Cute central spot
This place is a really nice apartment. It is in the middle of the Gas Lamp district and it is surrounded by bars and restaurants. There is a very active night life nearly every night and Market Street is one of the few two way traffic roads in downtown San Diego. The Rental is clean and staying there was very convenient as I was working about 7 blocks away so I could walk to work daily. The biggest downside was it is very noisy all night every night, if you are like me and are used to living in a quiet suburb the night life may make it hard to sleep. I was lucky in that I was there for a month so I was able to acclimate to the noise after about a week and a half. There is nearly a continuous stream of foot traffic outside the windows as well as souped-up sports cars with very loud engines racing around. The night life is not a fault of the apartment as all in all I enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding Property in Perfect Location
On every level this condo is absolutely perfect. Sunshine floods this corner unit and the location is excellent! Located just a couple of blocks from the Convention Center trolley station and even closer to numerous city buses, we found a car to be unnecessary. Of course if you do have a car there is secure parking in the basement garage.
In addition, the popular Gas Lamp district home to numerous restaurants, sports bars and stores is just a couple of short blocks away. And what could be more fun than seeing the lights of nearby Petco Park illuminate the sky and hearing the roar of the crowd as the Padres play ball in the warm summer nights!!
The unit itself is beautifully appointed. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable and as an added treat, a small balcony (one of two!) is located right off the living room. The master bedroom is large and offers plenty of storage. In addition to a great shower, the ensuite bathroom also has a wonderful soaking tub. The second bedroom is nice and bright with a large closet and twin beds.
The kitchen is well supplied with ample dinnerware and cutlery, pots, pans and gadgets. If you can’t find it in this apartment then you don’t need it!
As another bonus, “Ralph’s” grocery store is located right across the street.
What ties this all together are the gentlemen who own this gem. They are attentive, extremely responsive to all queries, and genuinely lovely people.
I highly recommend this rental to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay, perfect location.
We’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was one of the best by far. We stayed for two months and were completely satisfied with the property. Spacious condo, larger than appears in the photos, that is extremely well equipped. All the comfort and linens you could want in the bedrooms, in suite laundry, den and desk for working (fast WiFi), perfect location, and a kitchen that’s fully ready to go for cooking. Two words- sharp knives. Something rarely seen in most kitchens and almost never in rental properties. I brought a knife bag I rarely touched. Also, a gracious host who was so accommodating. Cold beer and bubbly in the fridge and a fabulous basket of snacks and dips on arrival. Felt like home. (Thank you, Robert!) In the heart of Gaslamp. Secure, underground parking but can walk to most attractions. Highly recommend.

If you are searching for an exceptional rental property in an exceptional location, this is the place for you! Beautifully appointed and spacious, the condo is extremely well-maintained . It lacks nothing in terms of comfort and is well supplied with all kinds of kitchen appliances and gadgets, dinnerware, stemware, sheets and towels. Another major plus is having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Being a corner unit, the living room is bright and airy due to three large windows. There is a small balcony off the living room (as well as a larger one off the master bedroom!) which provides a wonderful spot for relaxing and people watching after enjoying a busy day exploring the sites in San Diego. The location of this unit is perfect. The Convention Center trolley stop is about two blocks away as well as numerous bus stops. We rented this condo from 1/21/18 through 3/31/18 and never found the need to rent a car, There are 3 trolley lines and numerous buses that provide reliable service to a wide geographical area within SD. If you are over 60, or disabled or on medicare the cost for a monthly transit pass which allows you unlimited rides is only $18.00, There is also the Coaster, a wonderful scenic train, that provides service from SD to Oceanside with several stops in between ($5.00 RT for seniors) as well as Amtrak service. Again, all of these transportation options are only steps away from this condo. Oh, before you head upstairs to relax on your balcony after that busy sightseeing day, why don.t you stop by Ralph's grocery store to pick up a nice bottle of wine... Ralph's is located right across the street! This unit is 2 short blocks away from all the wonderful restaurants, theaters, and nightlife on famous 5th Ave. as well as Petco Park. Robert, the owner of this fabulous property, is one of the nicest and most welcoming host bar none. Whenever I contacted him with a question he replied very promptly and with great courtesy. In the condo he provides a binder filled with suggestions on what to see and do which is very helpful. In conclusion, I can't say enough about this gem on Market St. and owner Robert. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Great downtown apartment
I stayed here a month while in town for work. The hosts provided a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout the stay. The apartment is very nice/well kept, and it's in a fun central location. The building was also a good set up with exercise room, convenient garage parking, and roof top grill area where I hosted a get-together. I definitely recommend the place!
