Great location perfect lodgings for our 3 generation family

We were a large group of 15 (with adults and kids). The cottage is clean and very well stocked for large groups. We really enjoyed the easy access to the lake and the number of kayaks and canoes that were available. They had plenty of lifejackets of different sizes as well. The host and property manager were easy to get a hold of and were very helpful. We look forward to coming back again.

My extended family and I had a fantastic stay as return guests. The cottage is very well equipped with everything we needed for visiting, recharging, large family meals, and lots of enjoyable water and outdoor activities for our entire family from children to grandparents.

The lake is beautiful, slowly gets deeper as you go out quite far. Fun to see the boats travelling through the channel to the river. There was lots of space in the cottage, many amenities indeed. Well stocked linens, towels, kitchen necessities. There were many items outside that are broken and have not been removed, Some have been replaced but not others. The property manager did come to fix some things while we were there, once they were known to him.

We stayed at the Eagles Nest for a week. There were 5 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 3 to 15. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep, eat, and hang out. The lake was great and the location was amazing!

Overall a good stay, the heat in the basement didnt seem to work properly. The keurig was a nespresso so our kcups didnt work. The front door code lock was a little finnicky. Would recommend adding curtains or blinds to the upstairs living room, was hard to use the tv due to glare.
The water pressure in the showers was awesome. The kitchen was spectacular. Beds were all comfy. Maybe a few more blankets available for winter.

Fantastic place for a larger group as there are so many places to chat and relax. Lots of options for activities both water wise and indoor. The kitchen is wonderful to work in with lots of space, it's well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Would certainly rent this place again should we need a large place for a group.

Our 4 generational family stayed at Henry’s Eagle Nest July 13-20th and had the most amazing week. We are a group ages from 3 to 84. The space and amenities are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need which has not been my experience in the past in a rental. The lake out front is perfect for the littles to wade in and play. Suggestion though is bring water shoes as the rocks can be slippery. The dock was fantastic for jumping and swimming off of as well as evening fishing. Henry supplies life jackets of all sizes, there are noodles as well as floaties. This property is peaceful and beautiful and the Canadian geese that swim past morning and night are beautiful to watch! Henry was a great host that was quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Needless to say we are planning on returning next year. Thank you Henry!

We had an excellent time at this cottage. The interior is beautiful and very clean. The water access and the boats were so much fun! For the kids and the adults. We had campfires most nights. The kitchen is very well appointed and having 2 fridges was a big bonus. We will be booking again next year.

The cottage was perfect for our 4 family vacation. Adults each got a room and the kids flaked out in sleeping bags. Cottage was a great size although starting to show it's age. Perfect in that we weren't worried all the time about kids wrecking things. Plenty to do around the outside. Kayaking, canoeing, hot tubbing and fishing. Everyone had a blast.

The location is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. The locals were very nice and friendly members of my group had spoken to lots of people while on the provided boats. Henry was a great host and was very understanding and helpful with special requests with my group. Henry responded quickly and I have nothing negative to say about him or our experience as a whole. We made many great memories on our trip and we hope to visit again!
5 Star Experience!

We had a great time during our stay for New Year.
Property is spacious, with enough space to entertain 8 adults and 4 teenagers. Large kitchen with all the appliances, a lot of prep space, 2 fridges, enough dishes, cutlery, etc.
Large smart TV's upstairs' and downstair. Teens could play all their video games.
Plus pool table.
Right on the water.
Beds are comfortable.
BBQ in the enclosed terrace on the 2d floor was very useful and convenient. I guess in summer this room will get a lot of use as a main dining area.
Cottage is great for 3-4 families.

Wow, this beautiful cottage on one of northern Ontario’s best series of lakes and rivers more than met the expectations of everyone in our party. From ages 5 through 71 each member repeatedly expressed their desire to return again next year.

My extended family really enjoyed our stay at tea lake cottages. The property was very well equipped, had everything we needed and as advertised. Fantastic cooking setup with more than enough space for dining, lounging and visiting, and four updated bathrooms. Wonderful for swimming and boating too. Fun for all ages. The property owner was also very easy to communicate with and was responsive to any questions.

