The property description described the cabin perfectly! Upon arriving the cabin was very clean when beautiful, communication with elk springs resort was great and when we had a question they were quick to answer! We have already talked about renting this cabin again for the next we come. We all absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone!

The cabin was beautiful. very spacious with plenty of things to do . We did have to purchase a baby gate to help keep toddler in the area we wanted ,there are a lot of stairs ,there was no high chair or pack n play provided like some of the other cabins in the area . This cabin is really for older kids,but other than that we loved it . Clean and well taken care of cabin . Easy drive to either Gatlinburg or Dollywood.

Our family, plus friends, stayed here for fall break and had a great stay. Our cabin was the perfect size for our large group. It was clean and homey. We loved that it was stocked with dishes/glasses/mugs for this many people. Loved the porches with lots of seating! Felt remote but very close to Gatlinburg actually. Also only 3 miles to a grocery store.

The entire family of 13 stayed at the Serenity Lodge for a week. The cabin was awesome and the pictures were very accurate. We had a wonderful time and actually watched bears in the driveway.

First off house itself is very nice. But there was cleanliness issues, layers of dust on curtains over sink and elsewhere you could tell it hadn’t been properly dusted in a long time. . , toilets were dirty, couple of Bed sheets had what looked to be pet hair and another had long hair and stains. Trash under bed. We were unable to use hot tub due to not being cleaned properly , it smelled sour and had white film. Ceiling leaking in several places. PICKETS loose and push away from railing on third deck where hot tub is , very hazardous. The kitchen is not very well stocked. For the amount of money guests pay, these things should not be an issue. We stay every year in different cabins and I have never had these amount of problems. We have even used Elk Springs resort in the past and have been very satisfied.

We absolutely loved this place. Great cabin with beautiful views. Only issue I had was we never could get the projector/movie room to work. One suggestion I have is take a picture of the entrance to the cabin and show the layout of each floor. I can't wait to stay here again.

Everyone we spoke with from ELK springs was wonderful - helpful and interested. Very conducive layout for family gatherings - centrally located. Good size bedrooms. No blankets - it was cold. Hot tub worked and was good. Overall, the facility was not cleaned to a good standard. outside deck areas full of spider webs. Windows needed to be cleaned desparately.

it was really nice and relaxing ....very complaints there however my daughter lost her visa card while there and someone from the lodge text me to ask if we left the card ...I advised "yes" and they said there would send it back....well I came to find out the next week over someone there in Tennessee tried to use the card at a Walmart my daughter had to cancel the card. For that I can not give any stars but overall we were pleased.

Location was very secluded. Narrow curvy roads to get to cabin. Was a nice cabin but needed a thorough cleaning. Dust was thick on everything from ceiling fans to baseboards under beds you name it. Hot tub was not cleaned well. Kids enjoyed the game room and the scenery was beautiful

Stayed at Serenity lodge, beautiful location but house unkempt. Check in process delayed about 2.5hours unable to get house code sent. Finally got response from management office. The house needs to be cleaned all light fixtures dusty, grease/ grime on top of microwave and refrigerator. All the decorations sitting throughout house very dusty, artificial plants look like they are growing hair from all the accumulated dust. Furniture is very worn , seating in great room and beds uncomfortable and squeaky. The porches need to be pressure washed, a lot of dust and spider webs. All bedding is old and discolored. House not well stocked, two towels for each bathroom, no extras. Linen closet is bare. Shower curtains in bathrooms with mildew, need replacements. Again the location is beautiful, but I definitely would not rent this one again. We were visiting as a family and rented this house, one of many rented by our family on this resort. Very disappointed, no common areas to gather, no community pool or outdoor park, for this to be called a resort. Not!

It was a fairly nice cabin. There were no pics of the bathrooms or washer & dryer on the website, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The bathrooms were ok, just a bit tight. There’s a stackable washer/dryer. The 1st day I thought there was a leak under the kitchen sink because there were plastic bags just thrown under it that were wet. So I called maintenance & the came out right away. No leak. The biggest issue we had was the fridge. Ice dispenser wasn’t working & it started making a loud noise. So I called maintenance & they fixed the noise. Then like the next night, there was a drip in the downstairs bedroom so I called maintenance about 1:30 am. They didn't get back with me until around 9:00 & said someone would be there close to 1:24. We waited an hour, but we had to leave. They came out while we were gone & said they didn’t find anything. Anyway, it leaked again that night, which was our last night. I let them know when I checked out. Hopefully they got it fixed. Oh, the place was fairly clean, except the floors.

