Superb location for walking and biking to everything, with handy garage for bikes. Bedrooms downstairs stay and get cooler than upstairs, good for sleeping. Deck near kitchen wonderful view, sun, and shade. Had hot tub heating troubles which the property manager fixed. We fixed an odd lack of plastic glasses. Our second stay here; we'll come again.

All was well---we had a couple of slight hiccup in terms of:
1-construction noise adjacent to property---should be resolved soon
2-battery malfunction on electronic lock. All was well in the end. Thank you to the property managers and hosts.

We have stayed in Frisco for about 15 years now in the summer for a week or so. Always looking for a house/condo that was comfortable for our needs and that could be a place to repeat a visit the following year - this is that place! I hope to rent again next July! Easy ck in - good comm with the mgmt group/owners - everything we needed in this updated home. Amenities and space were perfect. Some construction next door was a little annoying at 7 am but i learned to enjoy some hispanic music tastes that I had not heard before as they worked - and that will be completed soon. One improvement if any would be a larger hot tub and extended deck area. Otherwise bedrooms showers and livning space were great AND things like fans and extra bedding including air matresses were available - nice touch! Thank you, Kent

Loved our stay, everything was great! The upstairs is really bright and open, was a great place to hang out and chill after a day of skiing! Location was terrific, walked everywhere in Frisco. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The house really was luxurious. The upstairs living area was very spacious with beautiful views. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the mattresses so comfy we all slept well.
Frisco is a delightful town and the house was only a short 2 blocks walk from Main Street.
We enjoyed our stay.

We have been to Frisco a few times and stayed with a friend who passed suddenly back in 2019. We all wanted to return for a few memories. Your place was perfect. Everything worked out about as good as anyone could hope for. Thank you we will be back.

This property is steps off of Main Street in ‘historic’ Frisco. We have stayed in Frisco many times but usually closer to Safeway/Walmart area. This was a nice change, yet Safeway is five minutes away. Entry to the first floor is all the bedrooms. Kitchen and living area is all upstairs so stairs are a given. Kitchen was well stocked. We had to purchase non-stick skillet and flat iron cook ware for eggs, pancakes, and such, but otherwise, you should be alright. You can get these at Walmart if needed. Beds were great. We used the hot tub once and it seemed to quit heating. Next time we tried to use it, it had fallen to 85 degrees. There is a couch in the living room that needs to be condemned. The back cushions merely ‘rest’ in place. If it were against the wall, probably would be fine. But my 75 year old mom leaned back and the cushion hit the floor. It’s a glorified bed and liability in my opinion. Do not let older people sit here. If you sit here, please lean forward as there is no back rest. But we pulled up chairs to back of this ‘sofa’ and used it as a foot rest. Again, great location, I’d return tomorrow.

Wonderful property. 10 out of 10! Host was very responsive and thoughtful. Loved the location right downtown close to restaurants and shops, and convenient to skiing! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The condo was very comfortable, with plenty of room for 5 of us! The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was just a short walk around the corner to downtown Frisco! Perfect! There was a hot tub, however, it was too hot outside for us to use it. My friends and I highly recommend this beautiful condo!

House had a wonderful location and only downside was it was so hot and no screens for the doors and most windows upstairs. So fans helped but didn't want to leave doors opens because of critters.
Would be great for ski season. Dryer room for ski boots!
Plenty of parking and close to the Main Street.

We stayed at this property for a week with some of our closest friends and we had a blast! Everything was clearly labeled in the house and the amenities, such as the hot tub, were open for us to use. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and that made the process very easy. The property is also located close to Main Street, which made it very convenient to go out for dinner or to go shopping. Spending a week every summer in Frisco is something we look forward to and this property made our trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Frisco area.

This lovely condo was sunny, nicely decorated, and well located within downtown Frisco. The kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms clean, hot tub perfect temp. One of the nicest we have stayed in in Frisco- in several years. We will be back and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, nicely designed and well-appointed accommodations. Ownership has thought of everything you could possibly need and want.

