We had a great stay.
This place is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store, and shopping.
Lots of amenities to make for a pleasant stay.

Very nice place! We were given a door code, but were not told that we had to get a key to open the door or where to get the key. We would stay again in the future and recommend to others. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a great, walkable location, this building is for you! We loved that part of it. I would not rent that particular condo again. Not only was the dining room table sticky when we got there, but the couch was ripped and things were just not clean. They do not provide a sponge or scrubber for the dishes. We had to go buy our own. They provide a limited number of dishwasher pods and when we requested to get more, they said they would not provide any. One of the pods was literally used to clean all of the dirty dishes that were in the cupboards and the drawer! They did not care. There was even water still sitting in a teapot on the stove. I have never ever stayed anywhere that did not provide a sponge that was new and in the package. They provided nothing. When I asked, they said that was not a provision. So, like I said, previously, I had to go to the store and buy one. They provide a limited number of laundry pods as well. We literally stayed there for an entire week! There’s also not anywhere to park for free! The location was great, the employees at vacasa were very nice and the coffee shop that’s inside is great
. The building is awesome! Just don’t rent that specific condo. One other thing, they only provide one key to get in the building and into the condo. So, if you’re staying with the multiple people who want to maybe go to different places, it’s impossible for someone to go and then get back in without the other person who is staying there.

This was a great place to stay while visiting my daughter in Slabtown. Great location with grocery store, shops and restaurants all in waking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with property magament company. Only recommentation would be to either have cable or apple tv.

No issues or concerns, place was clean and within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, etc.

The check-in process was a huge disaster. I was told the room was ready at 3:30. Showed up and no key in the box. Then called customer service they hung up on me 1st call
Had my number and did not return the call. 2nd call put me on hold for 30 minutes. Then the cleaners came down. At 4 and put key in box. As long as you do not have any issues it ok to stay at this unit.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable.
VERY pet friendly. Dogs/ pets everywhere.
Very friendly coffee shop in the lobby.

This place is average- I would not stay there again.

Location is amazing. Very bright and spacious. Kitchen well equiped but limited to 4 of each so washing needed daily.
Downsides.
Took 4 days to get repairs done, one of which was horrible water pressure making shower impossible. Dirty pan found in oven from last renter. Dishes left in washer for us to put away.
Street noise starting at 5am wtih trash and delivery trucks. Blinds are functional with amazing windows but block zero morning light.
Matresses are very squishy but not pillowtop soft, just strange.
Euro Cabinets are difficult to open close.
Broken towel rack and other signs of high use on white walls which is somewhat expected.
Recommend unit not facing street.

Fantastic location. My only complaints would be the discomfort of the master bed and the light that comes in through blinds in master. Made for a poor sleep two of the three nights. On the last night, we put a blg blanket up over the blinds. Should have thought of that sooner.

Walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. Grocery store just across the street.
Parking can be tough - best not to have a vehicle. But it was easy to get an Uber/ Lyft

My friends and I had a great stay here. It was very comfortable and suited our needs well. The building has a coffee shop in the lobby which was super convenient, and is right near a grocery store as well. The HVAC unit was a little noisy but thats truly the only negative I can think of.

Excellent stay at a comfortable apartment in really nice building. Great place to explore from.

Nice location and comfortable condo great for groups that need a little privacy in separate bedrooms. Heating unit was very loud though so be prepared for that background noise.

The area was very convenient. Rooms were spacious

Very clean! Awesome stay. For those complaining about only one set of keys - just put the keys in the Vacasa lock box when you leave. The other party that returns first can get them from the lockbox. You both have the main door and lockbox code. Minor 45 second inconvenience.

Four of us spent three nights in Portland. The room was clean, spacious and the neighborhood is fantastic.

The location of this property was excellent. Grocery store next door and blocks away from bars and restaurants. Bus station right on the corner to get to city locations. No parking but you have access to all kinds of transportation including Lyft and Uber.
The french balcony doors are great in mild weather and the view is very nice. Bedrooms could use some blackout curtains, they stay pretty bright with all of the city light.

Modern condo in a cute metro location. Close to the freeway and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, everything had clear instructions, coffee shop right below, walking distance from good food.
There is construction going on outside, but close the windows and you can’t hear a thing.

