Heaven on Earth. Our Beach famous for its sugar sand , historic landmarks, shops, restaurants, & that cozy beach feel you've been looking for! This gem is located on 27th Ave w/ access to walking/biking path & its own pathway to the beach! This property is on a corner. The one bedroom /one bath is concrete block with full kitchen & new central A/C system.bathroom (Just completely renovated) , we just added new Queen size sleeper Sofa and with Queen size bedroom set ,FOLD UP twin size bed comfortably sleeps five,Absolutely Amazing! Short walk to the beach, Don Cesar & Downtown. We strive to make sure each and every guest is as comfortable as possible and that you truly feel at home when you are here. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our Beach with you! You will Love Pass a Grille!!

This location is perfect and has its own private beach at the end of the road. Great, comfy space with a well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of utensils if you like cooking. There is a coffee maker and toaster so we made breakfast every day! The bed is comfortable. A/C works well and so does the hot water. Many thanks to Corey! Don't be afraid to call him, which is the most efficient way of reaching out. We can't wait to go back!

This location is perfect and has its own private beach at the end of the road. Great, comfy space with a well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of utensils if you like cooking. This place is one. House away from a beautiful beach. Because there is no public beach parking on this road, we had the beach to ourselves. Restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance.

He provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee and water and was readily available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Regardless, it didn’t delay us getting into the unit and he even let us in a bit early since it was ready. The bed was really comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept really great. The only thing I wish I had was a roll of aluminum foil or some dollar store disposable foil pans for leftover reheating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great week with family
This is a great location very, very close to an outstanding uncrowded beach, literally a couple minutes' walk to the beach and ocean. Fantastic get away close to the beach
Cory was an amazing host. He educated us on the neighborhood and told us what was close by. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Cory was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a bottle of wine for us when we arrived and the place was really clean. It is literally a one minute walk to the beach. This is the only place we will stay when we visit St. Pete in the future.

We had an amazing time. So close to the beach, and hardly anyone there! As close to a "private beach" as you are going to get nowadays. We will definitely be back! Cory was an amazing host! Had everything we needed, and then some. Definitely went above and beyond for us.

We loved it!
We stayed at this property for the month of March, 2020. We loved it! The owner, Cory, was fantastic! He was very responsive to any needs we had, yet he was very unobtrusive. He even provided many extras to make our stay enjoyable and personal! We felt like this property was our ‘little’ place. The unit was meticulously clean, very well stocked with any essentials we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. One of the great things about this property is that we could walk to everything, restaurants, the stores, etc. The beach was literally, steps away, by just going down a short path that opens up to a beautiful white sand beach. This is a residential area beach, so it is not crowded at all. The property is located amongst some high end homes, in a very quiet residential area. Just as an aside, I use a cane and was able to maneuver everything. The unit is very handicap accessible. We also had our 5# toy poodle with us and this worked out very well having him there. I highly recommend this property. I think you will love it there!

February getaway
It is an awesome location on a quiet street, very close to the beach and also a few blocks from the best pizza around, Genero's. Host lives on site and is available and eager to please. There is a full size kitchen and the laundry facility is just steps away. A king-size bed would take it over the top! Looking forward to next year.

Perfect location and owner Cory was extremely nice. Clean, safe and comfortable.
Spent a week with my daughter- visiting my parents. Had anything you could want for the beach. I timed it- 45 second walk to a very quiet part of the beach. Stayed up by the dunes relaxing and watching the people walking up from St. Pete to the grill. So fun.

Beautiful and clean cottage steps from beach
Loved the space overall! Appreciated the wine and water! The owner was responsive to requests for additional sheets and towels. He generously shared the beach chairs and umbrellas. He did an orientation of entire site. Cory was friendly, kind, and helpful.
The only complaints are that the internet signal was mostly sluggish, and hard to access. It was inconsistent. Initially the tv didn’t work, but Cory came over and replaced box and it worked from then on. 10:30a seemed a bit early to check out.

Very very clean and well kept. Great location, great host!
Spent a week here in PassAGrille. We are relocating from the Keys and used this location as a headquarters. No better location, steps to a great beach and beautiful water. I highly endorse Cody's place at 2606 Pass A Grille Blvd, St Pete Beach, Florida.