We stayed with two families, one with a teen, to ski in the region. Loved the light-filled greatroom upstairs, lots of room to spread out. Big kitchen. Easy, one-block walk to Frisco shops and restaurants. We ended up driving to resorts rather riding bus, as ski-bus loop seemed pretty long. Overall, a great stay, thank you!

Nice place
Great location to Main Street and skiing
Recommend adding rocking chair to help put infant to sleep
Great time had by all

The place was perfect for the 3 couples. Lots of space, easy check-in, well maintained and clean condo. Location to multiple ski areas was great for us since we had ski passes to different ski areas. Loved the location to downtown Frisco. Only issue was a breaker flipped and we could not use the stove the first night. The property book with information was located on a small table and we didn't notice it until the next day. Management fixed the issue on day 2. Loved the place and hope to stay there next year.

This place was amazing. Def going back.

Overall we had a good stay in Frisco. The house was well appointed, but unfortunately not everything was functioning. The oven wasn’t working and neither were several lights. Sadly, communication with the property management wasn‘t great since most of our texts never got an

Perfect place for our family. Close to everything and we were able to walk to shops and dinner. Hot tub was great to use after skiing.

Great townhouse with awesome artwork and comfy ski town feel. We were able to enjoy walking to dinner, cooking great meals and relaxing in the hot tub. Wonderful family vacation with my new grand baby!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's within walking distance to everything (including a cool park, the bike path, and main street frisco). It's large and spacious, has a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. But most of all the hosts were fantastic. They worked with us when we had to cancel last minute, and then again when I messed up the re-booking, taking time out of their vacation to help me with mine. They really went above and beyond.
We would 100% stay here again.
For parents: there's one stairwell which could be easily blocked off with furniture or a gate if you brought one. Back deck and front deck are fenced in and would be safe. Hot tub is accessible through master and front door, but has a heavy lid difficult to open. No furniture that is too sharp, there is a fireplace that is wood burning but does not need to be used. We didn't bring the littles this time but would have been a safe house to have them in.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to walk to Main Street Frisco. Beautiful walking path along 10 Mile Creek that had a nice park for our kids to play at also. House is on private and quiet street. Hope to stay again sometime.

Wonderful summer stay
Close to restaurants, stores, lake and hiking trails. The living space is very roomy and easy to hang out together. The bedrooms are perfect for sleeping. Good beds. Would definitely stay here again. Hope it is available when we come back next year.

Great spot
One block from Main Street was great for our group. Could also walk to a park and hop right on the bike trail. Good living space including 2 decks. Thoroughly enjoyed!

This property is comfortable, well laid-out, and in a great location! Unfortunately, the quality of our visit was diminished due to a malfunctioning cable box and dirty hot tub. The property management company was able to help (albeit a day later) with the cable, but not with the hot tub. The owner was completely nonresponsive.

Great stay, really nice location if you want to be near downtown Frisco. Quiet at night, but had access to what we need. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Great location one block off Main Street. Town is easily walkable, as are mountain bus routes, hiking and walking trails. 15 minute drive to Copper Mountain. House easily slept 6 of us and could hold more. Comfy couches in family area and fireplace cranks out the heat! We would definitely stay here again.

Gordon's place is perfect for a group - you can either hang out all together in the spacious upstairs, sitting at table, by fire, or in front of TV on lounge couches, or hole up in your own bedroom downstairs. We were with a bunch of folks, but I still felt like I could "get away." The hottub was awesome, kitchen perfect for cooking (although could use some dishtowels), laundry super convenient, and dryer room for boots, helmets & gloves a real plus. I'd stay again! Super clean and comfy. Close to walking path through Frisco, 8 min. drive to groceries.

The location of this condo is perfect....so close to downtown Frisco...all within walking distance.
The unit has been updated with new appliances (although oven was not working for our 2 week stay) bathrooms all very nice, laundry appliances new, beds comfortable.
With that being said the living room furniture was a bit over used and not very comfortable. TV system not in working order for our visit....only got local channels.
Overall unit is nice...a bit on the older side but owner has done updates.

Loved the location a short walk from Frisco downtown; easy access to Recpath to Copper/Vail, Keystone, Breck; good I-70 access. Great to have deck/balcony on two sides, big windows that open, plenty of fans, hot tub.