Great 2 bedroom condo with large kitchen and living area. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, breweries, town and Washington Parks. Easy checkin/out and attentive host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is the perfect location, close to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a grocery store… you name it! I felt safe at the property and it was easy to access. The place was clean and well maintained, perfect for our getaway weekend!

This was the perfect location for our trip. It is close to several excellent restaurants, a grocery store and bars. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We will be visiting again soon, and we plan to stay here again when we do!

The surrounding area feels safe. Parking is definitely an issue. We got lucky both nights we stayed and only had to walk a couple of blocks. We unloaded and loaded from the supermarket parking lot across the street so we didn’t have to carry our stuff so far. Our room changed from the booking once we got the email to check in. The room I stayed in (not the master) felt a little dirty with stains on the carpet and on the walls but overall it felt clean enough. The lighting wasn’t great in the bathrooms but enough to get done what you needed to. The only complaint I’d have is that the cabinet door in the kitchen had fallen off as we opened it and I notified Vacasa immediately. They must’ve sent someone to fix it while we were out the next day without letting us know anyone would be entering the room. We came back and our doors to the outside (kind of like a balcony but no step out) were wide open. I’m unsure if this was us by mistake or the person who entered but we thought for a slight minute that someone had broken in. It was a bit uncomfortable and the company never acknowledged that they entered without informing us which I thought was wrong. Would probably stay here again.

Clean. Nice location. Store across the street was super convenient. Quick answers to a couple questions we had. Just a preference thing but both beds were extremely firm. Would rent from again!

Great location, well kept up property. Grocery store across the street was a huge bonus!

The home and amenities were nice. Surprisingly all premium television channels were in Spanish only, but for the little time we stayed indoors we made due. Loved the modern feel and split floor plan. We experienced local dining and pubs which made the experience grand. The parking situation is not good and with many cars being broken into I was concerned but happy to say nothing happened. Many times I had to park a block to two blocks away and the additional parking expenses were unexpected. All in all though, it was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Top notch location with a very comfortable stay. Unit was really clean and had great ammenities. Check in was super easy! Love the open balcony doors - great way to let in the great Oregon air and the buzz of the city! Thank you for a great stay - look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful experience with Vacasa and really enjoyed our stay in this modern NW Portland apartment! Check in and check out were very simple. Apartment was clean and well-stocked, including extra linen and kitchen essentials. Apartment location felt safe and walking distance to Seasons (grocery store similar to Whole Foods) and restaurants. Queue coffee shop in the lobby was a perk. Highly recommend for future guests! Please note, there’s only street parking but we used Uber for most of our short trip.

We spent two nights at this condo and everything was perfect down to the frosted mugs when we arrived! The location is perfect within walking distance to so many great places to eat and shop and within scooter distance to anywhere in town. I highly recommend #545!

The apartment was great for a family of four. It was simple and had all the basics. My only complaint was something simple, but should have been taken care of. The bulbs in the ceiling fan were not functioning in one bedroom. Not sure if they needed to be replaced or the light was broken. In the other bedroom, the fan pull was broken so we could nor run the fan without the lights turned on. I ended up removing the bulbs so we could sleep with the fan on. Simple issues like that should be taken care of.

Nice to have a home base. Nice building and location. Comfortable bed. Very basic. Sparse furnishings. Needs more comfortable seating and lamps. Convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. Nice to have washer and dryer. Parking was a pill. Access to cabinets and drawers in the kitchen was a headache. Could use just a few TLC accessories to make it homy. Would have liked to had coffee filters. Thanks for the clean, safe place to stay for our four nights.

Super clean and convenient
I stayed in this condo this past week with a coworker for a work trip. Everything was super clean, convenient, and easy. We each had our own bedroom and separate bath. The condo is in a great neighborhood with plenty to walk to and eat out. There is a grocery across the street, brewery on the corner, coffee shop downstairs. There's a really cute breakfast spot nearby called Anna Bananas that we really enjoyed for some local Portland weirdness. I really can't say enough great things. My only advice is to bring some regular coffee grinds with you if you want coffee in the room or pick some up on your way into town. The coffee shop downstairs doesn't open until 7am. Enjoy!
