“A SHORE THING” is a beautifully renovated and equipped, beachfront townhome, located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach.
Enjoy the quiet privacy of this home, with close access to all that 30A and PCB has to offer; dining, golf, spa, fishing, state parks, and other recreational activities. Located just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Seaside to the west, and Pier Park, with dining, shopping, and a movie theatre to the east. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are less than a quarter mile, and famous Thomas' Donuts is close by too!
This 3 level home has a private, enclosed garage, with beach access, a beach closet with 2nd refrigerator and beach toys, gas grill, and laundry on ground level. A second parking space is directly in front of the garage.
The main level includes a spacious deck with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy amazing sunsets! Inside is a beautifully furnished living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom.
The upper level has a serene master suite with private bath, and a beachfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The 3rd bedroom, has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and private bath as well. The living room and bedrooms have new smart tv’s.
All units are on the community boardwalk, with private access to the pool and beach.

Everything was perfect. Location was wonderful and beach was great and not crowded. Easy to get to with a 2 & 4 yr old. They had chairs, beach wagon, etc.. The inside was very nice and the kitchen was so well equipped. The beds were so comfortable from mattresses to linens and pillows. Our group was from 2 to 72 and everybody loved it. Great decks! Grocery and drug store about a mile away. Close to all the 30A towns, Rosemary, Alys Beach are about 3 miles and Seaside is about 20 mins. We are definitely going back. This is best place we have stayed at in the area including Rosemary. Only 3 steps down to get to the beach unlike other places.

Location on the beach was amazing. We do wish that there were more things such as restaurants and shopping within walking distance but that has nothing to do with the owners of the property. They made sure we were well taken care of and communication was amazing.

We had a great time staying at “A Shore Thing”. Paul and Dianne were very responsive. The condo had everything we could have needed. The beds were so comfortable and everyone slept great! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Loved the location of this condo. Beach was not crowded at all. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Condo was nice and well stocked. We glanced at the pool our last day. It appeared really nice but we spent all our time on the beach.This was a very relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Communication with the owner was very easy. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing, relaxing week at ‘A Shore Thing’! Super easy beach access, and no crowds. The condo had everything we could need plus more. I hope we can stay there again!!

We have stayed at several units at the Shores and this one was by far the best. Perfect location and everything you need for a stay is there! Closet downstairs was amazing!!! This is truly how a VRBO should be. You can tell Paul and Dianne truly care about their property and guests! Looking to rent again!!!

We had a fabulous week at A Shore Thing. The condo was comfortable and spacious with amazing views. Everything we could want was at our finger tips and I can't wait to go back.

This was our second stay at The Shore Thing, and once again, it was perfect for our family! From check in to check out, communication was quick and convenient with Dianne and Paul. I cannot say enough about this place-it was very clean and maintained so nicely. Although we had some rain, there was plenty to do, and we were able to enjoy extended family staying in two other condos there. We will definitely be looking at return dates, and would highly recommend this unit!

Love the place, as others have said well appointed, nothing missing in the kitchen and the chairs and fridge downstairs are awesome. I plan to stay for the same time every year and have stayed on the same 1 mile of beach since childhood. I had total instant communication with the owner if a question arose. I just can’t think of anything to complain about, book with confidence!

Wonderful townhouse right on the beach. It was so nice being able to walk right out of the townhouse to the beach without having to wait for elevators, and the beach was not crowded at all. It has exceptional parking. Also, the extra refrigerator and the grill in the garage was a huge bonus for our large family. And there were plenty of beach chairs in the garage for guests to use. The townhouse itself was beautifully updated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and it was not packed with people! Felt very private. The views to the ocean was the best part! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, and with the three full bathrooms everyone has their own space. Excellent communication with the owners and they had a welcome letter with things to do. We rented a boat from Salty pontoons. That was definitely our favorite day! Would definitely recommend this place!

The location is great! Just steps from the beach. The townhouse is well stocked with plenty of bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, storage for extra food and a crock pot. There were plenty of beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, floaties and plenty of beach toys.They pretty much covered everything needed to stay. It was home away from home!

