is large and has incredible views of the ocean from a higher floor. We went all over the island and did not see any condos this close to the beach! Would definitely stay again. The owners were very quick with communication.

Amazing, exactly as described
Our stay was fantastic. We worked from the property for 4 weeks, and were able to walk downstairs to the beach right after work.
Everything was spotless and process was seamless. If you are planning to work from the property, bring a mobile hotspot.

This part of the island is where the locals live and therefore, neighborhoods and restaurants might be sketchy for some. Being out and about at night might be scary for you. Also, rush hour traffic was a nightmare! Just stay away from the main road between 3:30 and 6:00 local time and you will be alright. Also, we were there over New Year's Eve and our waiter at Restaurant 604 (best closest restaurant to property) told us that the fireworks were going to be crazy. Good Lord! They were insane! Up and down the coast as far as the eye could see, fireworks were going off for a good 45 minutes non-stop. I took videos and posted them on social media. Pretty much everyone asked if we were in Beirut or some other war zone due to the noise and intensity. We eventually fell asleep once they ran out of fireworks. Other than that night, everything was quiet and peaceful! If we went back to Oahu, we would not have any issues staying here again! Last but not least, Shelley is the best! She made sure we had everything we needed and all the information we needed. Rest assured, you will be taken care of if you stay here! :)