Due to covid 19, our regular family gathering at home was not an option. I’m so glad we decided to stay at this resort with our family. Plenty of space for the kids, and lots of fun in the game room and theater! The staff was very helpful in helping us figure out the theater functions and fixing our WiFi issues. We are planning to go back another year!

We brought four generations to spend a few days together in Serenity Lodge and all had a great time. The little grandsons had a blast exploring the cabin and running around and the rest of us really enjoyed the game room. The cabin was well equipped and a nice location for visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was nice in size and what it offered but some of the furniture was dated. The cabin definitely need to be deep cleaned from top to bottom. 1st glance it appears to be clean but because of what was found throughout had me to question if it was cleaned at all verses being tidy up. The was very dusty the ceiling fans, light fixtures and pool table. There was a half empty water bottle left in the bedroom on the main level and trash in the lower level bathroom.The grill was filled and looked as if it was never cleaned. It was a little concerning because I am in the hospitality industry we went in cleaning everything. Outside of cleanliness it is a nice cabin just a little underwhelmed would not consider it luxury.

Good but a little dirty
My experience was excellent the cabin was very nice all the process of check in and out was very easy.Andy the person in charge of our reservation was always there when need he always answer. Very quickly to any questions. The only complain was that the cabin was not clean properly .the floor was dirty there was e en dirt next yo the stairs.we let them know and they send the cleaning crew again but there was not mu h different things that you could see were dirty were still there after the second time

Would not rent Serenity Lodge again. Smelled of fish upon walking in. Leftover items from previous renters around the cabin. (kids toothbrush/toothpaste, toys - sword, rubber ducky on window ledge behind loveseat... under beds were paper and debri) No lighting on side of cabin with grill. Parking was annoying. (we had 3 vehicles and were constantly moving vehicles to go places) Views are of other cabins. (especially next door neighbors in the hot tub) Upstairs super hot, downstairs bunk room super hot. Worked for what we were there for, since we weren't in the cabin that much, BUT overpriced for what is offered and still wouldn't rent again.

The cabin and experience was overall great. We liked being in woods, we even saw a bear at our cabin. Only complaints were the bugs and spiders in the lower/ basement level were a bit much. The spiders were HUGE and there were these small centipede looking bugs all in the bathroom and bedrooms. Also our theater room never worked so that was a big bummer as well.

Mini vacation
The cabin was very spacious. Nice setting by the creek. Property managers were very responsive. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg but we really liked that we were away from all that commotion. Tranquil setting.

Cleanliness is not a priority.
The Property Manager was not as helpful as I would have liked, and here is why. Before arriving at the cabin, I received several texts from the property manager inquiring about the estimated time of arrival to ensure the cleanliness of the cabin. This was no problem, I Immediately responded, assuming the Cabin would Adequately clean before our arrival. Boy, was I wrong! When we arrived, everyone chose a room and began to relax. However, the first issue we noticed was the floors and carpet. It had not been sweep or vacuum. The next major issue was all the shower curtains had mildew on them, and one of the bathrooms had hair from a previous guest still in the shower. I immediately called for housekeeping and was told it was too late to have someone come out, but they would send someone the next morning. However, no one came out until that afternoon, and they did not clean anything. They left unopen shower curtains so we could change them out ourselves, and no one cleaned any of the bathrooms, the hair and dirt remained. Again, I called The Property Management but this time, it took several attempts to reach someone. I explained the issues, and they agreed to send someone out. However, hours later, when they finally showed up, they only cleaned one of the bathrooms. The cabin could be a good place to stay if you don't have to worry about the dirt and germs of the previous guest.

Arrived to a massive wet, sticky stain right inside the front door. Someone vomited on the pool table which was left by the cleaning team, floors turned socks black, and Oreos all over the floor on top level. Hot tubs aren't drained. Place was terribly dirty, blood on multiple pillows.

Upon check-in, we had issues with the cleanliness and had to have new sheets, pillowcases, and blankets delivered which showed up after 10pm on day 1. The cleaning crew showed up the next day 3 hours earlier than expected but without notice and while some of our guests were still in showers getting ready. We also discovered dishes that were put away dirty.