Everything is there that we needed and more. Linens are all new and bright white. Kitchen is well stocked and the unit comfortably decorated. A bonus of lots of clean beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Proximity to shopping and excellent, varied restaurants is wonderful.
The powdery, white sand and blue & turquoise waters offer a perfect setting.

I can not say enough good things about this property! It was everything we expected and more. Tons of room for 7 of us including 4 teenagers. Everything we needed was there for cooking meals when we did not feel like going out. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at “A Shore Thing” was amazing. It was spacious and the added amenities from an array of cooking spices to beach chairs set this property apart from others that we have stayed at. The beach access and ocean view can’t be beat and we could watch the sun rise and set from the raised deck. There was also a pool which is nice if you need a break from the sand. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Paul and Dianne are great hosts! Thanks again!

This place is really nice & we would definitely come here again. Paul & Dianne were very responsive & communication was clear & concise. The unit was clean & comfortable. Being an end unit is a definite bonus. Great, easy beach access (no long stair case like where we used to stay). If I had to find something wrong it'd be that we couldn't find any potholders & I personally like windows that open so I can hear the ocean at night (while we were there the night temps were really cool so it was definitely open window weather). But neither of these things are a deal breaker. We will seek this location again when we head back that way. Really nice & much appreciated!

We had an exceptional stay at this rental! The weather was perfect, views were breathtaking and absolutely everything was way better than expected! This rental is by far the best place we have ever stayed in the area, the beach was clean, not crowded and literally steps from the rental. The owners have gone to great lengths to make your stay exceptional, it was super clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated! Affordable luxury at its finest. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious with large closets for belongings, and all bathrooms were amazing! The common areas were large and extremely comfortable and the kitchen was the most well equipped ever! The owners have literally thought of everything! Appliances were newer and the extra fridge in the beach closet was such an added bonus! There were great beach chairs and every sand toy imaginable for our use. The owners have really gone above and beyond to make you feel right at home, the attention to detail makes this the perfect place for families. We didn’t not have any complaints other than we didn’t want to leave. Even the light switches were labeled! We will definitely stay again! I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how the owners have done so much to make your stay with them better than you can imagine! Amazing!!!

This property was just what we were looking for, you walk out your back door to the beautiful emerald beach! The property is beautiful on the inside and has everything you need. I loved that we did not have to bring beach chairs or toys, what a plus! The owners were great to work with!

We had a great week. Unfortunately the "June grass" was there in July making the water quite murky. There was a pool for our kids when the surf was too rough, or we just wanted to escape all of the grass, which was nice. The location is also close to lots of other little shops and fun beach towns if you don't want to be in the water the whole time.

My family had an absolutely wonderful time in this vacation rental!! The house was inviting, comfortable, and well thought out. The convenience and proximity to the beach is priceless, especially with little ones (age 11, 3 and 8 months). No need to "load up" which meant more time on the beach enjoying the sun, sand, and surf. The outdoor rinse stations made clean up easy and the many hooks outside made drying time quick. We cooked several times and found the kitchen to be well equipped with the exception of no griddle for pancakes, which has since been remedied :) I'm not a full time coffee drinker but the ease of the Keurig and serene beauty of the beach in the mornings called me to the balcony/porch every morning with a cup of Joe in hand. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and accommodating. Location within PCB was preferred over the more populated areas; there was no scarcity of beach real estate, traffic was reduced, and hopping over to 30A area was a breeze.
We rented a pontoon for the day from Salty Pontoons (super nice people!) and enjoyed a leisurely day at Shell Island swimming and snorkeling along with exploring St Andrews Bay.
We enjoyed a quick half day fishing charter with Old Town Fishing Charters and as luck would have it, happened upon a school of Mahi-Mahi. Score!
We had a fantastic time having professional photos done with Micah Everett Photography in Seaside/Watercolor area off 30A. Highly recommend her!
We ate dinner at Bayou Bills (twice!) and Mikes Oyster Bar and indulged in Thomas donuts one morning (get up early!).
We've updated our bucket list of activities and already re-booked our stay at "A Shore Thing" for next year! Now for the long wait, 355 days and counting!

We came with our daughter, her husband and 3 kiddos and had a blast. Weather was beautiful and accommodations fit us perfectly. If we had a question about anything Paul and Diane were quick to answer, keeping communication lines open, before and during our visit .