My family and I (there were 12 of us in total) had a wonderful time at Henry's cottage. Beautiful cottage and beautiful location. Lots of games and water toys to keep us occupied, and the little beach into the lake was a great entry way.
There was only one (little) hiccup...check-in was a bit delayed as the cleaners were still working on the cottage. We had arrived early so we were okay waiting until check-in time. However, once check-in time arrived, we had to wait for them to finish and to move their vehicles. To be fair, it wasn't a long wait, we just had nowhere to really park until they left. But other than that, our stay was great!
Henry was very communicative and did check in with us to make sure we were having a good time. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage on Tea Lake.
It has beautiful lake views from almost every room. We took full advantage of the bbq set up in the sun room. The bathrooms are all very nice with plenty of hot water. There is also a good selection of board games in addition to the pool table. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We enjoyed the nespresso and made use of the air fryer too. The double fridge and wine fridge were great. There is a shed that is stocked with life jackets of every size. We had access to the boats prior to check in and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.
Some notes. There were only 2 dish towels provided, so it would be nice to have more for drying off dishes. The bunk bed room gets hot and there are 2 sided cupboards connected to the kitchen. A small child can open a cupboard and have access to all the plates and bowls. The kids in our group were old enough that this wasn't a problem. The dock is shared but we were the only group as it was midweek so this wasn't an issue.

We had a lovely visit. We are a family of 11 and there was lots of room for all of us! The water is beautiful, some areas are shallow for the younger kiddies and some deep areas for the swimmers! The paddle boat was a favourite.
The kitchen is so well appointed!
Thank you for a lovely get away

Fun time had by all (our family aged 6 to 67)
Beautiful location on Tea Lake.
High quality accommodations.
Extremely well equipped: inside and out.
Has everything you could want plus a whole lot more.
Very spacious and comfortable.
Actually has 4 full bathrooms: all brand new.
Some initial issues (partly due to mis-communication and inconsiderate previous renters) but immediately addressed by owner.
Ceiling fans didn’t work in the covered porch but opening all the windows provided lovely breeze from the lake.

Our experience at Henry’s cottage was amazing! We were a group of 10 people and we all had a great time staying there.
The cottage is clean, well decorated, spacious and has many bathrooms to accommodate a large group of people. Henry is a great host and he made sure to answer all our questions in a timely manner. We’ll definitely book the cottage again in summer!
5-stars to Henry and the team to make our stay flawless!

I stayed for 3 nights with my family of 8 adults. We had a lovely time enjoying the nature around us as well as the cozy house to spend quality time together. We especially appreciated the large equipped kitchen and bbq facilities for making and sharing meals together. It’s a beautiful and comfortable house with plenty of space for all. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms also allowed us to have lots of privacy. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had.

This place was clean and beautiful and very quite. If you're looking a cottage which accommodates relaxation and cottage activities, this is the place to go. The property owner was helpful and really nice. We went on Jan 28 and they made sure to plow the way in to the cottage 😊.The lake views are spectacular worth every penny. We plan on returning to this place next year.

Amazing property. Great views. Absolutely zero complaints

The cottage is in a great spot right on Tea Lake, so the view from inside is incredible. The interior is newly renovated and it's as good as the pictures (some of the minor features were still under development while we were there). The modern kitchen is huge and comparable to high end kitchens in the city. Water activities (swimming, boating, fishing) are all available on site. We had lots of fun. If you plan to visit the main Muskoka towns, this location may not be ideal but manageable (about 45 mins to Bala). Overall we had a wonderful time.

A really great spot and really nice home with plenty of seating space, water toys, and quiet time. A very accurate listing vs what you get. Our whole family loved it, we immediately started talking about doing it annually. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

Lovely cottage on a beautiful lake, with access to water / sports activities. Accurate description of the property, that accommodated 3 families easily. Equipped with all the essentials and more that you need on a cottage getaway. Highly recommend for the size, cleanness, water / lake access, views and connectivity to near by lakes even.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice, it is spectacular. We were all surprised at just how amazing it was, the kitchen, the washrooms, the bedrooms were all newly renovated to the highest level. It was an amazing house; the boats, kayaks etc were all out front and it was a pleasure dealing with Henry. Will 100% come back again

We were a group of 8 that stayed during the weekend of May 27, 22 and met Hai on check in. From the start to end, the hospitality of Hai was amazing. The Cottage was clean and very nice with a beautiful view of Tea Lake. We made use of the Paddleboats and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Hai was always available to assist with anything to ensure the stay was smooth and comfortable. I would consider going back.

Stayed 2 nights over the weekend and it was a perfect guys weekend to get out of the city. Big place, big rooms, good size kitchen and huge shower. The message chairs are amazing and the pool table was a great feature. We probably played 100 games of pool during the stay at night time when the mosquitoes were out. There are 5 sliding doors total so if the weather is nice you can get a nice breeze throughout the cottage plus your own big private patio with the bbq and a picnic table that fits about 10 adults. Great views and well taken care of area. We had two dogs come up and they had a blast. Lots of room for them to run around and play in shallow water plus the whole cottage is concrete floors so if a wet dog comes in you don’t need to worry about it stepping on a carpet and leaving stains. Plus the owners were very welcoming and even bringing the two dogs fresh bowls of water during the hot day. The beds were also very comfy and seemed to be memory foam. We are already talking about going back next year for another guys weekend. For the price and location this place is hard to beat.
