Tolle Lage nettes Personal. Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Leider etwas abgewohnt eine Renovierung wäre dringend nötig. Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet leider funktionierte der Herd nicht. Es gab aber eine Mikrowelle. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut. Obwohl die Anlage sehr groß ist und im November gut belegt war waren die Nächte sehr leise.
Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung der Zimmer wäre nötig. Verglichen mit Preis Leistung aber in Ordnung.

Logement très bien placé, près de la plage, des restaurants, et de la promenade maritime. Plusieurs piscines, petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Spa et piscine couverte très bien.
Pas facile de trouver un transat à la piscine , car les gens réservent leur transat des le matin, ce qui est interdit au règlement.

Hemos estado ya varias veces en Lanzarote y nunca repetimos hotel porque no acaban de convencernos. Este es el unico al que volveríamos!! Nos sorprendió muy gratamente. No entendemos por qué no tiene mas estrellas.
La ubicación es perfecta, con el paseo de playa blanca pegado y playa a pie de hotel.
Nos tocó uno de los apartamentos mas alejados pero finalmente fue mejor porque asi nos quedaba mas cerca otra piscina y evitabamos la principal que siempre hay mas jaleo.
El desayuno muy bien, variedad y rico. Comida y cena como todos los buffets.
El personal muy atento y agradable.
Los apartamentos completamente equipados (solo pondria sugerencia de cambiar el secador del pelo en el baño).
El ultimo dia saliamos en el primer vuelo y nos prepararon un picnic desayuno porque aun no habia abierto el restaurante.
Tiene un bar pool que todas las noches preparan algun tipo de animación para los extranjeros.
Hay dos supermercados en el paseo.
Está bien pensado para niños. Tiene sala de juegos, un parque infantil, y piscinas para peques.
El bar de la piscina que teníamos cerca de nuestra habitacion no estaba abierto los primeros dias. Ademas de eso, deberian de tener oferta para comer sin necesidad de ir hasta el restaurante.
La iluminacion de la habitación era escasa. Para leer por las noches se complicaba un poco.
Si te tocan vecinos ruidosos es molesto porque la insonorización es la que es.

Two main reasons why I loved this hotel - the location and the food.
The location is above a beautiful sandy beach with a nice walking area. Both breakfast and dinner were really really tasty and diverse. My kids also liked the kids animation in the evening.
I think the room could be a bit cleaner and the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. I was also missing a big clothes line to dry our clothes from the beach, there is one but it's very small and we are a family of four.

Les restaurants aussi bien petit-déj’ que le repas du soir sont copieux un peu bruyant, mais vous arrivez largement à trouver une petite place au calme. Plusieurs piscines sont bien placées, et il y a toujours un transat pour se tenir au calme.
Emplacement de la chambre était catastrophique. Coincé entre un restaurant à 2 m de notre terrasse, en construction, avec marteau-piqueur, bétonnière et ouvriers qui passe de 7h du matin à 18h, devant votre fenêtre toutes les deux minutes. Sur la fenêtre de la chambre, le kit club est là pour vous rappeler que les enfants et leurs parents passent devant votre fenêtre. À partir de 8h du matin, aucune intimité possible il faut rester les rideaux tirés toute la journée.
Après avoir fait deux demandes sur deux jours différents pour changer de Chambre, nous nous sommes résigné à rester le moins possible dans notre chambre et un minimum à l’hôtel.
Malheureusement, nous sommes restés que pour un petit moment à la piscine et les repas . Ces dizaines de Chambre ne devrait pas être loués. Au même tarif. Aucune vue. Un bruit infernal et personne n’a fait le nécessaire. Et pourtant on a stipulé aux équipes de venir avec nous écouter le bruit des marteau-piqueur et bétonnière de notre chambre.( voir les photos ci-contre.) malheureusement j’ai vu qu’après que plusieurs personnes ont aussi mis des avis quelques mois avant sur ces chambres avec vue et bruit.
N’hésitez pas à mettre 200 ou 300 € de plus sur votre séjour, et de plutôt aller dans un des nombreux hôtels qui sont à côté bien plus qualitatif et où vous n’avez aucun risque d’avoir une de ces chambres catastrophique en vue et en bruit .

Quan vam arribar, la recepcionista ens va donar la clau, ens va dir on estava el nostre apartament,i res més. No ens va explicar que hi ha un supermercat, ni on està la platja, ni que podíem anar a l'spa o al gimnàs, que hi havia restaurants a pocs metres de l'hotel...no ens van explicar cap dels serveis de que disposàvem a l'hotel.
La cuina és massa petita (molt incòmode per a 2 persones, i això que l'apartament era per fins a 4 persones).
La nevera és molt petita i el congelador és minúscol.
La cubertería de la cuina és molt escassa: 3 culleres,3 ganivets, 3 forquilles, 2 culleres grans,3 culleres de cafè i 2 ganivets de tallar pà. Res més ( recordar que l'apartament era per fins a 4 persones).
A la cuina hi havia 1 drap de cuina. En vaig demanar un altre, i no me'l van voler donar.
La cafetera és de filtre ( t'has de comprar paper de filtre, i el cafè surt dolentíssim en aquest tipus de cafetera),no tenen la cafetera típica de cuina.
Només hi havia una paella i estava tota rallada ( fatal per cuinar).
Vaig demanar canviar una tovallola ( la de peus a la dutxa) i se la van endur però no em van posar una nova.
El meu matalàs era més gran que el somier del llit ( el matalàs es desplaçava, tenia "por" de caure)
El divendres van demanar que netegessin l'habitació,i ho van fer, però es van endur el cartell de " Siusplau netejar" i ja no vam poder demanar més la neteja de l'habitació.

Our room was 44A with a balcony and sea view, very comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space and shelves. Modern design and clean. Plenty of sunbeds and nice pools. Staff nice.
Initially, we were given a bungalow type room closer to the beach, nice and spacious but was very musty due to time of year February. Advised reception and they moved us next day into a different room with a balcony, which had a sea view and was perfect. We enjoyed it that much, we would stay here again.

Nell'appartamento sono comparsi due scarafaggi in due momenti diversi, problema scomparso tappando lo scarico del bagno.. Non do però la colpa all'albergo in quanto è un problema endemico dell'isola, che è estremamente popolata da tali insetti nonostante gli sforzi di pulizia dello staff.. Quindi non spaventatevi!

Dreckige Schränke, TV kaputt, braunes Mobiliar, Schimmelgeruch und durchgelegene Matratzen.
Auch die Ecklage (Parkplatz und Straße) war suboptimal und sehr laut.
Konnte dann, nach zweimaliger Reklamation umziehen- B80!
2 Klassen besser, neue helle Möbel und 40cm Matratzen/Topper. Meerblick!
Trotzdem bleibt die Frage: bekommen nur booking com Kunden die schlechten App.?
Fühlte mich doch sehr unwohl die ersten Tage und nicht 'ernst' genommen.
Alles komplett auf schwedische Familien zugeschnitten.
Der Gym spottet seiner Beschreibung: 1 Gerät, an dem die Kabel raushingen-gefährlich!
Nur 4 Räder/Laufbänder funktionieren.
Öffnungszeiten:10-17h ist auch nicht optimal.

Location was superb
The appartment was quite dated and tired and could do with an upgrade in decor. Bathroom needs pepped up. Kitchen was very poorly equipped, not even a kettle, but we made do as we liked the location. Adjacent apartments had BSH owners on the terrace which would have been great for rinsing off sand after a dip in the sea. We just had to use bottles of water to get rid of sand before coming back into the appartment
