While the property is very nice, with tons of potential there were some challenges with the stay. First and foremost, it was expensive. We stayed at this property for 5 days and 4 nights. Aside from the architecture, landscaping, beauty and history of the property these were the deficiencies:
The town of Palm Springs has a lot of homeless people and drug addict types roaming the streets.
The air conditioning was a bit dated and did not cool the property effectively, and expelled insects on to the dining room table.
The grounds keeper showed up unannounced frequently, with all of the glass walls it was hard to not feel like you were being watched by the grounds keeper.
There was a small construction site nearby which introduced early noise and more traffic in the small neighborhood than expected.
The owner lives next door and had a direct pathway to the property via the landscaped paths. NOTE: We never saw the owner.
There was no hot water in any of the showers. Water was warm on a good day.
There were numerous cockroaches and grubs/maggots inside the house.
The gate is manual
The house had a "weird" smell, probably due to the cockroaches.

Little Tuscany lived up to and beyond its billing! The home is a stunning, mid-century modern classic, with a kidney-shaped pool, immaculately manicured grounds, a great tennis court, and multiple views of the Palm Springs area. The hosts were very responsive and ensured a star-quality stay for us. This 3-acre estate is special and has everything a large group needs for an on-site luxury stay! We will be back soon.
Thank you Cindy and Abel for making our stay an outstanding experience! You two are fantastic!!

My family had a wonderful time at this magical property on the edges of Palm Springs. The landscaping and views are spectacular, and the house has lots of glass to help you enjoy it. Our group loved having tennis there, a warm pool (with it's own island!) hot tub, lawn games and cozy fires in the many fireplaces. Thank you!

The house and grounds were really great. We would definitely return So much to do yet completely relaxing

Stunning property. We had a great time in this beautiful house. Loved the master in particular with the spinning bed .
The grounds are absolutely stunning. Such a fun place to explore. Had a nice chat with the gardener who seemed to be there a lot but we weren't bothered at all by his presence .
Great guy. Swimming pool was a perfect temperature. It was a bit windy and cold for our stay but we made the most of it.
Also loved the tennis court. Thanks again, Val

Our family of five (3 college age) had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. Communication with the owner was wonderful, the outside spaces were gorgeous, the hot tub was perfect, tennis cour very nice and over all experience very relaxing. A perfect oasis.

SPrawl and size of property/house gave everyone a sense of privacy while public spaces were inviting and allowed for cozy gathering ... or quiet alone-time. Fabulous location

A good time was had by all!
The grounds of this property are amazing (not to mention the mid century architecture). The kids had plenty of room to explore and hone their rock scrambling skills. Plenty of grass area to run and play. As I've read before the only downside was that the lighting in the Kitchen is a little dim but that being said the place is amazing!

Highly recommended for all ages, and ideal if you are looking for "lockdown" accomodations where you might rarely leave the premises. The outside space is huge and beautiful. The pool area is partially shaded and very pleasant when the weather is good, and there's an option for a removable fence if you have small kids with you. Pool and spa heat were good. The tennis court is also in good condition.
The master bedroom is pretty spectacular, with great views, sliding doors, and the very relaxing sound of the waterfall/fountain outside if it's warm enough to leave just the screen doors closed at night. Note that one of the other three bedrooms is a "walk through" on the way to the large "casita" bedroom, although those in the casita do have an option to enter directly from outside.
Kitchen is good and well stocked, with two refrigerator/freezers and two ovens. The gas stove top does need to be lit with a kitchen lighter, but worked well. The dining room, like the master bedroom, has fantastic views through glass walls... really beautiful. Laundry is good and there's plenty of parking space.
There were a few extremely minor issues that may have already been addressed... lighting was very dim in some areas but could easily be improved with some updated LED bulbs. The wifi was strong in the central part of house and master bedroom, but needed a couple of extenders for use in the further reaches of the house.
Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay, and we would return.

The Loewe Estate was fantastic. The property is huge, and beautifully landscaped. The house itself is classic and expansive. We never left the property, and everyone had a fantastic extended weekend. There were a couple of issues, but all were addressed quickly which was highly appreciated.

Magical property and experience all around.

Our group had the best time here and didn't even leave the house once! We hosted our annual staff retreat and it was the perfect setting for relaxing, playing games outside, cooking dinners and more! Plenty of room for a group and in a great location! We were hosted so well by the house manager, Cindy!

A very relaxing stay in a very historical area

This place was a dream! Huge windows everywhere allowed me to enjoy the beautiful landscape and scenery while staying comfy inside. The whole place was breathtaking and completely set up to entertain guests or just lounge around. There was hardly any reason to leave the bedroom, but then you'd miss out on how amazing the whole estate is! I absolutely would love to go back!
