Beautiful, Gulf-front, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2 story, fully furnished condo located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Perfectly located, Ramsgate is a 66 unit complex, covered parking directly under each unit, gulf-front pool located just steps from the beach. Enjoy the quietness and convenience that a smaller complex has to offer. No waiting on elevators, no long haul to the beach, no inconvenience of having your car parked far away!

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and breath-taking views from either of your 2 private balconies that face the Gulf. One balcony is located in the living/kitchen area on the 1st floor, while the 2nd balcony is located upstairs in the master bedroom. Kitchen is updated with granite countertops and is fully equipped for any cooking that you want to do during your stay!

Condo is ideally located. Winn Dixie and Publix are within a short walk as is Bayou Bill's Crab House. Condo is also minutes to Carillon, where you will find boutique shopping and restaurants. Scenic Highway 30-A is only minutes west of the condo where you will find the well known beaches of South Walton. Rosemary, Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor are some of the beach communities that you will find along 30-A. Plenty of boutiques for shopping and some of the best restaurants in the area. If shopping is what you like, don't miss a visit to Silver Sands Outlet in San Destin. Silver Sands Outlet is located a short 30 minutes west of the condo. You can also travel east of the condo and find all of what Panama City Beach has to offer. Variety of restaurants, family fun activities including miniature golf, go-karts, bike rentals, and of course more shopping and restaurants at Pier Park!

We really enjoyed our stay. Tbis was our 3rd summer in a row just different condo. We have been trying to find the perfect one for us. Theres 4 of us but we travel with 2-3 other families. The condo was good but needed a few things. Some outlets didn't work (living room & master barh), there was a burner missing on the stove, there were tiny black bugs on the counters and floor in master bedroom made loud noise when you walked across the room. The upstair besides the floor noise and outlet was very nice and clean. The down stairs needed updating and cleaned a little better. Location of room was great. Price was good. Communication with owner was great until after we arrived. Then i emailed his secretary that had sent us check in information and never heard from anyone again.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Simple condo with all you need for a beach trip. The condos location on the property is right by the pool, ideal for family with kids. Easy to run up to condo to grab something quick. The grocery store are super close and easy. Overall good condo to stay.

Property owner was very helpful. Furniture & appliances dated, needs attention. Some minor repairs are needed. But all in all it is an on the beach condo and it was what we were looking for. Location was good and quiet. Pool area was good and clean. Enjoyed our time.

My family and I had a wonderful time. With it being winter and bowl season I would recommend new flat screens in the living room and master bed room. It was great for a quick trip.

The unit is up two flights of stairs with no elevator. Then inside, the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. Walking was not bad but hauling luggage & groceries was tough. The master bathroom only had one dual outlet that didn’t work. The tub in the other full bath did not drain well. The beach access was a short walk and the pool was nice and clean.

We’ve stayed at Rams Gate before, but not in this unit. View is wonderful! Access to the beach and pool is amazing! This part of the beach is never crowded and great location near shopping at 30A, Destin, and Panama City.

We had a great weekend on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. The condo was perfect for just the two of us, but could also work two couples or a small family. The decor is adorable and not over the top. The kitchen has also been nicely renovated, but the pictures don't show that very well. The master bedroom mattress isn't the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and a few minor touchups & repairs are needed but overall a lovely location!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in Sunnyside at Ramsgsate #54. The condo was super clean, nicely decorative and very comfortable. Check in was easy and no problems with parking since the pass was easily found on the countertop when we arrived. Our only complaint was the weather took a cold turn and so we only were able to spend one day soaking in the sun on the beautiful sugar beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Upon arrival no parking pass found until owner finally told us several days later pass was up in cabinet above refrigerator. No hot water in kitchen. Found Wet towels in washing machine. Upstairs bathroom sink stopper broken so wouldn’t come up to drain out. Both upstairs bathroom exhaust fans broken. Maintenance said need to be replaced. Wouldn’t recommend this condo. I contacted owner day 1 Owner didn’t send maintenance out until 4 days later.

We love staying at Ramsgate Harbour, it is quiet and the location is great. Only two things - we arrived at 4:45pm and the unit was just being cleaned so we had to wait to enter. Had to pay for a parking permit this year which I hadn't in previous years (cash only). Overall, a great unit and we enjoyed the stay very much!

Location was perfect. Beach was uncrowded due to the Location of the property. Listing was accurate and walk to beach was minimal and easy. We had a wonderful time and will be back Could use a deep cleaning but otherwise it was very nice.

This condo was incredible.. large, neat, great location. The unit could use minor repairs.. as to be expected with a rental unit…. Only caution is there is not an elevator so if anyone in your party has issues with climbing stairs, make sure you reserve a first floor unit. The host was very response as was the on site staff!

We had the BEST week! The weather was PERFECT, the food was great, the condo was great. A little rough on the check in since they hadn’t finished cleaning (but they were super nice too!) the gentleman in the office and keeping the place clean and tidy, Rene? I think… is the NICEST guy! This is our second time staying at a condo in Ramsgate and will definitely NOT be our last. Thanks for sharing your space with us!!

We absolutely enjoyed the he stay. Was in a perfect location for us to rest. Far out enough that we didn’t have the traffic but close enough to have the convenience of restaurants and shopping. Clean and neat. Really hoping for the opportunity to stay there again next year. Highly recommend.

The location of this propert is spot on. The owner is quick to respond. The folllowing are not complaints just FYI. Hot water is spotty especially if multiple people are showering. We had to take freezing showers. TV in guest room dosent work, this wasnt a big deal since we weren't there to watch tv. The place could use some serious dusting but it was clean otherwise. Beach and pool towels are not provided so you'll have to provide your own- I wish we would've known this ahead. Freezer doesn't make ice but theyre is an ice tray. Currently there is construction happening at the location. They start ealry like 7:30am so if you aren't an early riser this may be in issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It's a great location on a quiet beach but a short drive from from Panama Beach. This is the cleanest and best decorated place we've stayed on the Gulf. Everything was made easy and the owner was nice as was the on-site property manager. Can't recommend highly enough.

My family and I had a great stay! The condo is conveniently located to pool and beach access and the unit offered plenty of room for the 4 of us. The updated master bath shower was very nice and we loved having 2 outdoor patio areas.
