This condo is located at the Long Beach Resort and is in Tower 2 on the 9th floor. The condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella March 01-Oct 31. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs, internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

From the moment the door is opened, the breathtaking views and the attention to detail are all around. Everything about this 9th floor condo will please your senses. The well supplied and updated kitchen, complete with upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops, makes preparing meals a breeze. Seating for the entire family is not a problem. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats two. provides a cozy and comfortable place to wind down after a beautiful day at the beach.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed , a private master bath with NEW WALK-IN SHOWER, double vanity with granite counter top, floor to ceiling windows, and a private door to the balcony with new balcony furniture

The guest bedroom sleeps four in brand new queen beds. Guests sleeping in this room also a private full bath with over-sized garden tub, double vanity with granite counter top, floor to ceiling windows, and private door to the balcony.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort has 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. A poolside bar and grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance or just a short drive away.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, pets are NOT allowed, and renter MUST BE 28 years of age or older.

Beautiful condo, very clean, kitchen well stocked with any appliance you need, large balcony with a variety of outdoor furniture. Long Beach resort is one of my favorite resorts on the beach. It has 3 pools, an outdoor bar by the large pool, parking right behind the condo.

Long Beach has always been our go to place. We enjoyed the room, was able to get in earlier & it was very clean. We did not enjoy the loud music, screams, wild teenagers at 3am on Thursday and Friday night/morning. Security used to be good at Long Beach, but I’m guessing it’s like all the other places in the world & not enough workers. I was sad to see the trash of beer cans, bottles, food wrappers on the beach from the same group of partiers… we all can have a good time but respect the beach and the other guest. LB needs to step up security after midnight.

We booked this condo primarily because we read so many reviews about how clean it was. We weren’t disappointed. The condo was a perfect size for our family of five. The balcony was perfect for the whole family and spectacular views. The washer and dryer were great to have. Maureen and Bill were great answering all of our questions. We will definitely consider renting this condo again.

We absolutely loved this condo and the view. Water pressure was amazing. Very well equipped. Easy to keep clean from all the slick surfaces. Maureen was very helpful and available when I or my mother needed her. Hopefully we come back next year.

Had a terrific stay at this beautiful condo. We have stayed 6 times and Long Beach Resort and this was by far our favorite condo. Nicely decorated with all the upgrades. Maureen has helped our family on multiple trips and is always great to work with. Enjoyed everything about our trip/condo.

One of the best decorated, well prepared condos we have ever rented in our 20+ years of coming to PCB. The owner thought of everything one would need. The furniture on the deck was the most comfortable we have ever experienced. Quick and friendly response to any issues. Long Beach Resort is the best location on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Upon arrival we experienced Fred and had to wait it out in a parking lot across the street from the condo. Check in wasn't until 5pm, not before, so we got to watch Fred from the comfort of our vehicle. About 4pm the winds and rain started to die off and we safely checked into the condo. Weather cleared up but the water remained dirty the entire week. It didn’t stop us from enjoying Panama Beach until Friday when double red flags flew due to dangerous surf. All in all we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at a beautiful condo with a beautiful beach view.

The condo was just as advertised. Unit is very nice and up to date. It had everything you would need to have a great vacation with out a lot of hassle. The only issue we had at all and it really didn’t bother anyone was the tv in the double bed room would turn itself on and off at random. We had to unplug it at night so it didn’t wake everyone up. Other then then that I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view from every room. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you would need for your stay in the cooking department. Easy clean-up for check out. Enjoyed our stay and walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s. The room also had beach chairs for your time on the beach.

Probably the nicest condo we have stayed in and we’ve stayed in a number over the years. A good add and the only suggestion would be a knife block with steak knives and kitchen scissors. View from the deck was amazing. We were ahead of the season by a few days. Good time to visit would be mid March thru October.

The condo was great! It was very clean, great views, and very spacious. It was very convenient to all the attractions. It had everything we needed. An added bonus the beds were all very comfortable. The only downside to the condo was the construction going during our stay. They were making repairs from the hurricane last year. So, the 2nd pool was closed and the entrance to the beach was also blocked off. It would of been nice to have known that before we arrived. Luckily, the construction didn’t impact us as bad as the units on the end of tower II. Overall, very pleased with condo, it just would have been nice to have better communication about the construction.

This was the perfect condo for our family. Loved that it was spacious and on the 9th floor. This condo had everything we needed from kitchen to enough bath towels so it was not a chore to keep everything washed daily. Convenient to the grocery stores and walking distance to local shops. You will be stunned by the amazing views of this condo! It was breathtaking! The place was immaculate, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with the sliding glass door when we first arrived. I called maintenance, and Bill arrived in less than 10 minutes. He was so nice and told us a little about the area, and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. The private beach was wonderful, never very crowded, and the 2 beach chairs were ready for us every morning. It was a convenient walk to many gift shops and several restaurants. This place is truly paradise! I would highly recommend it.
