We were able to relax and enjoy all that Rangeley has to offer and have a very comfortable gathering/resting place. Will definitely want to return to this spot.

Property is very clean, perfect view and lots of wildlife to admire. 'In town' convenience but still feels like youre away from it all.

Spacious set-up that worked great in terms of privacy and sleeping. Rented kayaks locally and enjoyed the area despite rain all week! Got engaged on the property, what a special stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Easy access to Rangeley. We could walk to restaurants the park and hiking trails near by! We really liked that the four bedroom had a lot of privacy 2 on first floor 2 on third floor. Plenty of games for us to enjoy.

We loved our stay!! It was clean, open, accommodating, very roomy & spacious!! The proximity to the water / swimming area in front of the property was not the greatest, but the beach / landing area was a short walk down the road. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Every necessity is thought of. I really appreciated the little extras like laundry detergent and dishwashing tabs that were left thoughtfully. Beautiful lake views from the back deck, and easy access to the water.

First time visiting Rangeley. The property was very clean. Spacious for seven people. We checked out one day early due to a change in the weather. I had a few minor communication questions for the owner and did not get a response. Perhaps he was taking a holiday break as well. Great location. I would recommend staying at this property.

Property was accurate from the listing and the kids were thrilled with the proximity to the water and the spacious three level home. We will definitely come again.

We booked this house a few years in advance of yesterday’s eclipse and this property and location far exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our two families of 4. With bedrooms on the top and bottom floors, each family had their own private areas and we met in the middle of fun and meals! We have already passed the listing on to other friends and plan to book again for a future vacation. Plus, the owner could have jacked up the price on us due to eclipse mania, but didn’t! We very much appreciated that. Five stars all around!

I've stayed at this property multiple times - It is perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Plenty of beds, ample couch space, and a well set-up kitchen made hanging out between days of skiing extra comfortable.

This was our 36 consecutive boys ski weekend. The house was awesome with plenty of space. We have rented quite a few homes in the last few years and this was by far the roomiest we found. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms completely fit what we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook just about anything with all of the stuff in cabinets. It might take you a little while to find it but if you need it it is there. John was very easy to work with and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend this property .

Perched high above the lake, a winter wonderland. Small town feel. Open floor plan. Kitchen with everything we needed to cook in. Plenty of beds for a large group.

Another great year at this house. Perfect location for snowmobiling with the family. Could have used a bit more snow this year but we wont hold that against you! Looking forward to booking again next year!

Absolutely perfect placed for our group of 10 adults!! Large open spaced living room area with large couches. Nice dining area next to the kitchen. Very functional entranceway to hang coats and remove snowy boots. Three full bathrooms an added bonus. Hope to stay there again in the future!

The property was gorgeous and easily fit our group of 10 friends. We loved being walking distance to town and we also parked a boat we rented at the dock at the house. It was a great stay.

Overall we had a great stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise the place was well stocked, in a great location and had great access to the beautiful lake!

The weather wasn’t the greatest (but that was nothing new this summer!) but the house was centrally located to allow us to explore Rangeley and surrounding area. We drove up Quill Hill, took a boat ride on Flagstaff Lake, and explored Roxbury Pond. The house was clean and roomy. Although it was a bit closer to neighbors than it seemed on the online listing, it was quiet and there was plenty of privacy. Overall a great place to stay.

We had an amazing time at this home in Rangeley. So much space for our family of adults (7). Having paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher soap provided was such an extra special touch. It was nice to not have to run out right away. We were able to dock our boat on the home's personal dock. Note - it is shallow, but with care it was pretty easily done. Close to town, we could walk to restaurants and entertainment. There were puzzles, games and books provided for rainy days (and we had one full day of rain). The host was very kind and easy to work with. Would highly recommend for a family!

The house is gorgeous and nicely divided for privacy with a bathroom on every floor. We enjoyed our stay with family making memories.

The property was very clean and well supplied. Having 3 furnished floors gave us lots of room to spread out. Having 3 shower areas was great! Having A laundry room was terrific!Being close to town was great . All appliances were functioning. The mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were not suitable for 2 people.
Renting a boat made huge difference in being able to swim in other locations. The boat dock was rickety so we did not dock our boat there. The single dock in front of the cottage was slippery when wet. We missed having a clear view of the lake with trees in the front.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home - the pictures do not do the home justice! The views are outstanding and it's proximity to town - being able to walk everywhere - is perfect! We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the cove, enjoying the sunrise & sunsets and gathering with family for meals on the few days it was rainy. The house does have both a Keurig & drip coffee pot, and a very spacious laundry room. Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) had plenty of space and the 3 bathrooms are a bonus! We wished the door to the deck had a screen to allow the fresh air in and that the oven & skillets were updated as it was difficult to cook on the stovetop, but other than that, we loved out stay!

This is our second time staying here. The house is amazing and sits on the lake. I cannot say enough about the care taker Johanne. Very nice and responsive to questions. Very clean and has all the essentials.

The house was perfect - inside, outside and location! Quick to town and found a nice sledding hill at the golf course minutes away. Our family had a wonderful time. So much snow it really felt like winter! Would love to rent again next year!

Close to both convenience and nature. We had a large group and everyone had their own space for privacy, with a large living room with tons of seating for hanging out.

House and property were clean. Great location close to town. Bathroom on all three floors were a huge plus. Neighbors were right on top of us but was not an issue. House lacked a few things (grilling tools, writing utensils, deck/lawn chairs, cleaning products). Not very good swimming off private dock (waist deep forever) but descent swimming at the public dock. Despite our relentless efforts fishing this area of the lake it was not successful. Despite the lack of fishing the Rangeley Lakes area had a lot of great places relatively close by to check out with the family - Quill Hill was our favorite but other great places such as Angel and Small Falls as well as the Height of the Land were great stops as well. Lots of good local restaurants and shops and the kids favorite place was Moose Alley (10 lanes of bowling, arcade, pool, bar, ice cream) great for the kids during rainy times!

We loved the spot in the cove, kept our boat nice and safe from all the wind. Great camp for 3 couples and 2 one year olds. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of space for sleeping. Deck had a great view and was perfect for hanging out any time of day. We also loved the flat spot down by the water too!
